After the oil change my oil light came on. I showed the tech and was told come back if continues. The light would come on everytime I would stop, went back same day and was told it must be the sensor is bad. Mind you prior to oil change light was not coming on. I had to drive the car to work and to take my MIL to daycare because of her dementia. I went 1.5 days later to get sensor check. I watched as they began to perform diagnostic. They drained 8-10 quarts of dirty oil so it appears new oil was added to old oil. I watched them drain my oil and asked to see it up close. I called Valvoline customer service and they were extremely helpful. Cue in manager from this location. He was rude to me, asked why I waited to take it in to get checked, well I do work and take care of an aging parents. Then he called PepBoys and was rude to them. He even told the manager of PepBoys that extra oil is not that bad for the car. I wasn't angry at first, mistakes happen and I just wanted my money back and the money I spent to rectify the issue. Instead I was questioned by the store manager like I did something wrong, he said I looked at the oil dipstick before I left and approved it. I am not a mechanic, I don't know what clean or overfilled oil dipstick looks like of course I agreed. He says the video from them shows them emptying my oil. I will ask customer service for the video. It is a shame because the staff that took care of me were pleasant. I will NEVER go back to Valvoline. There is also a pre-wash station so you can scrub some of those spots so they have a time to soak which is really great and makes it easier for the Attendant as well so that they can hit really hard spots that didn't loosen for you so you get a better wash overall. Fast, efficient, clean, and thorough! This dog is indeed on top.

Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. Two hours later they called me with a quote of $480 to fix it. I rejected and to get the car had to pay $113 for "inspection". The plastic clip broke was even at the exactly same place that I saw inside the door before, they didn't touched the car... The so called "inspection" costed more than the whole window system (not just the clips).
