Don't go to this place if you don't want to be scammed! Asked for a quote to fix my passenger window and was very specific that the problem was the window regulator. They told that they'll have to see the car. I brought the car already with the door panel opened, showed that the motor was working but the clips that hold the glass broke but they insisted to just give me a quote without drop the car. Two hours later they called me with a quote of $480 to fix it. I rejected and to get the car had to pay $113 for "inspection". The plastic clip broke was even at the exactly same place that I saw inside the door before, they didn't touched the car... The so called "inspection" costed more than the whole window system (not just the clips). Unfortunately that's how those place make their money, but hopefully this information helps others to not be scammed! read more

I was looking for a business to take care of my wife's flat tire that had a nail in it, I called around and most places were either very busy or about to close the gentleman who I do not remember his name told me to come down and they would take care of it. For the value to get my wife's tire fix it wasn't that expensive the only thing is that this location is always either under staffed or super busy because you always have to wait a long time for anything to be done to your car here. The service was good, the price was fair ( about $20 plus tax ) but the wait is long. Four stars for taking care of the flat tire with short notice. read more

I paid almost $400 for an oil change fuel system cleaning & fuel filter and tire rotation. And they couldn't even clean off the corrosion on my battery. It's a good thing I didn't get on the freeway either with these pair of pliers on my windshield could've gone through someone's windshield or hit a motorcyclist or something. Wanted to give a shout out to the best customer service I've received. Drove up 4 hours and and to visit a friend and my a/c system completely broke. I mean everything! They were able to get all the parts , fix the a/c system and then re-verified that it was working well for me. they even got their a/c guy to come in on his day off to get my car ready. DO NOT USE THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION!! Took mu SUV for an alignment and they damaged my vehicle while it was in the shop. My vehicle now has over $5,000 in damages and they are refusing to cover it. Worst experience ever!!! Eric knows what happened and isn't doing the right thing!! They purposely backed in my vehicle to the parking spot so I wouldn't spot the damages. read more

I purposefully learned some basic information about cars and parts and how they are run so I am not completely swindled when it comes to figuring out what is wrong with my car and what needs to be repaired. I scheduled an appointment for some preventive maintenance at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Longwood Florida. My appointment was for 4:00pm, I arrived 5 minutes late and yet my car was taken back immediately after checking in. I had two new front tires put on plus balance and rotation of the other two remaining tires. Jordan, the auto tech did a great job! Thanks Matt, thanks Jordan and the Firestone Complete Auto Care team for the outstanding service, as usual! Firestone is my go-to business for tires and tire related issues. Their lifetime balance and rotation plus alignment services are fairly priced and a great value! They also provide a whole range of auto maintenance services. Check 'em out if you have the chance. We've been taking our cars here for over 10 years, and have seen people come and go. They generally are very courteous (acknowledge you when you enter the store), honest and knowledgeable. The one incident recently took a star away: when I was told I needed new tires (at another store), they said perhaps I need to have the front-end aligned - tires were not wearing properly, and I had to replace them prematurely. Since I have life-time alignment here, I took the car in. I'm told the alignment was perfect (after it was done). The mystery remains, then, as to why my tires were not wearing evenly. This review is not so much about the Longwood location specifically, but more the corporate entity of Firestone. I have given my final dollar to this organization, who does not give one iota of one shit about fixing anything on your vehicle. Ever since I first went to one out of desperation and convenience back in 2003, where I was quoted north of a grand to fix a water pump, every single time I've come here, I've been sick to my stomach. Two new tires? You need four. Air filter slightly dirty? You need a new one. It absolutely does not matter in the slightest what you are there for, they will find something else to offer to fix for you or tell you you need fixed. It reached the point where I was only using them for overpriced oil changes and to get some minor usage out of my Firestone credit card. I stopped using them for tires years ago, and instead bought used tires from some local shop. The last major thing I purchased was their "Lifetime Alignment" deal, where for only (insert pretend discount) less you'd have lifetime alignment. If you bought a new car, no problem, you'd have a year to transfer it over. Turns out it was actually you had a year *from the time of purchase*, but they never bothered clarifying this when I bought it. I got mine done in December 2017 and just upgraded vehicles three weeks ago, just two months too late. Would they make an exception for this? Absolutely not. "But we've got a special going on..." I called and cancelled my card before I even got home. This company is as toxic as the oil they let drain out of engines. I will light my new car and any vehicle I own from here on out on fire and watch it burn before I ever set foot in a Firestone again. read more

I would like to recommend this location of Firestone because of the guys who work there specifically: Reuben who does a fantastic and conscientious job at alignment, Brian who is a great manager and Chris who took care of a problem I had after going to just brakes. These guys take care of all my vehicles for brakes tires and alignment. I have a 92 F 150 a 2008 Toyota Corolla S and my darling wife's hotrod a 2011 red Mustang. I had a modified Accord which Reuben dialed in perfectly and I continue to use them for this service primarily and now for brakes, tires and oil changes as well. The customer service is courteous, prompt and professional. The waiting rooms and bathrooms are clean. We recommend them highly. read more

