I'd give 10 stars if I could!…read more We purchased a 2015 Prius here and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. The car was incredibly well maintained and the interior looks almost new. You can tell immediately that they care about the vehicles they sell. But what impressed us even more were the people. This is a small dealership with some of the nicest, most genuine and honest people we've ever dealt with buying a used car. It was exactly the OPPOSITE of the stereotypical used car lot experience. We walked in around 6:00 and didn't even realize they had closed at 5:00. They never mentioned it, never rushed us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were incredibly hospitable, worked with me on the price, and even took care of a couple of things on the Prius for us. Another huge plus is that they actually know hybrids. They service and repair hybrids and hybrid batteries, so you're not just buying a hybrid from a lot that doesn't understand what they're selling. Financing is available as well. From beginning to end, this was just a genuinely pleasant car buying experience. If you're looking for a used car, especially a hybrid, I would absolutely recommend giving these guys a chance. Good people, fair treatment, and no pressure. We would buy from them again and again without hesitation.

UPDATE: SENT HER REPLY INTO AMERICAN EXPRESS THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!…read moreAmerican Express said now it's way easier since you believe my payment /review is fraud. 0/5 - Worst Experience Ever with Audio Excellence in Orlando, FL Do not take your vehicle here--especially if it's a newer model. I brought my car in for a basic amp and subwoofer install, and left with a broken trunk. Sammy and their so-called "BMW specialist" clearly didn't know what they were doing. After paying $600 (plus a $100 tip I now deeply regret), I discovered my trunk wouldn't even open when I got home. I drove 90 minutes back to have them fix it, only to witness the two employees arguing with each other while I stood there. I have the entire exchange on camera. They didn't fix the issue. Instead, the owner had the audacity to text me taking responsibility--but then tried to push me to another location TWO HOURS away for a "possible" fix. Absolutely not. I ended up taking it to BMW directly, where it cost me $1,100 to properly repair the damage they caused. I initiated a chargeback to cover the BMW repair since I refuse to pay twice for someone else's mistake. I also had to warn the owner that further harassment or slander would be met with legal action. For the record, this is the third time I've tried posting a review--apparently, they've been getting negative reviews deleted. Oh, and before you trust this business, maybe look up the seven liens against it--including one on the owner personally. They present themselves as friendly and professional--until something goes wrong. Then it's blame-shifting, dodging accountability, and trying to sweep things under the rug. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal headaches. If your car is new: STAY AWAY FROM AUDIO EXCELLENCE.

Every single window has "bubbles/debris" in them. For a controlled environment/climate controlled,…read morethey apparently have a lot of dust and debris. I had windows tinted years ago by a person who did them outside and they never had this much "debris" in them. They also didn't cut one of the pieces for my passenger side back window to proper size and there's a considerable space that's not tinted on the edge of the window. How this was missed at the time of install, just also shows lack of quality in workmanship. While I was there, I noticed a "lump" in the window and Joe said "I can take care of that". He proceeded to have me put my car back into the shop, lifted up the tint to remove the debris. While doing this, I asked "Isn't that going to damage the tint". He completely IGNORED me. Now, after this "fix" there are several scratches all over the window. I also pointed out a few other issues in the tint and he proceeded to say "give it 3 days"...well I gave it 7 and the bubbles and "soap scum" as he called it are still very visible and just looks completely HORRIBLE. When I went back to get some type of credit for their horrible workmanship. He argued w/ me that scratches aren't covered under warranty. I proceeded to say "that means scratches that I end up doing or wear/tear not scratches YOU did." He said "that's not what it says". WOW! He proceeded to blame ME for asking him to remove the debris in said window and said he warned me not to b/c it would cause an issue....that is a LIE. He never warned me of this b/c there's no way I would have had him touch it in that case. And as you can see above, I asked him while he was "taking care of it for me" if it would damage it further and he IGNORED ME. He also said that I signed an agreement that I'd be OK w/ imperfections. But let's be real ya'll....minor imperfections is one thing...but debris in EVERY window with extremely visible bubbles, debris and scratches is NOT minor. Especially for a company who does this day in and day out.....and that's ALL they do. I simply asked for SOME money back....he refused but said he'd replace all the tint. Why on earth would I allow you to replace this tint when you couldn't do it correctly in the first place? I had a very strong feeling that it would be worse if they touched it again. I don't recommend this place at all. They rush you in and out and their workmanship is not of good quality. Go at your own risk. I'm just extremely grateful that I can go to another LUMAR vendor for warranty issues because I will never return here. I suggest if you have any warranty issues due to their shotty workmanship to go to another LUMAR dealer.... My opinion is they don't care about the quality of their work and will end up blaming you for it.
