Chris with CarPro was awesome! Honest, kind, patient, and overall knowledgeable. We came to have a diagnosis on our suspension problems. Chris and team were quick and had the car up within 20 min... had us under the car and showed us everything that needed repairs. He broke down the repairs into several different estimates to work with our budget. Offered the finance plan where you can pay 0% interest the first 90 days which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much Car Pro! read more

I would probably recommend them for oil changes and basic service for diagnostics not a good experience.

Got my some work done for my car. Service was wonderful. Will definitely stop by again sometime soon.

They do great work here. I would suggest their services to anyone looking to get their muffler repaired, replaced, or upgraded to a performance exhaust. read more

I purchased an aftermarket muffler on my own and called Superior to see if they'd install it for me. The owner told me they could get me in immediately and get the work done in no time. I got there and they had my truck on the lift in about 10 minutes tops. They were very laid back and made sure I was satisfied with the desired sound I was going for. The welds are top notch, they pay very close attention to detail, and I am very pleased with their work. Additionally, they were awesome with their covid-19 safety protocols, which in these times is something to commend. read more

My exhaust was very loud so i took it to Superior. They quickly got my vehicle in and on the lift. Albert brought me over and showed me the problem. He had an immediate solution and replaced my muffler in about 1 hour. I waited in their waiting room which is nice. If you need exhaust work, Albert is an expert and has the tools and experience to get it done. If i need any more work done like this, i will absolutely go here again. Also, he warranties his work and parts for 12 months. read more

Like many of us, I don't know much about mufflers. So what do I do, I become a pseudo expert after an hour of research online. Then what happens, you go to a shop and the technician uses words that you didn't research. That didn't happen here. The shop owner used words I could understand and described what each part did. He gave me several options from what to do just to keep the car running to a full repair. He's not going to gouge you. It's a good business model. Honesty. It keeps your business top of mind for when another repair is needed. Guess that's why they're superior... read more

Had a damaged exhaust and they straightened it out and welded in a replacement pipe while I waited without an appointment. Fair price and fast quality service. read more

I took my truck in because I had a completely rusted muffler and tailpipe and the owner was very helpful and recommended what to do, once I had all the parts I brought it in for him and he had it up on the lift and finished in about 20 min, stuck to his price and was a great guy the whole way through. If you need any work done with exhaust this is the place to come, he has plenty lifts and knows what he is talking about. read more

My husband loves to do things to our car and his most recent project led us to need new mufflers put on the car. We chose this place because my husband had previously went to Alberto for something unrelated and he liked the work he does. Now I don't typically enjoy waiting around for my husbands toys to be finished but the inside was comfortable with tables and chairs, a bathroom, and a tv you have full control over. It also has barber chairs that I assume are rented out which is a really cool concept! If you wanna hang out outside they're plenty of space to do that and watch the job get done. There's also a Wawa next door if you're hungry. Hassan did our muffler job and he was not only quick he was efficient and shows he has an amazing attention to detail. They work well together and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They're honest hard working guys and will utilize this place as needed. read more

Why drive to Kissimmee for crappy mufflers shops when you have Superior Mufflers here in Orlando. Quick, easy and phenomenal work even if it's from adding a muffler, resonator or even just fixing an exhaust leak. Will keep coming back for great service and work! read more

Gave me an accurate estimate of time and cost to replace the rusted pipes in the exhaust system. The waiting room is very clean.

After THREE disappointing visits to a national chain muffler shop, I went to Superior Muffler. When I pulled in to the shop, my 2012 Toyota Sienna sounded like a motorcycle instead of the Soccer Mom minivan that it is intended to be. Our van is modified with a wheelchair ramp and this presents a challenge for the exhaust configuration - for some - but not for Alberto - the owner and expert at Superior Muffler. Alberto first explained to me what was wrong, gave me a plan, quoted me a fair price, and about an hour later, my son and I were on our way home quietly roaming down the highway as Toyota intended, purring, not roaring. While we waited, my shaggy haired son also got a nice haircut by the barbers in the shop up front - bonus! We killed two birds with one stone. Maybe one day Alberto will add a mani/pedi station too (hint hint). read more

I had them do a muffler delete and weld on exhaust tips that I brought. They do great work and fast , and the price was right.

