I came back here after having a good experience here a year prior. Something has changed. As a woman, do not come here. I came here looking for a quote on FWD control arms, tie rods, and alignment. Nissan Dealer quoted me the day before 2k to fix. I immediately had to go to Pep Boys after the dealer to get my battery replaced under warranty. PB quoted $1,600. Auto Solutions quoted $3,235 dollars for the job. They wanted over a thousand dollars MORE than the dealership wanted. When I mentioned that they wanted more she offered to look up aftermarket prices. Maybe this place was running an honest business at some point, but something is definitely off now. Don't bother with this place. Use caution. As to the owner's response below, I mentioned it was more than the dealer. She said "maybe that quote just includes one side". I showed her the dealer price. She then offered to give me a quote for aftermarket. Why on earth would I want aftermarket if I could do to the dealership for half the price? I went in to get wheel bearings done they said I had a oil and coolant problem then when they said the van was done they let me drive off with a half blown engine smoke brakes failing they didn't want to pay for the tow back to their shop at first two times they said the engine was ok but it was not my engine began problems in there shop but instead of addressing it they said the van is ready and that is just from your some other issue but the main point I didn't bring my van in that to be going out the way they then they put my family in harms way this is a 8 passenger van my family transportion. read more

Brought in truck for 4 Brakes and 4 rotors, and both front wheel hub bearings, I thought these things were made from gold cause I got charged $2500, to have to come back cause faulty installation, they only replaced the front brakes and rotors, a week later the back our faulty as well and back to the shop for a third time I go. These people over price, their technicians are rookies and overall time to install is gonna take about 2 business days. Save your money, Time and take your vehicles to a real mechanic ! where you don't have to come back for a simple brake and rotors installment. imagine more complex issues.. read more

Went in for a quote. They wrote out the parts and labor. They said struts, control arm bushings and wheel bearing assemblies are shot. I researched the part prices online and they quoted me approximately 3-5X what the parts are online or locally. do not go to this place. They will place in parts that were made in china (Monroe auto parts) that are already fully assembled... they charge for major part changes that are unecessary. Safe to say. I'm not going to have my car fixed there. Monroe shocks are shit according to multiple online reviews and wear out VERY QUICKLY. I probably would have gotten the work done by them if the parts were priced appropriately, but because they were charging 3-5x what the parts actually cost, that makes me think WHAT ELSE ARE THEY LYING ABOUT? DO NOT USE THIS STORE. they will FUCK you and do not give a shit. Had an appointment at 11:30, got there and someone told me they were having a meeting. There was not a single person working at the shop, nobody in the front either, the guy took my car key and went to the meeting room where they stayed for 40 min. When they finally came out there was no apology and they went like it wasn't a big deal. I still waited to see if they would rush to start my car but when I realize I wasn't a priority I decide to take my business somewhere else. BTW u guys lost about 3 potential customers that left while I was there and the phone didn't stop ringing. Maybe next time choose a better time to have a meeting. read more

AMAZING customer service. I called Auto Solutions one morning to get a "worst-case-scenario" price quote for my Jeep. My brakes were grinding and I knew it wasn't going to be pretty. I spoke with Juan who told me that there could be many worst case scenarios but offered to take a look at my vehicle and give me a more informed quote. (I had already spoken with many shops who gave me random numbers.) I told him that I was at work and he offered to pick up my car from my work. I honestly thought it was kinda weird so I declined but after I got off the phone with him I read more of the reviews and decided to give it a shot. The shop's communication cannot be beat. Once my car was at the shop I heard from Gonzalo frequently enough to be reassured that my vehicle was in good hands but I was still able to go about my workday as usual. I received texts when my car was checked in, when the assessment was started & finished, when it was being serviced, and when it was finished. I was really impressed that they sent me the vehicle assessment via weblink accompanied with photos of everything that needed to be fixed so that I could see for myself that what they were saying was accurate. I'd like to start this review by letting you know that I do not trust anyone but family. BUT this place I can and will reccommend whole heartedly! My family had JUST moved to the Orlando area from Seattle, WA when my Ford Expedition needed some major help. Without my family here to help fix my car I found Auto Solutions on Yelp. I submitted my questions to them online and they got back to me right away. I took my car to them on the following Monday and they assesed the problems and listened to all my concerns and found the culprit to my cars problems. Gonzalo was in constant contact with me the WHOLE time keeping me posted as to timeline of completion. I feel the care, cost and quality of service are all uncompared! This is our second time taking our car to this shop and they are not fair and as a woman I feel we got swindled. My daughter took her car and it took 1.5 weeks to be finished. There is no reason why we should've been charged $125 for a diagnostic charge on a battery. All they did was test the battery with one tool and they charged us like it was a full diagnostic test. As a parent who paid for the car to get repaired I was asking questions pertaining to the bill and Gonzalo Agudo was very rude to me. I had him speak to my son-n-law who knows mechanics and said that charge $125 was wrong since they didn't do full diagnostics on the battery and we wanted the charge removed and he wouldn't even consider it. He was flat out rude to me and my son-n-law. Not only that, we had to take the car back because the headlights were blown and they were functional before we left the car. They wouldn't even admit that it was their fault. They must've done something wrong when they had the car and we had to buy bulbs to replace the blown out ones. I feel as a woman, this shop over charges and doesn't care about being fare to their customers. Watch out if you're a woman and you take your car here. There is another guy that works here and his name is Juan. I feel if he was there he would've made sure we were well taken care of. read more

I chose Auto Solutions because of the over all good reviews on Yelp. They are good and friendly folks who work to repair your car and keep you happy. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that my repair wasn't completely finished the first time around and had to be returned to the shop. However the owner, Jose, was very professional and polite in diagnosing and completing the repair himself. The repair was expensive but I guess in line with other car repair locations. But everyone there is friendly and you are offered a ride home if it's going to be a long wait time. I would take my car here again for repair if the need arises. read more

I called this place due to a great quote and convenient location. First i walk in to a very hot office with temperatures outside almost 100 degrees. Ok, not a big deal guy says about 45 mins to an hour. After one hour and 20 mins he comes and says im sorry, our computer hasnt been working it keeps freezing. Ive tried calling our tech but unfortu ately we cannot do the wheel alignment. At what point did it not dawn on him to come relay the message being as though ive been waiting with 2 kids under 10 years old in the hot office. Very unlrofessional. read more

After reading so many positive reviews for Auto Solutions website on Yelp, two weeks ago I took my 1988 Cadillac Sedan DeVille into the shop to explore repairing air conditioning and high idle speed. After receiving a thoughtful evaluation of my car and a detailed estimate of the required work I OK'd the repairs. Both repairs were completed to my satisfaction for exactly the price I agreed to pay. Needless to say I was very happy. Just yesterday, unsolicited, Juan called me to make sure the car was still functioning properly a week after the repairs were completed. That is very impressive customer service. After decades of having cars repaired I have never had a repair shop call me a week after a repair was completed to make sure I was still happy with their work. I am VERY HAPPY with Auto Solutions and I will return whenever necessary to keep my 29 year old Caddy running smoothly. Thank you, Auto Solutions, for exceeding my expectations.
