I have had everything from minor to major work done here. The work has always been done right the first time. This is a family run shop that takes care of their customers and makes you feel like they appreciate your business. As soon as my new vehicles are off the free dealer warranty service this is where they go. I had exhaust work done here about a week ago, and my experience was extremely garbage. The shop removed my original exhaust system with catalytic converters as well as the catalytic converter from the replacement exhaust I brought, and then refused to return my parts unless I paid a "radiation fee" that I never agreed to. And that "radiation fee" isn't a Florida law as he told me On top of that, the exhaust they installed leaked, forcing me to pay $45 out of pocket to have it fixed elsewhere. I also paid $279 for the service, which was defective and incomplete. To make matters worse, the catalytic converters were scrapped without my authorization, which is my personal property. The total value of the scrapped parts is approximately $860. I am currently working with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this shop, and I strongly caution others to make sure they get all fees and policies in writing before agreeing to service. read more

Stay away from this place. When you come, they offer lifetime warranty and after a few months when you got an issue, they will come up with a bunch of excuses. I brought a Cadillac XTS with a catalytic issue. they replaced then took it back because the check engine light came out, they clear the check engine light I drove no more than 8000 miles then it got clogged. I took it back and they charge me again for the full amount. NO WARRANTY!! if I would've go to Cadillac I would've got the warranty and no headache. read more

Brought my vehicle to the shop because there was a leak in my muffler in several spots. I asked to have them all repaired when they were pointed out to me. $170 later they sent me on my way. After going home I realized that out of the 5 places that I requested to be welded only 2 were done! I brought it back to the shop and the man at the front desk was completely rude. I've had several jobs done here with mostly good results, but they couldn't find the drain plug on a manual transmission, which shocked me, and on my last visit were about to lift the body by the fender well edges. My latest visit I was frustrated as a dealership service department said I needed a new radiator in a 4 year old car with less than 60k miles. I told them to not work on it. Absolutely terrible! I left my car overnight. They said it would cost around 900 dollars to put in air mass flow sensor. The next day i decided to not get the job done so i called early in the morning and the guy over the phone said that even if i pick up the car although they didnt fix it they had to charge me. Called Muffler Man referred from the not so gracious Rikers Automotive in Orlando. Muffler Man said bring ur truck in in the morning & we'll access the problem..1 star...drop our putt putt off the following morning and was told we'll contact u and inform u definitely what's the problem by the following afternoon..3 stars. We leave with our rental truck and head over to the delicious restaurant Melao. The next day we did receive a call from Muffler Man informing us that the truck's transmission is about to go and probably wont make it back to New Yawk. If its not the transmission it could possibly be the fuel pump..2 stars Ahh heck no!! We're not mechanics but we r native New Yawkers..we saw the referral coming to the transmission shop 3 miles away. Upset, Hot, tired, and hungry. We decided to go into NY survival mode..Take our putt putt. park it at the resort. contact the local Infiniti dealer and get a real 100% definitive answer. All in all Muffler Man we appreciated your efforts but after going what we experienced upon arriving in Orlando another referral to the local transmission shop to sit and have lunch at was not going to sit well with this New Yawker. Very dishonest people or they have no clue what they're doing. I brought my car in, took it to different places, they said I needed to have something replaced ($800) that didn't need to be replaced. I went there to try and increase power for Jeep Wrangler. Jeff recommended I remove my catalytic converters and straight pipe it and then buy a hand held unit to bypass O2 sensors...this does not work. (but he got money for my converters I learned after the fact!!!) Also, I had a Magnaflow exhaust added but it was super loud when I went back the Dad suggested I add an additional muffler...I asked will this be in the way if I put converters back he said no. Well its in the way. In my efforts to by pass O2 sensors I have waisted 200$$ plus now I have to put converters back in....so money I paid Muffler Man for straight piping and extra muffler I do not need I am out and additional 500$$$ plus all the time and aggravation!!! I realize being a woman and ignorant is a deadly combination for people like this to take advantage of a person. What they do not realize is if they just took care of me properly I would never go anywhere else.....Orlando Dodge would have been WAY more economical and my Jeep would actually run properly. Giving this business even one star is painful. How awful this place is is beyond words. How they even remain in business is a complete mystery to me. They treated me like garbage the two times I was there (I only came back to get a part replaced that was warranteed by them for a year that broke within 8 months which they not only didn't replace, but they blamed me for the part breaking). The service is horrible. The customer service is non existant. At one point the last time I was there while having a full on shouting match with the shady owner in the garage, nearly all the mechanics came and got not only verbally abusive but threatened violence. Yeah very brave of them. 6 on 1 and I'm the pu^%y huh? This place sucks. It is always empty when I go there and I can see why. The filth starts at the owner and works its way down to the mechanics too... If you are reading this do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Or go and find out for yourself. Either way.
