Had a tire blow out on I95. GEICO recommend Classic Collision. Overall I had a good experience. Oscar gave me updates and let me know of any delays. I was pleased to pick up my car and found they took time to wash and vacuum. I just knew there were going to be hidden fees. When I got my keys from the office, I admit I had an attitude. They were patient with me. I left pleased with the bodywork, guaranteed repair work until I sell my car. I can see frustration if ppl are paying for rentals. This is the worst experience I've had in the 64 years I've been driving. This was a minor accident that took 23 days to finish for the primary reason they had to take apart certain repairs and do it again. To top it all off they emptied my console and left everything on the passenger mat, did a terrible job cleaning the car.They had to replace a headlight and rather than mention the new one would be brighter than the old. They said nothing. Please do your favor and shop your repair. This is not worth the stress you will go through. Do the job right the 1st time. read more

I went to have my mini cooper evaluated for a paint job on the roof. The service advisor informed me there was a spot of rust and they could not paint the roof because they could not guarantee the work. I took it to another shop and was informed that the paint on the roof was indeed a wrap and not paint. The spot that was said to be rust was just a spot where the wrap wore out and there was no rust. I appreciate that they could not do the work at classic collision but have no confidence in their skills as my car was not properly assessed or the problem correctly identified. This is why I give a mediocre 3 stars. Better luck with other customers. read more

If I would have done my homework correctly I would have saved a lot of dissappointment with this Classic Collision performances. I took my car there since the Hurricane and more that 2 months have passed to this date1/9/25 they have not returned the vehicle. I went to speak in person and the promises they tried this time were in a rush cause I wont stop here, they did not care to call back as scheduled, every week they said the car is almos ready, I went in person to ck it and the paint job was dripping dry, they said they are short of staff, painter and they deal ordering parts from outsider manufacturers and they took for ever to arrive. I called the Insurance and the dealer and they said they have parts. Where do they order the parts from in order to save? I will remove the car and will transfer it to another body shop. I regret meeting this people, their name is only a gimmick. read more

Don't use them. The owner lied to me multiple times. They told me it would take 2-3days to repair my car which only had paint repair on the bumper. They told me to bring it in on Monday just in case something came up so it wouldn't be in the shop over the weekend. On Wednesday I got a text that it wouldn't be done until Monday. I called and talked to the owner, Gus, who informed me that they'd already spent 17.5 hours on it and they'd try to get it done by Friday but couldn't make any promises. He told me they had to take all kinds of things apart & that takes time. I suspected that he was lying since the estimate said it would only take a total of 10.5 hours. Thursday my husband and I drove over there to check it out. We found my car in the back lot and nothing had been done. I went in the shop & demanded my keys. Gus, the owner, gave me a bunch of excuses and said he didn't lie to me. I disagreed with him. Then he said he would promise to have it done by Friday. I told him to give me my keys as I don't deal with liars. read more

Since Classic Collision took over the location once operated by All American this was a well run establishment. Regretfully, I can not say that today. The actual work done on our vehicle was satisfactory but the office experience was not. First, the amount we were told for the service was incorrect by nearly $1,000. This got resolved but when we went to pay There was a 3% credit card fee. Yes, there was a sign on the door stating cash would not be accepted but the notice of credit card fees was not visible. From exterior the windows are tinted too dark to read (see photo) and from the inside the notice was covered by the window blind. Only after I disputed the charge was the window blind raised showing the notice. Customer service response was that I was being sarcastic (I did suggest I would take this to social media) and that it was "corporate policy". I asked for the corporate office address and phone number but this was not provided. I was told to google it. What a shame this used to be such a nice company! read more

Worst experience imaginable. Had to demand that my car be repainted an additional three times after the first job was done horribly. Mismatched paint. Deep, visibly obvious scratches from vandalism that were supposed to be removed still blatantly present. I argued with multiple general managers for months and got nothing but nasty attitudes as they gaslit me and pretended I wasn't justified in criticizing their terrible work. It was only after getting a manager at the insurance company involved that they settled for leaving just one scratch unprepared on the car. The saddest part of this: they vandalized my car. They introduced new scratches on the pleather panel beside the window on the driver's side where I have to see it every time I get in my car. That area cannot be repainted. It will cost another insurance deductible to get it repaired by a different body shop. It's incredible how unwilling some "red-blooded Americans" are to acknowledge that they are mediocre. If you deserve criticism, take it, learn from it, and move on. Don't punish people for expecting you to properly do the job you were PAID to do. Be less pathetic, please. read more

