Took my car in for a second opinion diagnosis and they were great. Pointed out a possible other repair needed, priced estimates out, and gave me good advice which let me negotiate a deal with the shop that did the original repair. Fair prices, good service and clear communication. I used them for my previous car and they always did good work. Just be aware they aren't open evenings or weekends. I brought my car here a few weeks ago go to get my old tire check to see if it could be patched, it was not patched because of two nails so they ordered a new tire before I had my appointment. I feel the price here was reasonable for the tire and labor and it was done quick, within an hour or so plus some extra diagnostic on other tires. Marcos is a good mechanic and I feel they are honest and reasonable the only thing that sucks is that they are always busy and if you have an emergency they can't look at your car right away so you need to make an appointment. The one thing I did not like was my spare tire was just put in the trunk of my car not in where it goes under neath the rug in my trunk but other then that Marcos is definitely a trust worthy mechanic. Had the clutch go out on my 2016 Ford after having serviced less than a year ago by a more, let's say, "shadetree" mechanic. Eddy at Marcos was nothing but so helpful getting my car inspected and diagnosing the problem. Absolutely professionals, quality and customer service was off the charts. I had a deep suspicion that my last mechanic wasn't the most upstanding, and while they (quite intentionally) kept their opinions in their pocket, they provided me with all the evidence I needed to say they've got my business for a long time. I took my Pt Cruiser Turbo to this repair shop and explained everything that had been done to the car including the TIPM board replaced 2x. The diagnosis I was told is that the fan was not working as a result of the TIPM board. I also mentioned that there was a leak in the A/C previously diagnosed. They replaced the TIPM board and charged me for another A/C diagnosis and charged me $1,300.00. I was told that there was a 3-year warranty on the TIPM which I thought was a new TIPM. By the way, you can get a TIPM board from the junk yard for $20.00 or a refurbished one for $200 online. Picked up the car on 07/31/2024, drove down the street and shortly thereafter the car would not get out of 1st gear. I had to drive 15 MPH and took it back to the shop. They told me that they usually charge to re-diagnose and will waive the fee. Really? Then after re-evaluation they called me and told me it would be another $3,200.00 for a new computer for the car. I asked them to put my original TIPM board back in and to send the purchased TIPM board back to the dealer and they said they couldn't do that. I decided to pick the car up and take my business down the road. They misdiagnosed the cars issue and I feel that I had been overcharged by this very untrustworthy shop.... buyer beware! read more

Gina and Louis at the front desk and Don the Service Manager. I have to say that the care I have gotten here has been awesome. Great customer service, very friendly. We brought our Camry in because it needed 2 tires and an alignment. The guy who checked me out when the work was done (I didn't get his name, ugh) even let me bring my very needy puppy in with me and gave her lots of lovies. I think their prices were very fair, especially since I looked at old invoices from Sam's Club and Tires Plus who charged me more for tires FOUR years ago. For the alignment we got a detailed picture of the before measurements and after measurements. I like seeing what was done even if I don't completely understand it lol. The price for that was in line with what I researched on the internet. I also like that it's close enough to our house that I can walk there in less than half an hour. They have a tastefully decorated waiting room that is more updated than the pictures on here. I would have taken current pics but wrangling pup kept me occupied. I went searching for a reputable auto mechanic after a dealer (Fields Dodge Ram Jeep) suggested I call my insurance company as they predicted our truck was struck by lightning. I wanted a second opinion so I had the truck towed to Marco's. Nick at Marco's walked me through their approach to assessing the truck. He was very clear and professional. Marco's called me within two hours of dropping off the truck, having found the issue, which was a simple ignition switch. After searching the US, they identified a hard to find ignition switch, had it shipped and installed within a few days. They saved me a significant amount of money, time and headaches!! It's hard to find a honest and knowledgeable mechanic but I will tell you right now you don't need to look any further. Brought my Infiniti Q50 in for a check engine light issue. My ob2 scanner said it was the a/f sensor but the dealership and other shop I visited insisted that I need to replace my intake and cats to oem. My car is tuned and has full bolt ons with a lot of exterior mods so I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of when I visit new shops. This was not the case when I visited Marcos. Macros auto was able to verify that it was the a/f sensor and replaced it with one part within 1 day. Car is running smooth as before and best of all no check engine light. Mostly importantly they were very friendly and professional. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this shop if you are lacking the tools to do maintenance on your vehicle. read more