The manager that's working the shift right now hollered out that my car is " trash " in front of 7 different customers without him even driving it, all because it does a little shake when you first crank on the car. He already seemed to have a attitude an be frustrated which I can get but #1 rule when working especially as a manager is to leave your problems and attitudes at home so there's no excuse for the rudeness. I brought my car here a few weeks ago to have the two lower ball joints in the front of my car replaced. Everything seemed to go smoothly and my car was ready to be picked up the same day that I had it brought in. The customer service was excellent. Christian, the employee who helped me when I first arrived and when I later came back to pick up my car, was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. I usually go elsewhere to have my car's oil changed, but I definitely would consider having any future repairs performed here. The location is very convenient to me and is just minutes from both I-4 and 17-92. I'm unsure how the store's prices size up against others like it, seeing as how the repairs that I recently had done were the first of their kind to be done on my car since I got it, but they seemed to be about right. My father estimated that each ball joint may cost about $200 to fix. I think it was a little bit more for each one, but I'm okay with that. The car now is running properly and the repairs are holding up. If you need to get a new tire or tires, go and talk to Christian. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about tires, as well. He suggested that my car may need new ones sometime soon, and if that ends up being the case then I'll go and see what he has for me. This place is simply amazing! 2 weeks ago I had no air conditioning and had no clue what the problem was. I had gone to multiple mechanics at different locations and they could never figure out what the problem was. Today I scheduled an appointment for 9 a.m at Firestone. My car was immediately taken back and the mechanic began working on it. A few hours later, the mechanic figured out what was wrong with my vehicle. The mechanic figured out that there was something wrong Electrical with the compressor. He check the electrical throughout the entire vehicle. He noticed that there were multiple fuses that were in the wrong place or too high voltage for the spot it was in. A few simple changes and the compressor was up and running. The mechanic I work on my car was Oliver. Excellent job! Customer for life. read more

They tried to rob me but I trusted my instincts and went to my usual auto shop. I had 2 nails in my tire and since they are close to work, I dropped it off. They called a couple of hours later saying the tire couldn't be repaired because it was too close to the wall which I knew was a lie, it was 2 inches from the wall. He then went on to say that my back tires needed to be replaced (also a lie) and I might need my brakes replaced. So now he is trying to sell me 4 new tires and a brake job. I told him to leave the spare on, I'll come get it. I took it to my usual shop today and they repaired it for $10. Firestone quoted me $32 for the repair originally. I can't believe what they try to do to people, it's horrible. I could have wasted over $1000! And a lot of people probably trust them and fall for it. Makes me sick. read more

Don't really get what all the fuss is about. I don't live in Longwood, but after reading all the positive reviews I made the journey out to this location to take my vehicle in for a full inspection. I walked in with my appointment already scheduled in and my info in the system and had to wait quite a while for anyone to enter and assist me. When someone finally did help me out, I explained that I had an appointment but they didn't seem to have any of my information that I had already given them in the system. I chose Firestone over my typical Goodyear vehicle service because Firestone offered a full inspection that Goodyear did not- but again I can't say I was impressed with my experience. I understand that the mechanics were very busy as to why my visit was not exactly a short one, but again, for something as simple as an inspection I'm not certain why it took as long as it did or why there were extra expenses that were not explained to me during the inspection process. I loathe writing low reviews, but my experience was less than satisfactory. read more

This after buying new tires at the Altamonte Springs Firestone and being told that they couldn't align it because it needed work that it actually didn't need. Worse the Altamonte location missed the work that actually needed to be done after I specifically asked about it. There should be like a little web floating advisory to go here rather than Altamonte. On December 19, 2013 I went to Firestone complete auto care located @ 400 W State Road 434 Longwood, FL, 32750 to just get tire flat fixed (there was a neil in middle of the tire). First the lady at the front said we are closing in 25 min and mechanic is busy can I make you an appointment for tomorrow. I told her I need this done today if possible, she said let me talk to mechanic and if he wants to stay little late and do the work. It took her 10min to get answer from mechanic, she said he will do it. I said thank you and she took my information and told me that is going to be $58+change. I was surprise that why it would cost that much to just put the plug in the tire and the tire was in my trunk so they don't have to do any extra work. She said you have low profile tire. I said don't fix it. What a ripoff. They just lost the customer. Few blocks from them there is a Pep Boys on corner of 17-92 and 434, it was almost 6:55pm they close at 7pm. I went in the office and ask the guy if they can fix the flat tire, he said sure just bring the tire. In 2 min my tire was fixed and I ask how much I owe you he said nothing. I said thank you and he said don't worry sir. The mechanic even helped me put the tire in my trunk. Thanks to Pep Boys (Michael & Jerome). They just got new customer with lots of referral. and was a ripoff firestone they try to take an advantage of bed time. read more
