Specifically: 1. There is overspray in areas where it should not be present. 2. The paint color does not match the rest of the vehicle. 3. There is damage to the new quarter panel that was installed by Dyer Collision, which appears to have occurred during installation. Overall, the workmanship is very disappointing. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, it was extremely dirty. Charlene explanation why our car was dirty due to construction being done on the parking lot. Not a good excuse. After cleaning it ourselves, we were able to clearly identify the damages and defects mentioned above. We would appreciate your prompt attention to these concerns and guidance on how this matter will be resolved. -We recently took our vehicle to Collision Pros in Port St. Lucie, FL, on 03/31/2026, as we noticed damage to our vehicle.  Collision Pros, Port St. Lucie, FL, also found the roof trim, and it has been delivered already, on 04/08/2026. They looked at my vehicle and took it in immediately, did the repair and didn't even charge me . I offered Dan some money and he refused to accept it. My vehicle has been serviced by Dyer Collision Center twice. On both occasions, the car was returned looking like it just came from the factory. The painters, lead by Jason, do excellent work conditioned on a proper estimate from the insurance adjuster. I noticed some minor defects several weeks after getting my car back the first time. They were not related to the paint job. Before I could make the time to bug Dyer about the problems, my car was vandalized and needed to be painted again. I didn't hesitate to take the car to Dyer a second time. They had a new manager by then named Justin. He heard my complaints respectfully and made sure to have the problems from the first repair addressed. With the second repair, Justin gave me the "white glove treatment," presumably going the extra mile to make up for past mistakes. Also, there is a lady at the front desk named Lenore who was very nice and professional when dealing with me. The entire outfit is much more professional than other body shops in the area that I have worked with. read more

We've unfortunately had two rear end collisions in two months to two of our vehicles. But fortunately we found Dyer and Ramone. I've been around auto body and automotive painting my whole life. These guys are gold Icar and yes that is big. Their facility is top notch and the service is impeccable. Although Covid has caused mass back orders on parts, these guys get it done. I stopped by Dyer Collision to inquire about having a spoiler painted and installed on my car. The shop had a very good presentation, and the staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. After speaking with one of the managers about the particulars of the job, I felt confident that they would be able to perform a quality installation. I scheduled the first appointment they had available, which was approximately 6 weeks away. When the day arrived (a Tuesday), I dropped the car off and the manager I originally spoke with stated the job would be done by the end of the week. He also stated that he would personally oversee the work performed. By the end of Friday, I had received no communication from Dyer Collision. I was initially hesitant in reaching out, as I didn't want to give the impression that I wanted the job rushed. By the following Monday, I still had received no updates on the car. Concerned, I went to the shop to see what was going on. I was told that the manager was still working on an installation template (didn't show me anything), the spoiler was unpainted, and the car had been left untouched in their parking lot. Also, the manager supposed to be handling the job was now out-of-state on a trip with the owners of the shop. Frustrated, I took possession of my car/spoiler and canceled the job. I understand that businesses can have problems that come up unexpectedly, but there is no excuse for ZERO communication with their customers about delays. I cannot comment on the quality of Dyer Collision's work, but the way they handled my situation was completely unacceptable. If you are evaluating shops for automotive bodywork, I STRONGLY recommend finding another one that communicates with their customers and completes their jobs in a timely manner. read more
