I came here because I needed my new car tinted because of the Florida sun & heat! Getting an appointment set up was simple. Everything was done through text. When you get there they have a cute waiting area with drinks, snacks & WiFi. I worked while I was there with no issues. The sales rep shows you all the different types of tint they offer on a wall, and then she walked me through a shop to show me how what level of tint would look like on a car if it already had stock tint on the windows and if the interior had a dark vs lighter interior. She also walked me outside to her car, showed me what she got and had me sit in it to feel the heat reduction. Overall it was a great experience. Pricey, but great experience! read more

We had Tinterz Orlando install PPF, window tint and ceramic coating on both our Rivian R1T that we received July 2022 and our Lucid Air that we received May 2023. The Rivian had four minor dings/dents from the past year wear and tear. They did a great job repairing all of those before installing the PPF and for a fraction of what two body shops quoted us. Please consider my personal experience before visiting. I hope you do not have the same experience. I read the Yelp reviews and called Tinterz. As recommend, I drove to the Orlando location to get an estimate for my vehicle and see their work. I arrived, The building and parking areas was very clean. I entered and the customer waiting area was clean, bright and organized. There were snacks and drinks available for customers waiting for their vehicle. I was greeted, but the employee was far from friendly. Not even a slight smile. In my opinion, the employee appeared to be "angry". This was a huge turn off, but people have bad days so I stayed to get the information I needed. The employee was extremely condescending during my entire visit and never smiled. It was my opinion that the employee was judging me by my attire. I had the same problem when I purchased my + $100k vehicle. That dealership was giving me a difficult time repeatedly unsure if I could afford the vehicle. When my financials were provided, the dealerships attitude changed and the employees became friendly and smiling. I had already decided that I wanted the 3M wrap. The employee stated that the 3M wrap must be replaced every 2 years. I do not believe 3M even advertises that? As an obvious up-sell (which is expected), Tinterz does offer their top of the line wrap which had a 10-year warranty. The employee stated although the cost is significantly higher, it is cheaper in the long run versus replacing the 3M wrap every two years. It is my personal experience, many employees work on a bonus/commission/sales goal. I have no issue with that. Tinterz provided a a very fair quote for the 3M wrap. The up-sell was repeated. I repeated my decision, it then became obvious the employee was even less happy if that was even possible. I was given a schedule for the installation, but the employee kept pushing back the availability schedule. At that time, I decided I was wasting the employees time. Never again. I would have preferred if the employee told me that Tinterz does not want my business. It would have saved time for both of us. Things I have learned: You never get a second chance to make a first impression. NEVER judge a book by it's cover. Again, I hope no one else has the same experience, but I have no intention of doing any business with Tinterz ans will never recommend this business. read more

Second time around is just as good as the first! About a year ago, I had my 2016 Porsche Cayenne front clip wrapped in PPF by Tinterz. They performed above my expectations. This is a review based on my experience. My tint was just done yesterday, so it's a little early to pass judgement on the tint work. That said, so far it looks like they did a fantastic job. The tint looks great, and it has significantly cooled my vehicle from where it was before. The service level is fantastic. I was able to request a quote online and I got a call back in an hour or two with an exact quote. They didn't change the price on me when I got to the shop. What I was quoted over the phone is what I paid, although I did add a request when I got to the shop to do the front windshield which understandably changed the price. Just remember to ask what the new rate will be if you request changes. What shocked me was the speed at which they work. When they called, they offered to take me on the same day! They even seemingly offered to get the work done in ninety minutes, as I was offered a 4:00 or 4:30 pm appointment when they closed at 6 p.m. I opted to bring in my car the next day at 1:30 p.m., as I didn't want them rushing my tint job. I had a concern that they might be sacrificing quality for the sake of speed, but so far that appears not to be the case. The tint job looks great and is drying out nicely. It was done in under two hours, which is faster than other places I looked at. While they are fast, so far it seems that quality is not sacrificed for the sake of speed, as the work looks great. I was also offered a lifetime warranty for the tint work, so that's an added layer of comfort and security. When you arrive, they take you over to a heat lamp so you can feel exactly what your car will feel like with each level of tint. They explain in detail what you'll get with each level of tint. They also walk you into their garage and let you sit in a vehicle and physically see what the tint will look like from the inside. Those were nice touches that helped me in the decision making process. You can wait in their lobby for your car in a comfortable waiting room with couches and chairs, air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. It's quite comfy in there. If you've got the time to hang, I recommend just bringing your phone and some earbuds and just waiting for your car in their lobby. It gets done so fast that you probably won't be in there that long anyway. At the end of it all, you're sent a link to pay your bill on your phone. It's quick and easy. My only irritation was when I got a tip prompt. I think the tipping situation is getting out of hand, so if I had one complaint, this would be it. If I had tipped their minimum amount, I would've paid an extra $93 for my job. I was already spending significantly more because I had added the front windshield as part of my order, so adding another $93 on top of that was a bit much. It seems to be a matter of debate whether you're supposed to tip for this service, so I did leave a tip, but not this much. This was the only part of the experience that I found a little irritating. So, overall, I'd recommend them. The service is great and they make the process easy. The work appears to be high-quality, with the caveat that my tint is only a day old. I'll update my review if I run into problems with it, but so far I'm thoroughly satisfied. The price is actually quite competitive. I spent significantly less, probably $100 or more less than I would've spent elsewhere, based on the quotes that I got. I was more concerned with the quality of the work than how much I was spending, but it looks like you can get the best of both worlds by coming here. It's a great shop with great service and fair prices, despite the whole tipping deal. I'd be prepared to spend an extra $50-$100 on a gratuity if you come here, but even with that you're still saving money. I recommend this place! read more

