Great Place. I just moved here from out of town and passed by this place a few times. I always noticed how clean and organized it appeared from the outside. My Mercedes S550's coolant hose was cracked. They took my car immediately. I asked them to change the oil as well. While looking over the car they noticed my air filters were dirty. I got the car back priced as quoted. They we're in constant contact with me. They got the parts in 1 day and I got my car back the next day. They know their way around foreign cars and I would definitely trust them again with a Mercedes and that's saying a lot. Great Work! read more

ABSOLUTE WORST MECHANIC WE'VE EVER DEALT WITH! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! Add this place to the list of dishonest, unethical CROOK mechanics. They DO NOT CARE about building relationships with their customers or even doing good work. Josh the owner is a grumpy jerk with zero customer service skills. His area manager, Carlos, had to apologize for his behavior. That alone should give you some indication on how he runs his business. We paid for them to change out the sensors in our Nissan Frontier. My husband picked up the vehicle and before he even reached the first stop light the vehicle broke down. Turns out they put in bad aftermarket sensors that don't work. When we called them about this, they wanted to charge us another $200 to diagnose the problem. Why would we pay $200 to diagnose whether or not they did a good job? This would just give them the opportunity to find "other issues" that we would now have to pay for. We decided to take it to another mechanic who is 45 minutes away since we've used them before and they've done good work. They immediately knew what the issue was, they took out the bad sensors that Cech had put in and replaced them with good ones. That solved the issue, the car works great now. We called Cech and asked that we be refunded the money we paid them. Their immediate answer was a very rude 'No'. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to refund us the money, but only for the parts and not for the labor, because they knew they could get a refund from the manufacturer for the parts. When we ask for a refund on the labor as well, (because why would we pay for the labor on a repair that was not done), they flat out refused to refund us. When we returned the sensors to them they only refunded us for 2 of the 3 sensors. All in all we are out $500 on a repair that was not done. Don't waste your hard-earned money on these people. If you do, just expect to get ripped off like we did. Just know that whatever response Cech decides to make to this review, my review is honest and complete. If you look at some of their other negative reviews, they have a habit of calling their customers liars or deflecting by saying 'You must have the wrong business'. Perfect example of the pot calling the kettle black. Check their Yelp reviews too, they have a much lower score there. Response to owner: Exactly the response I expected, pretty much the same response you give to anyone who dares post a negative review about you. You could've just been humble and admit you're mistake, that would have gone a long way in winning back our business. But the way you treat your customers is truly appalling. Since this incident we've been contacted by several people with similar stories. You don't take care of your customers. You were rude to my husband from the moment he walked into the door, we should have known not to trust you with our money. And you're right, times are tough. That's why you obviously can't afford to fix up your run down shop. Instead you do bad work and then keep the money. You don't have a leg to stand on and we can prove it. read more

Brought my car into get plugs and wires replaced. Would not answer me to the cost of anything. The counter person(he was slick in not answering anything and gave my key to the mechanic without me seeing it) was anything but honest and was very rude. When I told him if he didn't tell me prices I was going elsewhere to which he said my car was already apart. I know garage's mark up parts prices to make money but is usually 50%. They marked up my parts 300%. What should have been a $150 job turned into a $350 job. They seemed to do good work but very shady when it comes to money and the truth. I went there to have spark plugs replaced. When I got there my car was running decent. $250 for spark plugs and my car ended up being worst then it was before I got there. Before I got there my car would misfire only once in a blue moon and i didn't have any lights on in my car, after when I left my car would barley drive and the engine light was now on. I had to take it to another mechanic and then found out they put the wrong plugs in my car and damaged 2 of my coils when I never told them to touch my coils. Never come here and safe yourself time and money. Worst decision of my life bringing my car here! read more

I love this auto care place! Chad is extremely helpful and they have helped me keep my 16 year old vehicle running. They were the only shop to take in my vehicle during a problem when I had to leave for an emergency medical appointment for my daughter. I am impressed by their personal service, care for their clients and honest. I thought I needed an expensive repair and they told me it was only a battery connection problem. They could have convinced me otherwise, but are honest and even fixed the connection at no charge. Highly recommen! read more

Very Expensive and Overpriced! Broke down and AAA recommended since 10% discount for members (actually only on labor and up to $50). I called and asked for an estimate, and the gentleman said I needed to bring it in so they can look at it first. He did not tell me that they have $106 diagnostic fee. Their work seems to be fine, but I would not recommend them at all. Their parts and labor are very expensive. They tried to charge me $230 for a battery. read more

