Since I just bought a new 2026 SUV, my salesperson suggested that maybe mentioning the referral could lead to a discount; however, when I brought it up, the staff simply laughed at me and stated a discount only applied if paying in cash. Ok. So I paid in cash and left, but the "one and done" job turned into a frustrating, weeks-long ordeal. ​Despite following all curing instructions, I had to return three separate times at 8:00am to fix installation errors. Second week/trip: The significant bubbling on both front windows. When I returned, the staff blamed the vehicle's design rather than their own poor application. ​Third week/trip: After the first fix, I discovered severe wrinkles on the rear driver-side window, requiring yet another trip. ​To add, Communication: The shop is extremely difficult to reach by phone; I called multiple times over several days with no answer, forcing me to drive down in-person. You leave a voicemail, they don't call you back. ​While they reapplied the film at no charge, the lack of quality control and the wasted time/gas were unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. I have already notified my car salesman of these issues and advised him to stop recommending this shop to their customers. They didn't apologize once for the inconvenience or do a full check of all the windows to make sure they were acceptable in the eyes of a professional. I would suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable craftsmanship and professionalism.

After previously taking MY Baby Darling's KIA Sorento to have a dark tint sun strip applied to the…read moretop of her windscreen they did a phenomenal installation for her, cut edge to edge, without any bubbling, I decided I wanted to have the clear ceramic tint/windscreen protector applied to my own Dodge Charger windscreen, but with a switch to normal installations. Because I have a speed radar detector mount attached to the upper left of the windscreen, I need to have a section of the film cut away, so I can continue to apply the detector to the window, but without the weight of the detector pulling the ceramic film, and sun strip pulling it away from the windscreen. After explaining to Harry what I wanted from the installation, he knew exactly what it was I wanted, and he did a fantastic job too. Yes, if you look close enough for the cutout patch you will see it. But from afar, it looks like a complete, as-usual install you'd find on any car. I have to stay I was not expecting the complete install to look as good as it does. I understand you can only apply a mega 5 Stars to a written review to highly recommend a service you pay for the greatest results possible. Well, I hereby give Harry a full 10 out of 10 Stars for providing me with an installation that goes well and beyond the installation, that I was expecting to receive. They are on a first come first serve basis and I arrive on a Monday as soon as they opened they have my midsize SUV in and out and complete within 45 minutes. I absolutely love my tent and even though I went in there, saying one thing it was explained to me Why I should have something else and I'm so glad that I listen to professionals and did what I did I got the ceramic tent and it blocks out probably 80% of the heat. I would normally feel inside of my vehicle even the sunshade that I use. I now can feel a difference when I get in my car mid afternoon compared to prior to getting the tent this is an absolute value and worth every cent. Believe the hype and trust them with your next vehicle.