No one seems to actually know what they are doing and can't even explain to my husband why or what they have been doing with the vehicle. The ladies at the front clearly are not in communication with the workers and never actually know what's being done to your vehicle or how far out it is. Their customer service skills are lacking with zero empathy for you not having your vehicle especially when it's been over a month and a half for a minor fix. brought my 2021 Nissan Rouge in for An insurance claim to have my lift gate glass replaced after nearly 30 days 100 phone calls I finally got my car back only to find out that there is still glass in my lift gate and the lock was never replaced as they stated to myself and usaa that they could not return my car due to a nationwide shortage ironically enough after usaa contacted classic collision my car was ready by 4:00 that day. Now here we are in august and enterprise is trying to bill me 800 for the rental car I had durning that time mind you this was no fault to me. So now I'm still dealing with a broken door a 500$ deductible and now snn80$ rental car bill I will never ever fo business with them again read more

I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience at Classic Collision of Vero Beach was such a complete nightmare that I feel like it's only fair to warn others so they can make an informed decision before choosing to have their vehicle repaired at this shop. I had my vehicle in for repairs to the front end following an auto accident. When I picked my car up after it was "repaired" and went to start it, the battery was dead and it had to be jump started. I was told by the staff to "just drive it a bit before parking it and that it would be fine". I followed the staff's instructions and low and behold the next day my vehicle would not start. After calling the shop multiple times I ended up bringing my vehicle in to be checked out to ensure that everything had been wired correctly and that something was not draining my battery. After a 3 minute inspection.. I was told that it was "just a bad battery" (even though I had a recent oil change where my battery was checked and there was no indication that there was any issue) and I needed to go buy a new one. Although I didn't feel that this was fair, I did what they said and spent over $250 on a new battery. Following the battery replacement (now that I was actually able to drive my "repaired" vehicle) I noticed that my transmission was now acting strange, which it was not before, even following my accident - it was very sluggish to engage and then would slam into gear. I called the shop to explain what I was experiencing and the receptionist was extremely rude, defensive and argumentative. I am not sure why she was taking my dissatisfaction so personally (it's not like she did the repairs herself), but after reading other reviews it seems I am not the only customer she treats this way. I finally was told that the shop hadn't touched my transmission I would need to bring my vehicle to the dealership to be diagnosed and repaired.. there was no offer to bring my car into the shop and have them inspect it (as a reputable mechanic would have done) but they just pushed me off onto the dealership without even the slightest apology. I made an appointment and brought my vehicle to the dealership where they then test drove my car and experienced the same issues I was having. Upon further inspection they found that when my radiator was repaired at Classic Collision, the transmission fluid was drained and was never refilled... I am no mechanic, but it seems like common sense to me that if you drain necessary fluid from a vehicle, you refill it when you're done? Bottom line: you don't give a customer their car back with a dead battery and no transmission fluid. This could have done permanent damage to my transmission and thankfully the staff at the dealership was wonderful and kind throughout the entire process. Which even further showed the contrast with the unprofessional, rude service I received from Classic Collision. I will never take my vehicle back to Classic Collision of Vero Beach again and I urge others to think carefully before doing the same. I was treated as if the problems THEY caused were my fault and was continually talked over and berated by the rude, hyper-sensitive receptionist. Furthermore, the shop never once apologized for their negligence and incompetence and the major inconvenience it created for me. Total nightmare. read more

5 stars are not nearly enough to explain the work Rich with Classic Collision did for me and my wife. What is important in a review, my car was new, 14,000 miles, I was devastated after an accident, and had no doubt that my new car was totaled after I had done a good deed to help a stranger. Well, that is what Rich with Classic Collision did for me. Rich took my KIA Sportage that had a gouge from the headlight to the tail light on the driver's side where it tore through the body of the car and gave it back to me as it had just left the factory. He called weekly with updates and to see if I had questions, he explained everything, so I understood what needed to be done. I am 56, I did my share of mechanical work in the 1980s, but I have never seen anyone take a car that was as bad as mine and make it brand new again. To be clear, the gouge was the front quarter panel, both front and back doors, and the back quarter panel. The car drives like it is new, it has zero highway noise, in fact, it may have less road noise than it did before, the lines are even, there is not one thing I can say is wrong with the car. I hope I never need collision repair but if I do, this is the only place I will ever go and you should consider them as well. Kind, Courteous, Explanatory, Direct, and to the Point, Rich did a great job, as did Classic Collision as a team!
