I originally had an appointment set up with a different company. But that's besides the point. I had went in for an oil change at the Honda dealership. My service advisor saw the big ole chip on the front windshield. Gave me the business card for SuperGlass. They highly recommend SuperGlass. The dealership does business with them quite often on a lot of the cars. I trust my service advisor's rec and trust that the dealership does good business with this company so I took a chance. Texted Mike. Got a response right away. Walked me through the steps of what I should tell my insurance company to get them to send the referral to SuperGlass. The process was quick and easy with Mike's help. Mike was responsive, honest, and communicative. Monday morning he texts me back and says, they've received the referral and that the glass has been ordered. Midweek, Veronica texts me and says that the glass should arrive by the end of the week, maybe Friday. Can we schedule for end of week. I said absolutely! We scheduled something for the following week on a Thursday. They were able to come to my job. Veronica had kept me updated throughout the whole process through and through with the technician who was coming to install my windshield. His name is Darius. She told me he would arrive between 10AM-1PM at my job. He was there by 11AM. Called me to let me know that he was on his way and his ETA. Did what he had to do. Glass was replaced. Looks great! Told me that the tech, Doug who calibrates the car, will call me as soon as he heads over as he's leaving another job. Surely enough, Doug calls me. Lets me know his ETA and comes in, grabs my keys, gets to working on calibrating my car. All questions answered and felt like they took care of my car so well. Super pleased at this point. Impressed with the service, the easiness of going through my insurance company w/this company has been easy and such a breeze. On my way home, I noticed that the windshield had some deep scratches on the windshield. I reached out to them the next day, Friday. Let Veronica know I had noticed some deep scratches on the windshield. She asked me to send pictures and told me that she would have a tech reach out to me to coordinate a time and location that he can meet me so he can buff it out for me. Eric and I settled for Saturday. He was running behind, but kept in contact with me through the day to let me know his ETA. Not a problem for me considering he was coming to my place of residence. We did exchange text messages and phone calls, I did let him know that I saw a few scratches, he said no problem, has he'd do his very best to make sure it's as least noticeable as possible. That. day he comes, works on it for about an hour and it looks amazing! Brand new! Not only until after he left did I see the other scratch that I couldn't find when he was there. Texted him immediately, didn't expect him to come back. It's a Saturday, he may have other jobs to go to. So I told him, I'd reach out to Veronica on Monday. Which I did. Explained everything to her. She was more than understanding, since Eric was going to be in the area, she told me he'd reach out to me and see if he can swing by and take a look and buff it out. He again, called me, we agreed for him to come over and it took him literally 30-45 mins and he was done. The deep scratch is gone, like it never happened. I cannot recommend this business enough! The whole team made it quick, easy, and smooth. I didn't have to worry not one bit about my car. Not worrying if they're going to do a good job. If they're going to meet expectations. They surpassed it. Definitely recommend this business for sure. When those rocks and things come flying at your windshield on 95-South and you have damage, get in touch with these guys. The best service around for windshield and glass repair!!!! SuperGlass rocks (no pun intended). We were pretty unhappy when our 2021 Honda Ridgeline, that we purchased 3 months ago, got clobbered by a rock while we were driving down the road. I wasn't sure how to go about starting the process as we decided not to go through our insurance company. After visiting the Honda Dealership, they instructed us to call SuperGlass and we are glad we did. Every phone call, text message and email was prompt, courteous and you could tell they wanted out business. We called them yesterday, they found our new windshield (we decided on after market option) and scheduled a time to come out today for repair and calibration. First thing this morning, I received a text from Darius and he was working on the truck within 45 minutes of that phone call. The new windshield was put on and completed within a short while and we are very happy with the work. Darius was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and clean. He let Doug know when he was done and we then received a text from Doug when he was on his way to do the calibration needed on this particular windshield. He was also very friendly and professional. I have a new Jaguar that ended up with a cracked windshield three months later. Safelite would replace the windshield but said I would need to take it to the Jaguar dealership and have them do a calibration. This is because of all the cameras and electronic equipment installed in the rear view mirror. Mike at Superglass did the install at the Jaguar dealership and had them calibrate it all at one visit. Mike called me every step of the way so I knew when the glass was ordered, received, installed and ready. He even called me the next day to make sure I was happy! I am writing this review because the difference between good and excellent deserves my time to be acknowledged, you will not regret going with this company over any I have dealt with. I am a USAA member. Safelite must have contract because I was connected with them first ( please be warned of my review of that company). Superglass is whom I chose over any in my area after speaking to at least two I must say from the installers to everyone I encountered they were very knowledgeable and professional throughout my final decision. SuperGlass did a great job filling a crack in the windshield of my Mazda. The representative was very good at giving us an accurate time frame of when he could come to us and gave us updates.
