I had called to get a module for my car radio, and the owner had spoken to me like I was a stupid female who knew nothing about vehicles. I had asked for this specific module because I had nowhere else near me that carried it, and before he even went to go check he asked if I knew how expensive it was, asked what I needed it for, asked whether or not I know what to do with it, and told me that it can only be set up with a specific computer system, all of which was unnecessary. After checking his inventory, he only had one and said he was going to hold onto it, but said that if he had two or more he would've sold one to me. The module that I needed is very rare for a customer to need because it is for very specific cars. This had made no sense to me because what difference does it make considering I would have been a paying customer. That being said, I will never take any sort of business here. read more

The owner comes off a little strong when meeting him but he's a down-to-earth, honest man. People don't always expect that or prepared to deal with that. That said, they know what they are doing and are efficient. I drove over there to ask about a new Sirius XM antenna with the expectation that it would be a couple weeks before I could get an appointment. I recently purchased a top of the line new car me thinking that purchasing the higher trim model of the car would equate to a better sounding radio was nothing further from the truth. My factory car radio sounding like it was lifeless. I went into Outrageous Audio looking for a solution. The owner quickly pointed me in the right direction. The radians most costs effective solution would be a band pass box in the trunk with an amplifier. I dropped the car off in the morning and a few hours later the sound in my car has significantly improved. The most unprofessional establishment I've ever wasted my time speaking with. I asked extremely simple questions regarding window tinting and I received the Rudest feedback from what sounds like a the owner. This moron has no sense for good customer service and it baffles me that he's still in business. He told me if I don't spend over $250 than my window tint WILL NOT last long and fall off, which is a joke. That was just one of many rude comments I received. Ripping people off. Took my truck there 170.00 called as soon as I got home from picking it up.To inform them that the tint was peeling off the back windows and that there was scratches in the tint.Took it back a week later just to have the front windows redone wait 5 hours later go to pick it up now he tells me that my truck is to old never touched either window or he scratched the tint in the same place.They have done 3 cars for me excellent job on those. As far as a lifetime warranty it's not worth the spit it takes to make the paper.The owner became argumentative and couldn't find me in the computer and explained to me that installation was only had a 2 month warranty even tho I didn't request illegal tint?For some reason they removed my exterior wind guards went to put them back on and there cracked.To add it all up Tint cost 170.00 2 days missed work 384.00 Uber ride to pick up 35.00 Cracked wind guards 65.00 Total investment 684.00 for a shit job read more

Cheapest place around to get your car tinted, but maybe not the best installation. It's been 8 months and the back window is still streaked as can be. Great if you're on a budget and don't mind streaks, but maybe go for the higher-priced shop if your ride is a little nicer! read more
