There was a small spot for me to hang out and work during install. My "upgraded" factory Dodge stereo is not capable of blowing my bumping new Alpine R speakers. The guy convenience me to sign up for their finance program (SNAP Finance) which I did and was approved for $3300.00. I set up an appointment to come back on 01/01/2022(Saturday). I left Melissa Ortiz there and proceeded home, after talking to my mom and just leasing my own apartment she recommended that I wait until I'm more financially stable to take on another bill. I called back to Audio Tint Pros and talked to the gentlemen, he informed me to call SNAP Finance to cancel, which I did so and they(SNAP) informed me that Audio Tint Pros said the equipment was installed in my car, I owe them over $3500.00 and which the contract couldn't be cancelled. My problem never went away and thought it just needed to be reset so I had a mobile mechanic take a look. Turns out they never changed out my part, took my part, and still charged me for a service they never did. This place is a literal scam. They also tried telling me other parts of my vehicle were going bad which the other mechanic showed proof of not being an issue or even close to being worn out. Don't ever come to this place unless you are ok with getting scammed.
