The drivers side rear door was completely replaced. The drivers side front door was repaired. Along with this, some damage to the quarter panel was corrected. Super pleased with the work that was done and will recommend this shop to everyone that needs body damage repaired.

Belt was chirping on start up. Mike said the belts were tight and his mechanic could not finish the…read morejob. Then he said it was the starter. Charged $50. I had to do the job myself (replace the belt tensioner) but it was not an easy job without a lift. I found that a nut was frozen and the bracket was bent as a result. They failed to replace the plastic cover panel. I asked for it later by phone but Mike pretended to not remember and said I had the wrong number. Definitely the right number and right person. Beware.

I don't recommend Joe's collision repair. I was involved in…read morea rear end collision and I took my truck to Joe's collision repair for repairs. Kevin. promised that the vehicle will be as good as new and if I notice anything wrong, it's because they've done something wrong. After a lengthy battle with the insurance company to provideJoe's with all OEM parts and all the funds needed to repair my truck correctly. Joe's failed to install the parts correctly. The bumper was completely misaligned. The sensors did not work. The welds are horrible and the quarter was welded in the wrong place , the tail light does not fit in its place. I had a horrible experience with Kevin trying to get my truck corrected. Joe's made a serious mistake, and after two more attempts of trying to get it corrected, I realized that there was no way this shop was capable or wanted to repair my truck correctly. There's just absolutely no quality control in the shop. This was a very expensive project. I'm so disappointed because I did everything I could to provide Joe's with the best parts and all the funds that they needed . attached our photos of the repair after the third attempt . this was a very expensive repair!!

He started the work very quickly and completed an outstanding job as promised. I plan to go back to have him take care of another car for me. By the way, his prices are better than many of his competitors who I'm told do work of far lower quality.
