So, about 6 weeks after Scott replaced my touchscreen, my HVAC panel stopped working. I remember when picking up my vehicle, he disclosed that he had to push the HVAC panel back on, but he got it in. Honestly, I don't remember exactly what he said he had to do. I was just happy to have the NAV/radio back to normal, and the HVAC buttons worked, that was all I cared about. It all looked fine. Fast forward 6 weeks and the HVAC panel stopped working out of the blue. Stuck on 75 degrees, and none of the buttons would work. I brought it back to Scott, he took the battery out, thinking it might need a reset, he looked at the panel but said he didn't have an answer and said he'd put me in touch with a friend who might have an answer for me. He never did. I left him messages. Never heard back. I took the vehicle to Nissan and they want to charge me $1,200 for a new HVAC panel and I believe that whatever Scott did to get it back on messed it up. Thanks Scott. read more

Amazing job by Scott on my Mini Cooper. I have a newer model Mini but it didn't have a touchscreen, Carplay or navigation. I found an after market solution that basically involved taking apart the dash and replacing the radio unit. Other places are reluctant to work on Mini's because they can be a bit difficult. I had a couple of places tell me outright they wouldn't work on a Mini. Scott's pricing is very reasonable and he got the job done in just a few hours. It works great! I wanted someone to take a look at my current car setup. The front speakers have a short and stopped working a while ago. I spoke with Scott, the owner and sole operator, and he said he would be glad to take a look at it. We set up an appointment for 2pm Thursday, my day off. I wanted a time in the morning, but Scott said he "wasn't a morning person." I arrived precisely at 2:00. His garage doors were shut and the office door locked. His business is located in a storage facility. I don't have a problem with that. After 15 minutes, I went into the storage facility office. The 2 ladies said he was usually punctual and couldn't figure out why he was a no-show. I told them I would wait 15 additional minutes and give him the benefit of the doubt. I also called him, got voice mail, and texted him as his voice mail requested. I left at 2:30 as I had somewhere else to go. I texted him that message and said I would be willing to come back over that way, even though it was out of my way. Mind you, the drive to his place is just shy of 20 miles each way. I went to my other spot, then just before I left there, I texted him one last time, saying I was on my way home and I could be to his place in 30 minutes. SILENCE! Maybe the work he does warrants 5 stars, but to get any stars, one would have to show up in the first place. I do not appreciate taking time on my day off, driving 20 miles, only to be ghosted with no return call or text. I am at a loss how anyone can run a business with this kind of attitude. Maybe Scott is independently wealthy and this business is just a hobby? read more

I had a stereo installed into my RV back in Oklahoma before I moved to Florida. I still needed to add a maestro wiring kit to it so I could monitor the gages. Scott did a great job on my Mini! The basic stereo on a Mini is really poor, but since we bought the car used, we ended up with their basic system. Replacing the rear speakers is a major job, where you need to pull everything out; back seats, harnesses, panels. This is my baby, and he did a great job leaving everything looking like new. He also took the time to explain everything, easy to talk to and walked me through the systems so I could choose what worked well for my budget yet got us the sound we wanted.
