Not very convenient and that was the whole point of the the monthly membership - the additional perks and convenience. Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. Since I use only Amzoil, Demytrius agreed to do the oil change if I brought the Amzoil in. I made an appointment and was out within 30 minutes. I may be young but I cannot even begin to explain just how many times I've been in a rut due to car trouble. My experiences at various places (both big corporate auto shops and mom and pop type shops) have always been nothing but awful. Seriously, a man at Pep Boys spoke to me like I was a 5 year old child and caused a scene in front if other customers when I simply asked to make an appointment for a tire change. That's only one of over 100 experiences I've had. So when Triple A told me I needed to get a shift cable replaced, I immediately went into panic knowing I'd have to brace myself for wherever I went. I'm born and raised in the central Florida area and moved to Apopka almost 3 years ago. There's multiple auto shops around but I'd never been to Sheeler before until now. I came in and was out within an HOUR. Sadly, as a young woman, I never feel comfortable going alone to auto repair shops (that's another story for a different day!). I've learned to expect the worst. But this was by far the greatest experience. Everyone was super friendly, communicative and respectful. On my way home I immediately called several friends (other single women who have unfortunately had negative experiences with auto shops) and recommended Sheeler.