They've done several jobs on two of my vehicles, and it's always a very straightforward and enjoyable process. Schedule a time, and the job gets done when they say it will. The prices are reasonable, and they discussed the details about what they're going to do, how much it will cost, and what you'll gain by getting it done the right way. They're concerned for your safety, and will make recommendations, but do not feel pushy. A very knowledgable shop, doing extensive brake work on my CJ Jeep and my F-150, replacing shocks, drive belts, oil changes, etc. I'll be taking my Jeep back to check get a full four wheel drive run through of my Jeep soon! read more

My car is a 2002, however it has been well maintained and has had any defective and worn parts replaced when brought to my attention. There was no discussion or written communication of any additional work that your mechanic felt my car needed. Furthermore when I checked out I was not given a brochure that would have informed me of "nationwide coverage" for the work that your garage performed. I also did call your garage after I determined what the problem was and prior to having the brake pads replaced a second time and spoke to the young man who originally waited on me. He did not advise me that I had the option of finding a garage here in Wisconsin that would have fixed the problem. Had I been given that information I certainly would have used it and this whole issue could have been avoided. read more

I found this shop while calling around for an emergency repair. Out of the 7 shops in the area, this was the only one that acted like they wanted my business and was happy to help! I cannot for the life of me remember her name (sorry!) but the woman up front is amazing. She has no problem keeping in touch, is friendly and remembers her customers, and even helped me by giving me rides back and forth (since I wasn't able to drive my own vehicle)! The mechanic himself has done a great job figuring out the problems with my car (there are many lol) and explains to me what is happening under the hood. Overall this shop is friendly, FAST, reliable and affordable. I am recommending it to everyone I know with car troubles! read more

I like older vehicles. I have a 1980 F-100, and a 1998 Cherokee. Both are restored and/or in excellent shape. Still, if you choose to drive vehicles this old, you're going to run into regular issues you won't have with a new car. That's part of the game. Finding someone who can address the issues, diagnose and fix it right the first time, and respect the value of a restored vehicle -- all for much, much less than a comparable dealer's repair -- that's a win. For awhile, these people seemed to be fair and honest but the past 6-9 months, It seems like every time we bring one of our cars here, its a very expensive issue. Also the past 2 times, we have left after spending a lot of money and find, 1-3 days later other problems pop up that cost hundreds more to fix. Very knowledgeable and polite people.. even though I was upset about my car and the situation I was in, they listened to me, looked at my car, have me a fair quote to fix it, then, after they fixed my car, It was even cheaper than what I was quoted.. I would definitely and highly recommend Pro Auto Care for and car repair you need.. Went to Pro Auto Care for a replacement of my brake light switch and was charged way over the customary rate for that service. Per myatuomatictransmission.com, the customary rate ranges from Low $77.00 to High $100.00 for an auto repair shop. I was charged $168.00. Also, they said I had a leaking water pump that was falling apart. I went to another mechanic and he said nothing was wrong with the water pump. They estimated a new water pump for $485.00. I showed him the bill for the brake light replacement and he was shocked how much I over paid. I said I had also had a fuel injector cleaning because of an engine light coming on and was charged $154.00. He said I paid 40% to much. I can Not recommend this place and will NOT be returning. Shame on me for not doing my homework, but hope this helps others. read more

I took my car in for a transmission repair. When they put it on the lift they crushed the body panel seals and it pushed out the lower trim 3 inches from the car. The right fender to door panel seam was also pushed out 1/2 inch. I called them and they asked to see it so I drove it down today, 9/24/2015. When he looked at it he said it's a simple repair I'll need the car for 3 days and I'll get it back to you. They do not do body work there and the car is a Cadillac Deville so I wanted to know who would be working on my car. Upon asking, "who do you use for your body work?" His reply was, "I have a guy." Well I wanted to verify who this person is and are they a real business or someone out of a garage. When I made it known that I'd like to verify this person to know it would be done right his reply was, "do you want it fixed or not?" I let him know I'd like to know who was going to be working on my car so I could be assured it would be done right. He initially refused to tell me. I had to ask at least 3 times before he finally gave me a name (which I don't have) and said he had 12 years experience. Since he refused to tell me numerous times I was suspicious if this guy existed so I asked if I could call him to verify who this person is and if they are qualified. His reply was, "He is more qualified than you'll ever be at your work." He has no idea who I am and what I do for a living. I let him know I wouldn't let someone touch my car unless I could verify his work credentials. He again refused to give me his number and said I could not call him. I asked for the phone number at least 5 times. Finally he told me, "Take your car and get the F#@k out of here." I also posted a 1 star review on their website and their website does not reflect it. Anyone can look good when they don't post the bad reviews. They are also not registered with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). I did not verify this and this is where I went wrong. Protect yourself and only work with mechanics that are registered. read more
