Honesty is also something that seems to be in short supply at many mechanic shops, but I have always found here to be honest and the team to pride themselves on their integrity. Prices are competitive in both service and their tires, plus they focus on getting you the tire you need as opposed to upselling you to a tire that only puts more money in their pocket. Another advantage with buying Goodyear tires is that Goodyear has locations everywhere. I recommend getting the road hazard insurance, as the reason I am here today was that one of my tires developed a leak and they gave me a new tire. I strongly recommend this location. read more

Shady Business First Visit: Success The first time I took my car here, I had a good experience. The service tech explained my car issue in layman's terms and when I got a second opinion elsewhere, I heard the same information so I went back to Goodyear for the service. Second Visit : Fraudulent info The second time I took my car here, no one could make me understand why I needed new rotors. I keep my own auto records in a fancy spreadsheet that I use to track ALL of my car service. I also keep the printed copy from every service visit. The folder of documents is thick, but I've always had the need to got back and review previous services to fact check after any vehicle diagnosis. The Real Deal I then took my car to the dealership for a full diagnostic (I needed my X thousand mile service) and asked them if I needed new rotors. After the diagnostic they did not find any issues with the rotors and did not suggest new rotors right now. I told them what Goodyear recommended but the Hyundai dealer insisted that there was nothing wrong with my rotors. Protect Your Wallets Ladies, you know that too many mechanics see us as an opportunity to make money by suggesting bogus, costly repairs. Not all of them have no morals but too many do and will try to empty your wallets. Keep your records and make notes on what you are told after each visit. Don't be afraid to ask questions and try not to be a victim. read more

I Took my car there for a basic oil change and they didn't put oil back in my vehicle. I'll be stopping in for a visit.

VETERANS...BEWARE! Really everyone BEWARE. These employees do not know what they are doing and they will tell you that to your face. Not only are they incompetent this location is not helpful and will suck their teeth at you when you respectfully speak up for yourself. We ordered and paid for a tire and was never notified when it arrived even when we called numerous times. Because we were not aware the tire was there, they sent it back and had nothing in stock. Another location had the tire in stock and I figured they'd go pick it up since I had been waiting for almost 2 months, but NO! Their solution was for me to drive 35 minutes with a nail in my tire in the rain to another location because the manager, the only person that could fix this situation, was out on medical leave and no one at the Goldenrod location knew how to do their job. Then they had the nerve to try to pacify me by telling me the West Colonial location was just not trying to help me because I was already at Goldenrod. The truth is. The West Colonial location was the most helpful because they explained that Goldenrod could come and pick up the tire. My advice...purchase tires from somewhere that appreciates you spending $290 on one tire. NOT HERE! read more

This place is wonderful. My whole adolescence my dad has had me going to the dealership for maintenance work on our vehicles, and was always good work, but it always cost an arm and a leg. I didn't figure out that last part, however, until I started paying for my own auto work. As soon as that happened, I initially went to the local dealership, and my wallet suffered. They also let me drive out of there with a tire so bald that it shredded during my first trip out on the interstate. Never going back there. This place offers all the same services for way a way more affordable price at the same, great quality. And another thing that I enjoy is that at the end of your service, when you're paying, they tell you what additional sevices may be necessary soon, but they're honest about it. They'll tell you what's urgent and what can wait. I really appreciate that. Overall, I trust these people, and I love their prices. The price of the tires themselves are higher that average, but I have two on my car right now and they are wearing slower than the cheap ones I got online. It seems to me like price is correlated with quality in the tire world. I'll be in touch. read more

Slowest tire replacement ever. What kind of tire store doesn't have at least 2 of almost every tire in stock? And over an hour to get the tire from the warehouse? Really? Two and a half hours and no tire in sight. This used to be my go to auto repair store 5 years ago. And now he tells me their delivery guy brought the wrong tire. Can't get the right tire until tomorrow. Putting the donut spare on. Lost this sale guys. read more

Apparently they did not like my review on Google and took it down so im posting it here... Be careful with these people... Went for an alignment and while waiting on the lobby i overhead a conversation, they were recommending brakes to this lady and telling her that front brakes were "out of specs and that the rotors also were in need of replacement" did not really think much of it until I saw the vehicle she was driving when i got out of the shop, a newer model Hyundai and that the wheels were not even removed from the vehicle, no option for resurfacing rotors was offered. But it gets worse, a week after returned because the alignment was not done properly... So i stayed outside watching the mechanic do the job and when i walked in to get my keys and receipt the guy with the glasses approached a young lady and told her that the alignment was "bad and needed to get back in specs" ... Unless they have a hidden alignment machine hidden it is impossible that they checked her alignment because my car was being aligned the whole time she was there(she walked in after i got there) Just be careful when walking in this service center. read more

Got fleeced on my last trip here. At this time I can't highly recommend this shop anymore. I gave them my keys and a list of couple minor items the car needed. I also said they could handle anything else the car needed. I trusted them. They turned around with $1000 of "maintenance." Nice try, but no. Please just fix the things I mentioned. They did, minus the brakes... So now I get to take it in again. But not to this location. read more

My car was backed into by another vehicle while I dropped it off for an oil change, made a hole in my back left bumper.

Hit a curb a couple of blocks away and needed a tire looked online and Goodyear popped up. Got to the shop got a new tire they checked my alignment at no cost just to make sure everything was fine. Didn't need the alignment got the tire at a fair price and was back on the road in a good time frame considering i was a walk. But what i cannot be more satisfied with is their customer service, a very friendly understanding crew at this location. read more

This is a 20 year old outlet of a national chain. Staff is personable but pack a lunch, and dinner, and maybe breakfast. Brought them two ripped passenger tires for replacement and mounting. Nearly three hours later, I'm still waiting. read more

On 06/22/2015 I took my Ram 2500 in for a tire issue. I have been a regular customer of this business for several years. I have purchased tires, oil changes, front end alignment work and flat repair. There have been changes in staff but the service has always been consistently good. I had used Discount Tire in the past but chose to go here initially because of location convenience. This store has always matched or beat prices elsewhere. On the 22nd Emilio was the on duty manager and Harley worked on my truck. They are helpful, friendly and took care of what I needed done. My elderly parents bring their vehicles here and have always been treated fairly. read more

Let me just start with this: I took my car in for A/C trouble and requested a diagnostic on the system. I was explaining my issue to the manager at the register and a mechanic came in from the garage asking to speak with him in private about one of the vehicles he was working on. The manager said he was busy with a customer(me) and asked what the problem was. The mechanic then gave me a look, looked back at the manager and said, "I will just talk to you about it later." If a mechanic doesn't feel comfortable discussing a car that he is working on in front of a customer then don't fucking go to that mechanic. On to my personal experience. They told me that my entire A/C system needed to be replaced, that the compressor wasn't spinning and that their was a valve component that "always goes bad on German cars." They gave me a $3,000 estimate. I took it to Midas on Alafaya and Colonial and they said it was just an electrical short, and to take it to the dealership where they can see exactly where the short is and fix it in about 20 minutes. They didn't even charge me to look at it. read more
