Greetings: I am writing a review of this company...All American Glass located on Sebastian Blvd in Sebastian. I was recommended to them by my long time auto body shop in Melbourne. I called them up and described the problem. The drivers side window on my BMW Z3 shattered when I leaned on it to strongly. I had the option to drive to them or they could come to me. Since my driveway is pitched 4 or 5 degrees which would make the result less than perfect I chose to drive to them. The experience was very satisfying. It is obvious they know what they are doing. Everything was explained to me in laymans terms and they were very pleasant in their interactions. My car is 25 years old and the reinstallation took a little longer than expected. I was in and out in under 3 hours. It is about a month since Ive been there. I can report no problems with my vehicle. They are a good value for what they do. I recommend they whole heartedly without reservation. read more

Great experience! On calling I was assisted with working through insurance issues then scheduling a date for the repair. The next week I took the car in, and was called 3 or 4 hours later that the repair was completed! I picked up the car, was given some advice on care of the repair for the rest of the day and following day. I couldn't have asked for a better situation getting my cracked windshield replaced! read more

A couple weeks ago I purchased a Tesla Y panoramic glass roof from Sunroof Express. Sunroof Express recommended American auto glass for the installation. I live in tradition and would have never come up this far to have the panoramic glass top installed unless referred by Sunroof Express. The installer and the owner of the company of American auto glass, John R. Hall advised me he removed spacers from the panoramic glass roof in order to make it fit better. In speaking with Tesla and doing further research, I learned that the spacers are there strategically engineered to absorb impact to prevent cracking and breakage of the top and should never be removed. I called Sunroof Express, and requested a full refund for the panoramic glass roof of which they refunded me however they will not refund me for the installation of the glass panel which is $550. My consolation today was John said if the glass panel leaks, or I hear air, he will warranty the labor. I asked him if he would warranty the labor due to a crack in the panoramic glass due to poor installation and he said no! Essentially, what happened is the installer, John R. Hall owner of American auto glass has ruined the glass panoramic panel and I must now go to Tesla and have it installed properly and pay for installation charges again! Adding fuel to the fire Christine said yesterday on the phone they would refund the labor cost of $550 but upon arriving today, John R. Hall made it clear that was not going to happen. Steer clear of this company they're unethical and have a problem with the truth and technical installs. read more

An excellent company to deal with to have my broken passenger door window replaced. The workmanship was very good, completed the job pretty fast. I thought their price for doing the job was pretty reasonable. I would most definitely use American Auto Glass again and recommend them to anyone that asks. read more

John was patient while I explained my unusual request and the futile attempt at find the right item or person to help me. Everyone else had been quick to point in another direction and hope that I'd figure it out on my own. American Auto Glass is a true family neighborhood business with the kindest bedside manner! John solved my problem in no time and wasn't going to charge me but I insisted on paying him to acknowledge his kindness and professionalism. With little hope of finding the answer I pulled into the parking lot thinking that "it can't hurt to ask"......................PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!! read more

Great service. Fixed a rear power window on an older car. Knew exactly what it needed. In and out in a few hours.

I went to see John at American Auto Glass after the Subaru dealer estimated that the two issues with my car would cost somewhere around $300 and even then, when I brought it in, they couldn't fix either of them. I went to John--I have to give the Subaru people credit for recommending him--and he took care of both of these problems in under 20 minutes. The bill was $25. He's a prince, and this place is a jewel. Go there. I wish John did heart surgery. Even though he's not a doctor, I think he'd be able to pull that off too. Happy customer from Pittsburgh read more

I would give this Company a higher rating. American Auto Glass was referred to me - I went there, John looked at what I needed done and he was done in no time. What I needed done was a fairly simply installation, but let me say, I was VERY IMPRESSED and HIGHLY recommend American Auto Glass for any of your window repairs. Thank you, Chris for being so friendly, and John for doing a great job. It's also an easy enter and exit. read more

I had John & Co. replace a windshield on my classic Corvette. I am used to paying top dollar for replacement parts because my vehicle is older and parts tend to be scarce. To my surprise, John was able to locate a replacement and install it at a fraction of the cost of the specialty parts houses (Ecklers, Corvette America, etc.) The job was done quickly and accurately. The windshield looks better than the original. I would recommend American Auto Glass over any of the national chains. These guys take pride in their work and aren't on a piece work/commission basis. read more

I was visiting the area and needed a cracked windshield replaced. I picked this business and found both John and Karen Hall very professional and nice people. They were very helpful on the phone and were able to get my vehicle in quickly. They dealt with my insurance and made the entire process easy. Work was excellent. When I picked up my car, it was pouring rain. They sent a employee out to move my car inside the garage so I wouldn't get wet leaving! I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass services!!! Thank you! Lori Scott read more

Recommended by Southeast Honda to replace my FIT's front windshield. Richard arrived at my driveway and had it replaced in less than one hour. He explained how long to wait before removing temporary tape, driving and washing. He also pointed out that the recalibration of sensors that I had been told by others to schedule was not necessary as there were no such sensors for this make/model of car. All the safety sensors/cameras were on the rear and side mirrors - not on the windshield. He took the time to do a good job and to educate the consumer. read more

Had to have windshield replaced in my Jeep Wrangler. I made an appointment to take it in, they told me they could come out to my place to fix it. I decided to take it to them. It took them about 1 hour to replace it. Everyone knew what they were doing. If I ever need another one replaced I will go back. I found out they can even do motorhome windshields. read more
