That shop told me I had to replace an entire assembly just because of one dry-rotted bushing, quoting me over $800. They claimed the bushing couldn't be bought separately. I called Elite for a second opinion, and from the start, they were honest and knowledgeable. He told me he couldn't guarantee it, but he would try to hunt down the specific part. Later that afternoon, he called with great news--he found the bushing! This level of effort saved me almost $700. The staff is incredibly friendly and they actually take the time to explain the issue to you rather than just throwing a bill in your face. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else from now on. They told that they'll have to see the car. I brought the car already with the door panel opened, showed that the motor was working but the clips that hold the glass broke but they insisted to just give me a quote without drop the car. Two hours later they called me with a quote of $480 to fix it. I rejected and to get the car had to pay $113 for "inspection". The plastic clip broke was even at the exactly same place that I saw inside the door before, they didn't touched the car... The so called "inspection" costed more than the whole window system (not just the clips). Unfortunately that's how those place make their money, but hopefully this information helps others to not be scammed!
