Then the following week my tire started leaking air so I call and try to get an estimate for all new tires and get told something is wrong with their system so I would have to come in for them to take a look at what tires would fit my vehicle (I have an account with them and they know my vehicle)... I then asked if they were busy and Caleb said they could get it all taken care of in 45 mins. (All new tires and alignment) But when I get there 20 mins later, I talk to the same sales associate Caleb and he makes it seem like all these people just showed up and the wait time is probably doubled and the system is now working all of a sudden. Then tells me the most common tire people get for my car is not available and he would have to order them. Which is fine, but all of this could've been done OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED, not to mention interrupting the should be quick purchase process twice to answer the phone. Then I ask if they could just fix my tire and do the alignment until my next appointment for the tires and the wait time gets doubled to 1hr 30. I can tell when businesses genuinely get busy and stuff happens but I also can tell when someone is lazy or lying. I've been going to discount tire for 5 years so I know what to expect when it comes to customer service. This was not it. Giant waste of time. In addition I was told that it usually costs $825 for this service and she would look for some rebates. I was very surprised when I was told the total was over $1100. I did share my surprise and they got it down to just over $1000. I had the oil changed here about 3 weeks ago and they claimed that they checked the brakes. When I brought it in this time because of a warning light, I was told that the rear brakes were at 10% and the front at 20%. I'm pretty sure the brakes were not checked at the oil change and if they were they didn't notify me that they were getting close to needing to be replaced.