Outstanding install! The guys took a poor install done at another shop 3 days prior and turned it into something I'm extremely proud of and willing to showcase.... great place for any exhaust related installations! read more

We had an issue where the muffler on our Nissan Sentra was making a clanging noise, and we brought it into Superior Mufflers to have them take a look. The mechanics quickly identified the issue, showed me the issue in the exhaust system, and fixed it quickly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and it was extremely fast and easy. I also complement them as they were honest about the actual parts that needed to fixed, as opposed to suggesting the whole exhaust system be replaced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their mufflers and exhaust systems. read more

Had a very loud exhaust on a 2004 Ford Explorer. I saw the many good reviews and went for a quote. They quoted $145 for a muffler and put it on right away. Very glad I went here. read more

Albert was friendly and professional with the quote to repair my wife's car. He did a free check of the exhaust system and pointed out to me exactly where the problems were with the system. He quoted me a price and time to return. I came back the next day, watched some TV, and the exhaust system was fixed for the price he quoted. Thanks Albert read more

I've heard about this place from a few people actually use to get my haircut from the shop that was open next to it. My niece had a problem with the muffler, I went to the shop to consult about the problem. The employee at the shop gave me a attitude I asked to speak to the boss he said he was there and when I asked to speak to him he said he was not there and brushed me off and continued to do his work without resolving the problem. Bad customer service. This place will not get my business. Family and friends will be alert! read more

Point Blank- Albert is a master at his trade. He saved me thousands and transformed my clunky sounding oe muffler and now my cars sounds amazing! read more

I couldn't be happier with with my experience with Superior Muffler! I came in for a resonator delete for my Fiat 500L and the staff was friendly and helpful the minute I arrived. The install was quick and the outcome was exactly what I was looking for. Reasonably priced and a wonderful job done by the staff. Highly recommended! read more

This place is awesome. Went in to get a price for some mufflers on my car. Got them installed right away. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place. Great prices as well. I'll be going back soon for more work. read more

I went here over the weekend because I was rear ended on Friday. The workers were all extremely friendly and they were not trying to sell you services that you do not need. Whenever I go to a new auto repair place, I always feel like they are trying to make sales and that they do not care about the price. However, they told me exactly what I needed and were honest with me. They do not overprice their products and truly care about the customer. I will be going back! read more

GREAT PRICES AND SERVICE. Got work on my 04 Honda Civic and I was in and out in a timely fashion. Go see Alberto he will treat you right!!!!

I was looking for a small, honest shop to work on my car and I found it at Superior Mufflers. I had run over something on the road and I was sure that it punctured my muffler (or something) because of the noise and the vibration. They found that a piece of metal was rubbing against the exhaust pipe. They fixed it and I was on my way in under a half hour total time. I will use them again and recommend them. read more

Excellent service and price! We took our 1996 Mustang here to get the exhaust fixed (leaking, rattling, etc). Last year we bought a exhaust kit and installed it, but we never took the time to spot weld it or anything like that so it was starting to become loose overtime. These guys tightened and welded the exhaust kit to make sure it wasn't going anywhere, and now it sounds brand new! read more

Albert, the owner and installer knows his stuff! Nice shop, excellent customer service, honest, efficient, clean restroom, and air conditioned customer lounge area. He installed two O2 sensors and a catalytic converter on my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. His prices are very fair! Definitely a shop I am happy to review! read more

Nice job on my car, had a roadside accident on my undercarriage from a negligent trucker company. I could not have tightened my system up better than these guys did. Decent prices and honest. read more

Great service shop. stopped in , asked for quote to have muffler replaced on my 89 Corolla SR5. took me right in. latter i noticed something making a metal to metal knocking noise. Took the car back in today to have it checked and they found the tailpipe was out of line from the recently replaced gas tank. adjustments where made in that area and problem corrected. Even tho the problem was not there fault they sent me on my way no charge. I highly recommend this shop for muffler work. shop very clean and nice people to work with, an prices very fair. read more
