He checked it out and explained what my problem was and he helped me understand what needed to be done to fix it. I left my vehicle there and it was ready the next morning. I really missed the Dyna Audio stereo system I had in my Volvo. It that had the most incredible car stereo I've ever heard. Monsurer did a great job listening to my interests and then put them into the hardware that would satisfy my needs and auto interior challenges totally! We changed out all the speakers, added a Kicker sub woofer, pre amp and Kicker's Front Stage . AlI can say now is I'm as happy as I can be once again while stuck in Orlando's traffic or on the highway! The 2:00pm. appointment that was placed two weeks in advanced still proved to be a challenge for them though to get going on it. Bottom line, the job was completed on the promised day, but at 20 minutes to 9 pm. A bit later than anticipated. I believe do to a very late start. Hats off to their determination to make good on the date, but gee, what a tight rope performance. (The missing fifth star) Great guys to work with all the same. Please do yourself a favor and avoid Audio Excellence. I went there for radio install and inquired about window tint. They insisted that they were the very best. I have special windows on my van that are already dark and I asked several times if they were sure they could be tinted. They said yes, they do this all the time. Turns out this type of window is a materiel that off gasses if you tint it, and causes it to bubble. It can't be removed because it will damage the windows. (Wrap around side windows on a van) We called first and spoke to a male owner who said "don't worry we will make it right!" The actual window is clearly marked with the material type and when we brought it in to show them the bubbles, one of their own shop workers came out and said "is this plastic, you can't put tint on plastic" while the other (Adam) who talked us into the tint, blamed other workers that had made different installations on my van and sent my husband away. When I called him he wouldn't listen to me, talked over me, and blamed the others saying it was scratches (it's all bubbles) yelled at me, and then finally admitted they were wrong. The female owner called my husband and she was just as rude. Now they are ignoring us. They will not do anything at all to resolve the issue, now over $10,000 in damages. I have to hire an attorney. The female owner was rude, condescending and dismissive. Please don't go here, they DO NOT stand by their word or their work, no matter what they say in the reply below. They scream at you. Blame you. And stop communicating. This one's going all the way to court and they don't care. I'll be going to protest outside their West Colonial location, but they have more than one by the same owner. I'll be posting my experience on social media. Please look elsewhere. If you have a problem it will be yours and yours alone. They could care less. This is not an honest and caring business. I have a 2010 Mazda Miata I chose Audio Excellence because they have been around for many years and have a good reputation. Little did I know how good they really are. I took my car in and they gave me an estimate to replace all the speakers. They asked if I could leave the car with them and they would have it done in 2 days. I did so. The next morning they called and it was ready. They had stayed late that night to get my car completed asap. They knew it was my birthday. The price was exactly the same as the estimate. The sound is amazing. Far more than I expected. These guys are fantastic. Strongly recommend them! read more

These guy are just good people. I've used them for small jobs such as window tinting and installation of a fan and have received excellent service and customer service each time. Today I called to schedule an appointment to get my car radio looked at as it was displaying an error message. They fit me in same day and what's more - they made the inspection and corrections within minutes and at no cost to me. I was surprised a specialty shop would perform service for free! Great service. I bought a sub and amp for a self install. Had issues, struggled with thinking it was the source. Came back to ask for help. They helped me from the start. Went through my components. Ended up being a bad sub but it could have been anything. They where willing to go the extra mile to help me. Awesome customer service. Very horrible with time Mgmt. Had a 10 am appt for window tinting of my car. I arrived before 10 am and I was told he was running a little late. He asked if I wanted to go do a few things and come back. If I am to go do a few things then he is more than a few minutes late. The icing on the cake was the guy in the store was very nonchalant and he didn't seem to care and tried to make an excuse as to why he was late. He texted the tinter and he said he was coming across the 408 and 30 mins later he still was not there. If he lied about being a few mins from the store what else will he lie about. I left and it didn't bother them that I was leaving. read more
