I informed him upon inspection i would be using geico to pay the bill and he said thats why my business is called no worries, you dont have to worry about anything. When the adjuster showed up and wrote her estimate, dave was clearly upset with the amount and after much debate he reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue for him and for my not to worry. 28 days later geico was done paying for my rental so i check on the car to see that little to no work had been completed on the car. he assured me that he had actually been working hard on my car. We then agreed that since i had a 1000 dollar deductible that i would rent another car on my own card and the amount would just be deducted from the deductible that i owed him. starting march 15th i started to realize i was in trouble because still there was little effort given to finishing my car and i was coming up on my 1000 dollar deductible amount on the second rental car. fast forward 58 days i had to return the rental car for a grand total of 1269. i finally received my car back after much hassle on april 21. i received my car in a very poor state. the car was not fixed to automotive standards, has been deemed unsafe by a geico representative and another persons in the auto body industry. upon further inspection i have come to find many corners cut. some things he was paid to do weren't done (insurance fraud) there are extra damages done while in his possession. I have over 125 pictures, dozens of screenshots of messages from dave, testimonials from other persons in the industry to make a case against dave of no worries auto body. dont do business here it isn't worth it

A couple weeks ago I purchased a Tesla Y panoramic glass roof from Sunroof Express. Sunroof Express…read morerecommended American auto glass for the installation. I live in tradition and would have never come up this far to have the panoramic glass top installed unless referred by Sunroof Express. The installer and the owner of the company of American auto glass, John R. Hall advised me he removed spacers from the panoramic glass roof in order to make it fit better. In speaking with Tesla and doing further research, I learned that the spacers are there strategically engineered to absorb impact to prevent cracking and breakage of the top and should never be removed. I called Sunroof Express, and requested a full refund for the panoramic glass roof of which they refunded me however they will not refund me for the installation of the glass panel which is $550. My consolation today was John said if the glass panel leaks, or I hear air, he will warranty the labor. I asked him if he would warranty the labor due to a crack in the panoramic glass due to poor installation and he said no! Essentially, what happened is the installer, John R. Hall owner of American auto glass has ruined the glass panoramic panel and I must now go to Tesla and have it installed properly and pay for installation charges again! Adding fuel to the fire Christine said yesterday on the phone they would refund the labor cost of $550 but upon arriving today, John R. Hall made it clear that was not going to happen. Steer clear of this company they're unethical and have a problem with the truth and technical installs.

I had to leave after he arrived, I didn't return for a few hours. When I returned he told me my finish needed a little more than just a wash and wax. Once he washed it, he clay it to get it to shine. He then hand waxed, and polished it to dealer shine (looked better than the first day I bought it) Interior was done flawlessly, even smelled marvelous, leather seats have never looked better! In my experience most detailers don't touch the engine compartment, but Alex is very conscientious. He cleaned everything by hand and made it brand new again. Alex gives some good, old fashion customer service, he didn't even charge more when he realized the finish needed to be clayed. He really took the time to ensure that I got my money's worth, and his work speaks for itself. Keep up the excellent work Alex, it's great to see such a young business owner do so well!
