They did a really great job tinting my Tesla Model 3 and I love it. I initially had the Groupon deal but heads up, it does not work for Tesla's, despite reviewing the fine print that did not state this. I came here after shopping around for a full window tint service. There was a Groupon for a discount but after calling and talking with the owner, we found it would be more affordable for me to just get the device directly through him. This was my first time getting a window tint and the owner was very professional and friendly. I felt like I got great service and knew what to expect. Be aware of this shop, got my car damaged with two dent and two paint chip. I have a Tesla car delivery on Friday 10/13/2023 Friday at 12:00pm, I was there for almost 2 hours with my brother. We both check the car and walk around several times just to make sure there is no dent No paint chips everything looks good and then I drove my car straight to the tint shop with my brother. I dropped off my vehicle over there around 3 o'clock and the car is inside the shop garage for almost 2 hours. I got a text from him around 5 o'clock that the car is finished and parked so that I locked my car, I believe that there is only my car in the shop during this job, after I drop off my vehicle me and my brother went to Tampa and when I came back to pick up the vehicle was around 10-11pm. It was dark. I didn't check the vehicle but just get in and drive home until Tuesday night. saw the damage, over the weekend. I am the only driver who drove the car from home to work work to home and I have no passenger sitting in my passenger seat yet or even open the door yet, so the next day I asked the shop owner do they know anything about that they denied it, after I explain everything to them, the owner still denying, so I asked them if they have a cameras in the shop he did reply me that he has a ring cameras, from the camera we can see it's perfect angle that should record Everything happened to my car but the owner refused to let me watch the videos but sending me four video clips with one minute in each that's total of four minutes even though my car is in the shop for almost 2 hours, after each clip, there is still motions, so that the camera should continuing recording minute after minute when there's motions after motion, I have ring cameras and for those of you who have a ring cameras you know how it works it's recording every motion after motion and minute after minute, so from the log that he sent me there's only 4-5 clips how is that possible? And I watch each clip there is still motion after each clips, so why is the owner refuse to let me watch the videos to proof it that the damage wasn't done by them? So that I can shut up and leave them alone? Where are the videos? Why is there only 4-5 clips for the 2 hours of tint work? Im sure he sees the whole video and knows how my car got damaged. Why is someone deleting the videos? it's pretty obvious when I see the log with no videos. This is not over, I am filing a court claim with the shop also contacting my lawyers. read more

I was in search of a tint place and after looking at several others I called Ultimate Tint up and one of the co-workers names Daniel answered the phone and was very patient with me in answering all my questions. UPDATE: This is an update to the review I posted previously. First in regards to the bubbles and waves in the tint that were mentioned... THE BUBBLES HAVE ALREADY STARTED TO DISAPPEAR AND THE TINT JAS STARTED TO DARKEN AS THE TECH TOLD ME IT WOULD... so I am pleased with it so far (it still has quite a bit of them but it looks much better already)... I must say that the front windows appear to be a lighter shade than the back (I requested 15% all around) but for the moment I am attributing it to the fact that it still needs to "settle". *The tint does come with a lifetime warranty so that's also a plus. -the waxing/clay bar applied is great... I live in an area where there are alot of trees and even under all of the sap and debris it still shines. NOTE: that if you choose this service (waxing/clay bar) it may leave behind some of the substance in a way that looks like a horrible scratch... FOR ME IT WAS NOT A SCRATCH... (although I initially thought it was and became temporarily livid) I was able to remove it with a terry cloth and a lot of elbow grease (see picture) If I were basing the review exclusively off of the waxing and tinting I'd feel comfortable giving a better rating but the $100 interior detail was absolutely not worth it... Lastly I realize that the pictures I uploaded yesterday were of poor quality so I retook them and I'm gonna upload with this review (and hopefully I'm able to delete the others) read more

