He kept me in the loop the entire time, explained everything clearly, and truly had my best interests in mind from start to finish. His coworkers were also fantastic. I didn't catch their names, but every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. As a woman, going to an auto shop can often feel stressful. You worry about being talked down to or overcharged. That was not the case here at all. Carlito's was extremely fair, transparent, and by far the best price I found for the work I needed. No pressure, no upselling, just honest work. James and the team earned my trust completely. I can confidently say that for the rest of my life, I will be going to Carlito's and nowhere else. Had the unfortunate event of having a tire blowout over the weekend. Lucky enough to happen to google this place just down the road from the RaceTrac we happen to pull over at. Drove the car there at about 8ish-815ish and they were just opening up. Walked in, greeted by Mark. Super nice guy. Helpful. Told him what happened, walked away, with 2 new tires. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. He told me what was needed and I pretty much said, okay, lets do it. Lucky enough to have switched cars with my husband so he can get to work on time (on time as he could be) and I stayed behind to get the car after 2 tires were put on. Long story short, we went about our day, husband realized that he'd rather just have the 2 front tires replaced as well. Honestly, I call around other places to see if there were better deals and even Costco. We decided because we were so blwon away by the service that we received earlier that day, that we'd be back later in the afternoon to do the front 2 tires as well. Called Mark, just to give him a heads up. He said "absolutely no problem, if we get there by 5:30PM" he'd get us in and out. They close at 6 daily, I wouldn't have waited until 5:30PM to bring our car there. What a hassle for the guys to do right before closing. I ended up returning around 1:30PM and kind of just hung around and told Mark that I wasn't in a hurry and that the guys could take their time. I walked in and there was at least 3 people ahead of me. This place stays busy with the foot traffic and the phone calls. Mark seems to manage it like it ain't no thang. The service that we were provided today was top notch. Prices are fair. We are first time customers, but will definitely be returning. Mark definitely upholds Carlito's to a high standard of what good customer service would be. Corner establishment. Can't miss it. Has their own parking. Restroom was clean. AC was blowing cool air. Lobby was clean and chairs were comfy. Nice tv in the lobby and had a nice show on for people to enjoy. read more

I'm not a person that knows a lot about cars but I DO know people and I recognize good people. Mark and company at Carlito's are GREAT people! They take excellent care of their customers and create relationships that have actual meaning to them. I needed an alignment and I was referred to Carlitos. I called to see if I needed an appointment. I spoke with Mark, his customer service was excellent on the phone , he said come on by. when I arrived Mark greeted me at the door, educated me on the service that was going to be done and assured me that they would get it done, right. Great atmosphere good entertainment. I felt like I was home. this was a great experience for me and I urge anyone that has is on lowering springs or coil overs and need an alignment. Won't do lower cars anymore tried to scam me out tires I just wanted an alignment on it

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE! My son took his car there for a service/repair. He was charged and paid for it. When he drove off there was trouble with the car. I called them and they refused their liability. Then they suddenly remembered they didn't provide the refund. Claimant they would send me videos and never did until I went in person. I spoke with both Jon and Chris over the phone. Then when I went in person, Jenny, provided very poor and unfriendly service as well. All could have been resolved without and issue if their service could have at least been empathetic. they blatantly denied names of the shop manager and owner when i requested to escalate the issue due to all of the above mentioned staff's unhelpful assistance. I also left my review with BBB to which they are not even accredited with. I should have done my research first. Will NEVER recommend this shop. Even have a friend that own's a reputable Body Shop say (after the fact) they've had known issues with this shop and never use them either! read more

I've been going here to get used/new tires for years. They always mount it right, they're lowered car friendly, and the prices can't be beat. They are straight to the point there, so don't be expecting a Disney land experience, but they definitely know their field 1000%. I called shops by my office to get my truck alignment done . Several said they could not align my size of truck a few said they could. Carlitos said they could and either come by that night or in the morning. I asked do you offer lifetime alignment the guy said yeah. Next day I show up first thing to get the alignment good news they can complete the alignment bad news they do not offer lifetime alignment and after I said I was told last night you did they questioned if I called the right shop. I said yes I called Carlito's. I would have made other arrangements had they not lied over the phone . Don't trust what they tell you over the phone go in and speak with someone. read more