For the past 3 years I had been shopping around for a shop that carried the 3M Crystalline window tint for my Jeep Wrangler. I had previously had SunTek tinting installed on the Jeep. Though the SunTek did help somewhat with heat reduction, I could still feel fairly significant heat on my skin through the windows on sunny days. Having researched 3M's Crystalline, I decided that I would give their product a try. I found Tinterz on line and read their numerous positive reviews and noted that they carried 3M's products. I set an appointment for the installation. I met with Justice and Dianna to go over options and pricing. I just have to say that they have one of the nicest shops that I've been in. Their shop was extremely clean and organized which, to me, is important as I feel it's an indicator that they take pride in their facility and their workmanship. When completed, I picked up my Jeep and was very pleased with the work that Justice and Jeremy had performed. The cost was a bit more than I had anticipated however, I'm willing to pay more for a quality product and workmanship. The 3M Crystalline made a significant difference over the SunTek. So much so that we decided to have the windows in our Class A motorhome tinted with 3M Crystalline as well. We dropped off our motorhome and again, Justice and Jeremy did an excellent job on our large RV windows. Justice had previously explained that due to the RV's style of window frames and large curved windshield (9' x 4') that there was a possibility that we might see a very, very small gap at some edges of the window frames as RV window frames are very different from automotive window frames. They worked on our rig well past closing. When completed, Justice gave us a tour of the completed job and we couldn't have been more pleased or satisfied with the job. He took a lot of time and great care in making sure that in spite of the difficult curved windshield and weird RV window frames that there wasn't even the slightest gap of tint of any kind on any of our windows. A little bit of a drive for some, but the quality and workmanship is worth it. They only seem to have a couple of people running the show room/front office area, but in the back where all the magic happens they had plenty of people on hand. Took our vehicle in and even though they said it would take probably 2 1/2 hours, they actually finished in much less time, but the product and workmanship did not suffer everything was done beautifully and are very happy with the results. Good Service is very hard to find these days and great service is almost nonexistent, from the second I contacted Tinterz you could tell they were very customer oriented they spent a lot of time on the phone with me to make sure all my questions were answered before making an appointment for my vehicle. I must have contacted around 10 to 15 shops to have my 2022 ram TRX tinted. I am very particular about how my windows get tinted and I do not like any gaps at the top of the side windows even though it is not a frameless door. Every other shop I called they said they couldn't file the tint so there was no gap or they said they could do it but when I arrived for the appointment told me they would still be a gap, needless to say this was very frustrating as it wasted my time as I refused to get my windows tinted any other way. This was not an issue here at Tinterz as they were able to get as close to the top of the side window as humanly possible. Overall a very clean work environment with state of the art equipment, great technicians friendly service and the same level of detail no matter if you're bringing them a 1999 Honda Civic or a 2022 Aston Martin. I just had my 2022 Tesla Model 3 wrapped in clear vinyl on the front fenders, bumper and hood to protect the paint from small rocks and bugs on the highway. I am so glad I did since we are now in love bug season and they really can be hard on paint. Now I just wash them off. The service was completed on time as promised and my car was locked inside their garage everyday. I had my windows tinted as well. I went back once to have a small imperfection repaired on the lower front bumper and they finished it while I waited. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll admit, my car is not super high end but that's no reason to do a subpar job. When I got my car back, there were handprints and drips all down my door panels. That I can live with however, the missing clips and felt inserts on the door panels piss me off! On top of that, they tinted over dust or something on the driver door of all windows. Now I have to see this EVERY time I drive! Had it have been on ANY other window it wouldn't have been a big deal. They also take their sweet time and charge higher than most. NEVER AGAIN! read more

They have a fantastic waiting room, I was able to sit and do work while they worked on my car. I don't mind waiting as I'd rather they take their time with applying the film.
