I was so irritated that Dodge was putting me off with replacing my blown factory stereo speaker. I had some money from my birthday and decided to treat myself to a pair of professionally installed high quality speakers in my fancy station wagon, 2017 Durango. Daniel was kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule after I missed the appointment I had made (which I still feel awful about!). There was a small spot for me to hang out and work during install. My "upgraded" factory Dodge stereo is not capable of blowing my bumping new Alpine R speakers. My son and I ensured the speakers passed all music type tests, much to the chagrin of the neighbors. I am thrilled with my new speakers! I drive to the car wash just to listen to them. Great service. My old amplifier in my car went out, wasn't aware of it at the time, i just couldn't figure out was my bass was no longer working. Called the shop, Marty answered and told me to swing by and he'll check it out. I swung by the following day and he and his guys were able to diagnose my problem, give me a price on a new amp and set me up an appointment to have it replaced. I have a brand new Mazda 3 that I wanted to upgrade the sound on; I didn't know what I needed so I started off with asking for a quote and an idea of what could help boost the sound. They responded via Yelp/Email within an hour and the next day I was in the shop having them assess my car. The part arrived (Bazooka 10in Sub) the next day and was installed the following day. They worked really hard to fit me in without an appointment and got it done in between all of their other projects going on which was incredible generous of them. ( I was heading on a road trip that weekend and they made sure it was good to go so I could have it done for my weekend getaway.) The customer service is truly phenomenal. This place is a rip off !!! First off, they didn't know what they were talking about when I brought them my subwoofer. I ordered it online and verified with the tech that it would work with my current set up. When I took the sub and box there, the guy told me that it wouldn't work and that I should get a 4 ohm speaker instead of the 2 ohm that I brought in. I contacted the website and told them what the installer said. They sent me another after checking the specs. To my surprise, they sent the same 2 ohm speaker. Furious, I called them back and spoke to a manager and senior tech person and I was ensured that it would work if wired down to 1 ohm. The tech then proceeded to laugh when I told him the shop was charging me $89 to do the wiring. He told me I could do it myself. He sent me the diagram and I also went to their YouTube channel and saw the video. It was so simple. I know nothing about wiring speakers and it took me about 20 minutes to get it all done. All they had to do was literally wire the speaker and install it in the box. For an experienced person, that should take no more than 10-15 minutes. I asked how much that would cost and they told me $89. Then I asked them about changing my headlight bulbs. I had the direct replacements already and they just needed to get to the headlight and replace them. The same guy told me that it was about 3-4 hours of work at $89 per hour. I refused to pay that. Luckily a friend of mine was in town and we replaced them. It took us without proper tools and bs'ing about 45 minutes to an hour. There is no way it should have taken "experienced" people that long. I'm from NYC and I've seen plenty people try to get over. These guys are by far the biggest crooks that I've seen. I would stay FAAAAAAAR away if you value what's in your wallet !! read more

Disappointed. Husband paid 2K+ for full audio, wheel controls & rear camera. The stereo is good, however, now the tire sensors are non functional even after a trip back. We drove 1.5hrs roundtrip, twice, and are left with the option to put the factory stereo back in. Even the door panel came loose (this was fixed). We're over it, and will pay someone else to do the work. It's a shame, owner was very nice man, but Pedro lacked professionalism and gave us a runaround. Sad. read more