Had a nail in my tire. Asked Carlito staff that they put a plug and a patch on the tire. Very ordinary, easy and quick repair job. They got my keys from me and said they'd take a look. 30 mins or so later they come back and said it's all done. $20 for a plug. And said, By the way, don't forget to stop somewhere and out air in the tire. Stop somewhere? I asked why they didn't follow my request and put a patch on the inside of the tire too. The guy said they don't do that. Driving down the road, miffed, I called them back and complained about not putting like 3 lbs of air in my tire, after pulling a nail and installing a plug, which no doubt took just a few minutes tops, before sending me on my way... looking for somewhere else to put air in my tire. And the same guy as before answered the phone. I asked why they hadn't just done that as a routine and obvious step, and he didn't answer me. He just replied, You can bring it back. And I didn't, because ai was already well on my way home. and looking for a gas station that had an air pump. Totally unprofessional and insulting. I won't ever use Carlito's again. I just call this place for quote for an aligment for my Acura Tl and i was told was 180 , i called and spoke with the Owner Carlos and he was very nasty on the phone and told me they are not about customer service thwy are about the work If us the customer won't guve you business thsi company will not be here i know they probably don't care about one review but Honestly i do work customer service and i am excell when it comes to my customers. Excellent tire shop who's been in the business for decades. Literally decades!!! Might not be a large chain but to be in the industry for this long you have to be doing business legit and fairly, which is more than I can say for many chain tire shops like discount tire and tire kingdom, etc... these guys will treat you right and fairly and are not out to just take advantage of someone's bad day of hitting random nail or tire puncture. They'll recommend to patch or plug your tire if it's safe and can save u money. Which is more than I can say for these crooks at the chain tire franchises. read more

Condescending, corner cutting, unprofessional! The price may or may not be fair, they are vague and not forthcoming about the price of tires, but the sloppy work is enough to make me write this review and vow never to return. After being jerked around about the time required to have the tires installed, I ended up bringing the car right back because it was driving worse that it did before! What did this a*#@*le say to me? Do you want me to put the new tires in the front? I can do that. Now maybe I had good luck with replacing my tires in the past, but I thought common sense said that when you buy two new tires to replace worn ones in a front wheel drive car, you put the new tires in the front. read more

HONESTY, AFFORDABLE,RELIABLE,AND PROFESSIONAL. I have been to Carlitos tires twice. The first time my suv needed an alignment. I initially took my suv to holler honda in semoran blvd and they said that before the alignment, they needed to repair a suposley bad axle. I thought that was weird because I never heard a clicking sound when turning. I took the suv to Carlitos tires and they did the alignment and didn't find anything wrong with the axle. The second time I went to Carlitos was to mount and balance 4 used tires that I bought online. Which by the way, very affordable. The next day after my tires were mounted, I find out that one of the tires had a nail in it and was going flat. I took the car back to Carlitos and he fixed the tire at no charge. It wasn't even his tire, so he could have charged me if he wanted. read more

I have always heard of Carlito's Tires because of Carlito's integrity and great work. Last week I found out from Firestone that I needed four new tires. Firestone offered me four off-brand tires and alignment for a very high price, and I couldn't accept that. I decided to call Carlito's Tires and see what the company's good reputation was all about. Carlito's offered me the same tire replacement and alignment services with the the best name-brand tires - for $50 less than Firestone wanted for off-brand tires! I have been here twice to repair punctured tires. First time I had a nail in a tire but prior to going to Carlitos I tried Walmart, they said they could not fix the damage (just by looking at the tire) and I needed a new tire, I agreed but then they couldn't get the tire off because the bolt was stripped. The man recommended I take it to Carlitos because they couldn't help me. So I did and I told that the owner there that I thought I needed a new tire and before I knew it he had repaired my old one and the stripped bolts for $35. The second time I had two tires messed up and in about 45 mins fixed both for $30. Great prices, dependable, and worth the wait. They are busy so go as soon as they open to avoid a wait but either way it's worth the wait for great service and reasonable prices!!! read more

worst tire place in town, the man that owns the shop is rude!! He put 4 brand new tires on my car and one of them blew out, I went to firestone and they pointed out another tire had a bubble!!! same set of tires so that made 2 bad tires. I then changed them to another new set. I had one left from the old set because when I went to get the new set he only had 3 tires. firestone had no reason at all to point that out except for the fact that my car was shaking at 60mph. the man from firestone went outside felt the tires and right away pointed out the bubble.. I then took my car to carlitos tires and he lied and said the tire had no bubble but yet charged me to change the tire anyway..so if the tire was fine why change it?? he is a liar, he is rude, his business got bigger and it got to his head!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! and if you know better you shouldn't either. The manager from firestone even said," is he blind?!?!? stay away from this shop. yes he has cheap prices, but cheap prices brings cheap service!!! gave it one star because I had to, so I could write a review!! stay away.. he sells CHEAP CHEAP TIRES!!! Will go to a more reputable tire company next time. These guys did give a good deal on tires but in the end I found out that they took parts off of my vehicle and argued with me when it was braught to their attention. I constantly asked for a manager and was given the run arounds. Had my husband call and go back to the establishment and he was also treated rudely. I repirted them to The Better Business Bureau and also the Attorney General, Pam bond and will continue. My family and friends will no longer do business here. PEOPLE BEWARE!!! read more
