We went to Goodfelo's on a Saturday when our car decided to start shaking when we accelerated…read more Hardly any other car shops were open on this Saturday, so we appreciate their hours! Goodfelo's gave us a quote of $75-$150 for the diagnostic fee which seemed reasonable compared to others. We had the check engine light on and also the TRAC off light on, they charged us $75 for our diagnostic fee. They started work on Monday and we had the car by Tuesday morning. They replaced a coil that went bad and our spark plugs which weren't causing the problem but they said they were very old and recommended it. I like that they ask you first what services you want them to perform before they just do it. Our total for diagnosis, the coil and the spark plugs was $600.

Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. They are honest, very down to earth and speak to you in very simplistic terms to help you understand your car. Also loving the fact that the shop is female owned! Originally, I had her and her twin brother bringing their cars back to South Florida for me to do routine maintenance. Then while her car was parked at her apartment, squirrels or rats climbed up and chewed the fuel lines coming from the pump at the tank. With the parts I needed on backorder at the dealership and no junk yard local to Orlando having her vehicle model in it, I was stuck. Auto Tender to the rescue. From the first phone call, to them handing us a safe and running car, I was more than pleased with our experience. They even completed the job under the original estimate price. So for the last 3 years; my daughter's, son's, nephew's, and a few of their friend's cars have all gone to Auto Tender for everything from routine maintenance to big fixes.
