Daniel was kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule after I missed the appointment I had made (which I still feel awful about!). There was a small spot for me to hang out and work during install. My "upgraded" factory Dodge stereo is not capable of blowing my bumping new Alpine R speakers. My son and I ensured the speakers passed all music type tests, much to the chagrin of the neighbors. I am thrilled with my new speakers! I drive to the car wash just to listen to them. I figured since he did my Mustang 5.0 they would do another phenomenal job, boy was I wrong, it took two days to get the system done fine with that however, when I went to go pick up the car and test the Soundsystem it sounded like complete dog. I told the installer that it didn't sound right, and he tried to fool me by putting the volume up really loud, to cover up the lack of work ethic and professionalism that goes into doing your job, that being said I left it at that went home and over the next few days. I noticed that the system was absolutely terrible. The sound sucked and on top of that I took a quick picture of my odometer. This guy actually rode my car for 20+ miles when confronted on it, he wouldn't say anything, I didn't want to go back to this place, too many emotions if you get me! End of story I had the system redone at another location. Do yourself a favor. Stay clear of this business. They are bad. you've been warned.

Told me it would take 5 hours.... Left my car, came at closing time and they were still working on it... I noticed the tint was way to light.. I said that tint does not match the car out front, he told me it did, (no way it did). Then, he took it off except for the back window. The car was done in less then 30 mins. (on a side note, why did they need my car there for 5 hours the first time?) Then when it was time to pay, charged me for two sets of tints..... Not before hand, after... Then after a long augment and him laughing in my face, (his employee actually pulled me aside and told me what a Jacka** he is and sided with us) I was so aggravated I over paid him by 80 bucks because I counted my 100 bill as a 20. and he was sooo dishonest he kept it! Got home and see the edges all lifting up and tape all over the outside of my back window. What a mess. Please beware... when going here. He has 2 locations one at the flea market and this one at fortune road. (((This guy needs to get some customer service skills!) I felt rushed and unlistened too. I brought my car in for a basic amp and subwoofer install, and left with a broken trunk. Sammy and their so-called "BMW specialist" clearly didn't know what they were doing. After paying $600 (plus a $100 tip I now deeply regret), I discovered my trunk wouldn't even open when I got home. I drove 90 minutes back to have them fix it, only to witness the two employees arguing with each other while I stood there. I have the entire exchange on camera. They didn't fix the issue. Instead, the owner had the audacity to text me taking responsibility--but then tried to push me to another location TWO HOURS away for a "possible" fix. Absolutely not. I ended up taking it to BMW directly, where it cost me $1,100 to properly repair the damage they caused. I initiated a chargeback to cover the BMW repair since I refuse to pay twice for someone else's mistake. I also had to warn the owner that further harassment or slander would be met with legal action. For the record, this is the third time I've tried posting a review--apparently, they've been getting negative reviews deleted. Oh, and before you trust this business, maybe look up the seven liens against it--including one on the owner personally. They present themselves as friendly and professional--until something goes wrong. Then it's blame-shifting, dodging accountability, and trying to sweep things under the rug.
