The technician made inappropriate advances toward someone at the location, making her feel uncomfortable, and then unexpectedly returned the next day asking for her. This was a repair that we couldn't do on our own since I do alot of my repairs. My brother in law uses Mark for jobs he can't do. Called Sunday morning, he was here by 3pm Installed the starter in record time. I watched a YouTube video that showed taking half truck engine area apart and wheel off. I reached out on Monday afternoon with an overheating Subaru outback that was hemorrhaging coolant...Mark was at my house within 30 minutes. literally took him 30 seconds to diagnose the issue. One of the fans behind the radiator had failed and punctured the radiator. 10 minutes later, I he provided a quote and a timeline when the repair would be finished. Requested a diagnostic check on my 2016 Cadillac ATS, he couldn't make it until Saturday but upon arrival he quickly discovered what the problem was, and proposed a fix. He went and procured parts, returned and installed the parts and was done in less than 2 hrs from start to finish. Exactly what I needed after being home bound for 4 days. My car was having an issue with the power and kept shutting off at random times I thought it was an alternator issue mark comes to my car. Messes with the battery terminals a little bit and then tells me it's not an alternator but a bad battery issue. So I pay him the $80 diagnostic only to buy the battery and get a discharge error screen on my dash and my new battery going dead shortly after. And guess what I just replaced the alternator and it runs fine. Overall unprofessional and a ultimate waste of time and money Look at this dude response, he didn't even read that the battery wasn't the issue. I was having trouble with my Honda's starter, and was able to get it replaced within a few days of contact! Mark was quick to respond, knowledgeable about what was needed, very reasonably priced, and did an excellent job with my car. He came to my apartment complex and was able to fix my car in the parking lot, which saved me having to tow my car to a garage for repairs. Mark was able to tell me what was wrong with my car so that was great. However he told me it would be 100 to 150 to diagnose my car by text message two days before he came out then charged me 180. He said it was because he had to drive further then expected. I feel he should have let me know that on the phone since we texted a few times and he looked at the car for less than a hour and over charged I believe. read more

I used this service in Orlando FL to get my brake pads replaced. They changed the pads without checking for any fluid leakage. The next day when I drove the vehicle with my family in the car I had no brakes at all! This service put my family in danger by not correctly doing the job! I called them back immediately and their solution was to do an additional repair that should have been done the first time. This was a scam to get more money for another repair instead of fixed their mess. I had to take my car to another shop to get it straightened out. The shop I took it to said Marks Mobile Mechanic left pins out and did the worst job they had ever seen. I had an issue with my car and looked up several mechanics in my area. A friend of mine suggested looking for a mobile mechanic. I found Mark and his company through a search engine and decided to call him. His reviews seemed pretty good so I figured I would give him a chance. Mark met me at a local spot and worked on my car for a couple of hours before fixing the initial problem. I was skeptical at first since he didn't have a computer or normal paperwork you would obtain at a regular mechanic shop, so I had asked about warranties and paperwork ahead of time to which Mark said he would give me. He handed me a hand written receipt with the work he had done, the prices and the warranty all on it. I paid Mark via Zelle and we left. He told me I would need a tire alignment afterwards which I took care of on my own time. A day or two later I realized my car was shaking and vibrating when I was breaking on the highway. It would only happen when I was moving fast, so it wasn't noticeable when I test drove my car with Mark the day he had worked on it. A few days after the initial work, I texted Mark to tell him and he said it would be fixed once I did the alignment, so I scheduled it and had it done. This did not help the vibrating, so I let Mark know. Mark said he would check it out again and it wouldn't cost anything if it was related to his previous work. Of course "It wasn't related and would cost me more" after he looked at it (Even though the vibrating didn't exist until Mark had initially worked on my car.) I obliged and allowed Mark to work on my car for a second time. I paid him when he was done and again, Mark said I would need a second tire alignment. I did it, and it still would vibrate after breaking on the highway. When I told Mark, he said go see somebody else. He became unprofessional when I would text him and he began ignoring me, much like a child would do if they don't get their way. He said I was "pissing him off", very unprofessional, I have the texts still. He failed to honor his warranty and took two separate payments from me, while only fixing one issue and causing a second. Poor business on Mark's part. Unprofessional and pure theft. I'd avoid at all costs. read more

My 15 passenger would not start. Maybe it was the battery maybe something else. As it turns out it was the starter. Mark saved me from spending money on a jump and tow by coming to me. There were many repairs that needed to be done, and he got it all done for less on both parts and labor than retail quotes. I was wondering how he would handle such a big van without a traditional lift. He did not have a problem. He fixed the starter, ball joints, and brakes. I told mark how my vehicle wasn't shifting gears and he said the solution was spark plugs so I ended up running to the store quickly and buying the spark plugs and he did the job. Turns out the problem wasn't spark plugs and he blamed me for not letting him test drive my car lol he's the mechanic though. I notice him call his buddies for advice as he was doing the job but I thought nothing of it. He don't know what he's doing at all, which wasted me money and time and I paid him like a dummy. called Him for a break and rotor job. after the job was done there was a noticeable squealing sound coming from my car and looking at the rotor I can see scratches and lube So I told Him that the job wasn't done right and he claimed it was a "faulty part" Being unaware that he puts BRAKE LUBE ON THE BREAK PAD! and the pin holding my break pads in were bent causing the scratches. When my brother kindly asked him to just not put lube on the brake and he threw a temper tantrum and got very hostile towards me and my brother for what he said "you think you know more than me" and dropped my car from the Jack and took off in his car with my tire unbolted and took my luge nuts with him! So I have to buy new luge nuts and all new rotors and brakes.... Very unprofessional when given suggestions he flips on you and leaves jobs undone never using him ever again! Now I'm afraid for my safety driving until I can get to a more professional mechanic to fix his mess up... read more
