It's taken me awhile to write this since I do have other life priorities than writing reviews. But here it finally is. After they changed my front brakes, and let them convince me the rotors needed changed but...did not. What was I thinking?! Anyway...finally had funds to get the rear brakes done. Was given an estimate but then AFTER the brakes were done & I got the bill it was $200 higher (I realize and estimate is just that) however $200 when they couldn't get the ones quoted so got the more expensive ones, without telling me First! Considering I am barely surviving on SS (which they were aware of my financial constraints) but even if not...they should've told me BEFORE they did the job giving me the option to reschedule!! It wasn't a dire emergency! It wouldn't been the smart decision...it's just poor business sense if one really cares about retaining a customer! On top of that, the rotors unlike the front ones which aren't near as bad, have the greatest amount of brake dust I've ever experienced on my 19 yo car...it accumulates in less than 2 days! They constantly need Cleaned it's so horrendous and unsightly...and for $200 MORE?!?! Plus they Screech when I brake!! Unacceptable & Inexcusable!! Specifically: 1. There is overspray in areas where it should not be present. 2. The paint color does not match the rest of the vehicle. 3. There is damage to the new quarter panel that was installed by Dyer Collision, which appears to have occurred during installation. Overall, the workmanship is very disappointing. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, it was extremely dirty. Charlene explanation why our car was dirty due to construction being done on the parking lot. Not a good excuse. After cleaning it ourselves, we were able to clearly identify the damages and defects mentioned above. Walking past my tire I see a big ole screw jutting out and the air pressure is low according to me sensor - wonderful. Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? Price was what he quoted over the phone and James was just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for all your tire needs- he does more than repairs so keep him in mind.

She was easy to work with and was willing to show me cheaper options starting at as low as $300 for a set, but I went for the more expensive "trade-ins", where people upgrade their wheel sizes and buy new sport tires and turn in barely used new tires with only a few miles on them.