Would have posted a better review if I could have even gotten in for service. Their website let me make an appointment for a specific time so I went for it and was told upon arrival that there would be a two hour wait due to walk ins. I'm not saying you shouldn't take walk-ins, but if your website lets someone make an appointment then you should really reflect your wait time there. The most the website offers is a 15 minute variance on finishing other appointments. I made an appointment on their website and called the morning of the appointment to confirm. When I first arrived, they told me that they were running behind and to wait. That was no big deal. Then they changed the story to say that they were out of the tinting film that they needed for my vehicle. They said they didn't know I was coming. When I told them about the appointment and the morning call, they then changed their story and said they didn't know how many other people were coming before me. I took half a day off work to get this done. When I said that to the gentleman, he was extraordinarily disinterested and dismissive. When I asked for my money back, he told me "oh well". Bear in mind there was another roll of film right next to the empty roll. They offered absolutely no accommodation for my inconvenience (a Saturday appointment so I wouldn't miss work again, maybe? No, the guy couldn't be bothered). He was generally annoyed by my mere presence in his business. What legitimate tinting business keeps less than 1 full roll of a standard film in stock??? How much faith can you have in the warranty offered by a place that is so poorly capitalized? There are plenty of places to get tinted in Orlando. Don't waste your time or risk your windows with these guys! In response to the business's comment: Your comment is blatantly untrue. You had ample opportunity to try to make any sort of accommodation. I talked to you for 4-5 minutes about waiting because you were behind on your work and then about your supply problem. I then spent 8 whole minutes on hold with Groupon standing right in front of you and you said nothing about an upgrade. That is a complete and utter lie. I will see if I can post a screenshot of my phone log with this review somehow. Interestingly, I think the other guy asked you about offering me an upgrade and you said no. In all honesty, though, I didn't clearly hear that discussion. I did, however, hear the other guy take the initiative to call your 4:00PM appointment to ask them if they had a Groupon - the very courtesy that was not afforded to me. I would have been happy to pay more for a better tint. I fully intended to discuss options for a darker tint at my expense but your poor attitude stopped that in its tracks! I wasn't even looking for a free upgrade. As I stated above, I would have been happy if you attempted to accommodate my work schedule since you wasted half of my day (1) knowing I was coming and (2) knowing I had a Groupon based on our conversation in the morning. You could have simply called me before I left work early to reschedule. Instead you did nothing and you treated me disrespectfully as some sort of inconvenience when I arrived. Regardless of whether you type in caps lock, your assertions are simply devoid of any factual basis. If you were going to offer me an upgrade because you ran out of tint, then why did you only tint half of the windows on the vehicle before mine and tell her to come back when you get more tint in stock? It seems if you would have offered an upgrade to me, you certainly would have offered an upgrade to her rather than letting her leave with 2 out of her 4 windows tinted and telling her to come back. Remember, that was part of your justification for telling me to come back, "this car is a Groupon too. I am only doing her front windows and she has to come back when I get more film." Remember that conversation? A note on the Groupon. You advertise a 50% discount on Groupon. Specifically your Groupon ad says 4 door tint for $129 ($260 value). That's interesting since your website lists exactly 0 tint jobs for anywhere near $260. Then when I went to your business, you told me that you have a special lower quality tint for Groupons. The $260 value (more than any tint job listed on your website) uses a special lighter tint? Explain that. read more

DO NOT use this place!!! They claim to be installing ceramic tints and it's not. During my schedule appointment they took their time mostly talking between themselves while you wait. I almost got a ticket because they did my viser pretty low ILLEGAL and the rest of the car pretty dark. I had to take my car to a different place that could fix my rear shield because the bubbles never went away and wasn't properly installed and yes you do get a warranty from ultimate tint however if they weren't careful enough to installed the tint they would not be careful enough to take the paper off without damaging my fog strips. So after replacing the rear tint had to redo my whole car because it was illegal and come to fine out from honest experience people that the tint was a good tint but it was not ceramic tint and now I can tell the difference my car doesn't get as hot as before. read more

