The owner had me in the same day I called and after telling me he had never seen that model cover before it may take a bit longer but he's figure it out. Not only did he figure it out fast but lowered the original quote for me because of it. Class act! I HATE DOING THIS and usually give great reviews! After having tint done I brought the car back 2 weeks later as a tiny bubble appeared on the drivers side film and another on the back window film. I don't care about the back window as the bubble wasn't in my view. I specifically asked to set an appointment on a day when I could come in and wait and not have to drop the car off. It's a brand new BMW and I am nervous about just leaving it for one window. There's a shady vibe here and no way am I leaving it again. When I came in a week later for my set appointment, I was told that there might be a car from the night before - and it's going to be some time - meanwhile -there were other people that walked in before me to have tinting done. He/the owner literally said, "it could be one hour - it could be 6 hours" to the guy in front of me. I explained that I have a business to run and set the appointment to stay ON PURPOSE and was very clear about that when I set the appointment with him. Instead of taking care of the quick 1 window repair THAT CAME FROM THEIR WORK - 3 weeks ago - the attitude is that I'm bothering him and will just have to wait or drop off the car AGAIN like I did 3 weeks ago. No way I'm trusting this guy at this point. Had I followed my gut when I first went there, I would have gone somewhere else. Best place for window tenting! Not all FormulaOne franchises are the same. FormulaOne Vero Beach gives everyone personal attention. I had my windows tinted there in 2017. I never had a problem. When my daughter needed tinting for her new 2022 car, I recommended FormulaOne Vero Beach. I drove 171 miles to meet her at FormulaOne Vero Beach and she drove 142 miles to take her car for window tinting! Worth the drive! I was looking to get a trailer hitch installed for my car and shopped around. I received prices all in the $400 range installed. Went with Formula One because of location. I was told to get what I wanted start at $300 but for my car it would be closer to $400 which was the same of the other two prices I got. They asked for $100 deposit which I did. I dropped my car off then received a call saying it would be $700 more. I told them not at that price and picked my car up. I asked them to refund to my card they said no it was special order and I owed more. I said you quoted me a price close to $400. He denied ever saying that until I sent him the emails. He said it was more work than they thought and that was just the hitch, not so. Very unprofessional and unethical way of doing business. I felt I was robbed and why would you order a hitch before knowing how to install it. Stay away I am sure they can return the hitch or even better sell it and take my $100as added profit read more

I purchased a carbon fiber spoiler for my Corvette and needed to have it installed. They did an excellent job at a fair price. If I had it to do over I would check with them before buying as I am betting they could have gotten it for me. Went here to get my new truck a bedliner and tinting installed, i get my truck back and there is grime and dust all over it, and numerous issues with the tint. I call back after a few days of waiting to see if the tint will fix itself and they tell me i can only come in mondays or tuesdays! Horrible customer service! Aren't willing to fix their mistakes! Would definitely not recoment them to anyone! over 1000$ spent and i feel like i got a terrible product! read more
