The next week I took the car in, and was called 3 or 4 hours later that the repair was completed! A couple weeks ago I purchased a Tesla Y panoramic glass roof from Sunroof Express. Sunroof Express…read morerecommended American auto glass for the installation. I live in tradition and would have never come up this far to have the panoramic glass top installed unless referred by Sunroof Express. The installer and the owner of the company of American auto glass, John R. Hall advised me he removed spacers from the panoramic glass roof in order to make it fit better. In speaking with Tesla and doing further research, I learned that the spacers are there strategically engineered to absorb impact to prevent cracking and breakage of the top and should never be removed. I called Sunroof Express, and requested a full refund for the panoramic glass roof of which they refunded me however they will not refund me for the installation of the glass panel which is $550. My consolation today was John said if the glass panel leaks, or I hear air, he will warranty the labor. I asked him if he would warranty the labor due to a crack in the panoramic glass due to poor installation and he said no! Essentially, what happened is the installer, John R. Hall owner of American auto glass has ruined the glass panoramic panel and I must now go to Tesla and have it installed properly and pay for installation charges again! Adding fuel to the fire Christine said yesterday on the phone they would refund the labor cost of $550 but upon arriving today, John R. Hall made it clear that was not going to happen. Steer clear of this company they're unethical and have a problem with the truth and technical installs.

if anyone ever sees the owner, Tim, start another business, stay far away. He did over $6k in…read moredamage to my cars paint. Unfortunately by the time I removed the protective film that he put on a few years later, and we discovered the damage, he was out of business. I tracked his phone number down, and left him messages but of course he never replied. And he had a DUI so I'm sure he had no money anyway to make restitution. This moron actually trimmed the fiIm with a razor while it was on the car and razored thru the paint. This was years ago now but I see his old business is still here on yelp. He was a very nice guy. Just a bad car detailer and businessman. Hope he got things figured out and found something he is competent at.

The first job $200 was so bad I had him come out and fix things. The glove box was dirty, there were Coke rings inside one of the cupholders, just a lot of problems. He blamed it on his intern and said he'd fix it. He gave me a $100 gift certificate, which I used on my other car. It was sloppy as well. There was a dead bug left in the backseat, and the product he uses on the plastic attracts dust and debris. He even told me that is what would happen with this 'polishing' product. Why on earth use a product guaranteed to make the car look terrible within hours? I cannot recommend them and haven't used them since.

I shopped and compared a few places, but A Absolute is the way to go. We are in CA, but she is in FL at school. Her car was a complete mess and filthy. When I called A Absolute, they were great. He was friendly and reassuring. How good of a job he promised to perform I can't put in writing, but suffice to say I was amused and he was committed! My daughter arranged the appointment with him. He was on time and simply did a fantastic job and was quick. His rates were fair, probably on the lower side. My daughter was thrilled, saying it is as if her car is brand new again. Great customer service, friendly & professional, fair rates and superb performance delivering on his promises. What more can you ask for?

There's not enough good I can say about Jimmy from Holbrook Mobile Detailing. He came out to our…read morehouse the day before, to give us an estimate and scheduled the detailing for the next day. He was running a little behind because of the weather (hello summer afternoon rain showers) but let us know when to expect him. He showed up with another employee and they got to work on the car, a Ford Edge. The finished product was amazing. No more random water spots on the seats, splattered applesauce from the kids, and something that got splashed on the ceiling :-) They got the A/C vents clean and the dashboard gleams. Originally we wanted just the interior done, but the hubby threw the exterior in too. It all looks great. Call Jimmy, he's got this thing figured out!

This review is based upon my experience. Why did I pick Ocean View Customs? They have a very…read moreconvincing website. https://oceanviewcustoms.com/ On it, they claim to 'go the extra mile' and that they are a one stop shop for all vehicle customization. Promoting services such as detailing, tint, auto repair, stereo system upgrades. I don't think going the extra mile means getting a vehicle stolen by a homeless person that Jesse Dyer, the owner, hired. Apparently the homeless employee was told by a Fernando that he could use my vehicle which was in Jesse's possession for approximately 2 months. Why so long? THe one stop shop that was hired to tint, detail, install a muffler, air filter, carpet and upgrade the sound system kept running into issues and delays. Stay FAR FAR away from this place. OVC is NOT a place that you can trust to bring a vehicle to. They lack security and allow homeless employees that they don't pay to go for joyrides and sleep in customer's vehicles. The work is subpar as the carpet they installed had to be removed as it didn't fit. I retrieved my vehicle in pieces, the shop is incompetent and was unable to finish the work after 2 months and probably concocted this whole theft drama to absolve them of doing the work. Not to mention the approximate loss of $2000 worth of stereo equipment. Liability? The company and owner seem to lack assets to be able to recoup losses. The best I can do is warn you, the reader of this review, to avoid this place at all costs. Nothing positive comes from dealing with businesses like this. Don't ever take your vehicle here. If you want an honest company that does car audio, check out 2bit in satellite beach or Audio Images in palm bay.

He finally offered to pay $30 for a replacement side mirror cover. I then went to ask for my $50 deposit back, just to find out my number is now blocked.