All I can say is "WOW" and not in the good way. I called today to make an appointment; I was told I could only make an appointment on weekdays because I had a Groupon. I explained that it did not say that on the voucher, which they then told me that it did. I was sure that it did not and checked again. This was a blatant lie; in fact, the Groupon says, "Saturdays by appointment only," which is why I was calling to make one. I was not asking for today or even next week, just a Saturday because I work all day Monday through Friday and do not want to leave work to get my car cleaned. This is not even the part that really just blew my mind. Frustrated, I hung up the phone because the conversation was going nowhere. The man that I was speaking with proceeded to text message me as though I were his girlfriend and we had just had a lover's spat. Mind you, I did not give them my phone number. The location is easy to find, extremely clean, and comfortable. I even got to watch Netflix in an air conditioned waiting room while I waited! He did an incredible job. I came in with bubbles all over my back windshield from a horrible job by a Hyundai dealership 4 years ago for my 2013 elantra. I dealt with Daniel. He was professional, friendly, and very clear on the price and, approximate time it would take with regards to applying window tints on my car. After the window tint application (which came out great), he explained what I needed to do to care for the windows tints. He also left a hang tag on my rear view mirror that had written instructions on how to care for the tints. Another nice touch was a small adhesive strip he placed over the open and close window buttons, as a reminder not to open the windows. This is because your not supposed to open your newly tinted windows for up to 3-5 days. I found that the price, and the application time were very fair. Overall work wasn't too bad but they couldn't smooth out some minor issues. The service and later experiences were what I didn't like. I'll lay out the pros and cons as fairly as I can. Pros: The price is competitive (I paid over $250 but I had to get old tints removed), they partner with Groupon, (I didn't use it since it locks you in on specific tint percentages that the coupon states), nice waiting area with AC, Netflix and Wi-Fi. To be fair, aside from some minor bubbling listed below, the tint job was pretty decent. Cons: Tints had some small bubbling/scuffs and scratches that couldn't get smoothed out even after going back twice (once a week later and another a month later). They told me it was "normal" and it'll go away within the week since it's trapped water. Well, I had them installed in November and went back twice with no results so the bubbles/scratches are still there currently. The back window still has light diffraction all along the defroster lines (due to the bubbling) at night from other car's headlights. They tried to tell me that those the lights are due to them using "polarizing tints and it's normal" (they always say that). However, polarized tints reduce glare. What I have actually is light diffraction with NO reduction in glare. Customer service was friendly at first,(paying customer, I should hope they would be) but one of the guys got offended when I came back and asked his partner to fix/line up the front strip since it was lopsided. He told me, "I take pride in my work. Since you don't want me, I won't redo your tint since you said I did a bad job." Um.. fine whatever. Never said that, but regardless don't be so petty since I wanted your partner to do it. It's the customer's right to request for who they want to do their tints especially since you made mistakes. Chalk it up and don't get an attitude. From my personal experience and seeing their responses to any form of criticism on here and Google, they get defensive to critical reviews. Tough. The critical reviews are the most helpful to others and need to be heard when making judgments. Wait times were abysmal, made an appointment at 10AM, didn't get seen until noon, despite being the only one in the shop. One time I made an appointment on a Saturday and they didn't add it to their calendar so they weren't even there. I ended up having to reschedule. read more

Folks if you appreciate being treated unbelievably rudely then this junk piece of an establishment is for you. Just to be clear the tint service I had was at the FUTURES DRIVE location in Orlando. I got to my appointment ten minutes early. Seeing a car already in each of the two bays I asked how they were doing for time. The answer was 'we can have it done in two hours' An hour and fifteen minutes PAST that amt the time, I stepped into the shop to ask 'how much longer are we talking?' I'm thinking I've been beyond patient. Anyway I did not feel I was even giving a hint of rudeness in my asking that. The guy bit my head off in replying "you'll just have to wait". Which i had to because they were now in process of doing tint. The guy doing tint was stopping to laugh and joke to a co-worker. When car was done guy tossed my keys on counter and told me to never come back! Wow. It strikes me as odd that when I paid for a service, was given a timeframe, had the right to ask questions regarding my service that he was the one being completely un-professional and rude. read more
