Starting off I'm not saying that Firestone is horrible, it's the people who run it. I've been to many and had great service, but there has been a huge problem with this Firestone recently ever since John (General Manager) left. Everything has gone south, the workers don't care about their jobs as much as they used to. When John was there they would always look for the best possible deals every time, they don't even make an effort to help out the customers anymore. I've had more then just problems with the workers but I've had problems just trying to get my car worked on with them. I recently went to try to get an oil change, I made an appointment in advanced brought in my car alittle earlier then scheduled but there was this rude employee, I can't recall his name but he is a light-skinned gentlemen with an earring. He told me there was no way they could do my oil change today because there was 1 tech and I had an appointment ahead of me, two females walk in right after and with no appointment request's an oil change he gladly takes their keys and starts the work order on their cars. which I find to be rude considering he told me the complete opposite. I used to be all for Firestone considering it was always there for our cars but after this fiasco there's no way I will bring my car back. I stopped this morning bcs my car start hardly vibrate after I do gas and full the tank. I asked if they can check my car. they told me they need to scan the system and the value it was 180$. I accepted and 1 he later they told me that my car as a particular system that don't let see anything and they need open and take out something door a modest value of 280$ more and 1 hr more. practically 460$ to check the car without neither fix anything. incredible!!!! this sho be unacceptable. read more

I have taken my older van with almost 200K miles twice in the last three months. In both cases, making the appointment was easy. When I arrived they were prompt and had a complete description of the problem/needs. I was treated professionally and waited to hear the diagnosis. Both times (and several others over the past 4 years) they gave me accurate information about my vehicle and never suggested extra repairs that weren't specifically needed. They described the level of wear and options with costs. Always with low key description and no 'sell job' whatsoever. I came away each time trusting them more to be a reliable and properly priced place to get expert automotive service. The service person (Dan?) is excellent. Great customer relation skills and plain spoken. This has become my 'go to' place in Fort Pierce not because of one visit but because of several. read more

had an appointment made last week for service today. I dropped off my truck at 830-9am for service as scheduled. At 330pm I had to call to find out if my truck was ready for pick up only to find it hadn't even been pulled in to the bays yet. I was shocked, told it'll be another hour or so. At 5pm I arrived to pick up my truck only to find out it still hasn't been touched. It was still in the parking lot where I left it. The guy behind the counter said they could get to it in ten minutes. I said no, and to get my keys. It's absolutely absurd that service was not completed and I had to initiate contact to inquire on the status. I need to know how I'm going to be compensated for my time! My fiance had to pick me up when I dropped it off and then again for pick up only to find out you failed in your service. I've been a customer for decades in multiple states with multiple vehicles. Today may have been the last time I use firestone if not addressed. read more

I had a tire repair done with no appointment. Walked in explained the problem. The service writer came out looked at the tire, wrote it up. A tech came out brought my car in and repaired the tire. That's about it. Took about 20 minutes I guess give or take. Good service. read more

On 15FEB25, while driving my vehicle in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, I heard a noise under my vehicle as though I had struck something and within 15 minutes, my vehicle would have a small bounce whenever I would push on the brakes. I have always had my Dodge Ram serviced by Firestone for the past 13 years and never once dissapointed until now. I drove my vehicle to the Firestone located at 4160 Okeechobee Rd., Fort Pierce, Florida to have it checked out and was informed that it was the front wheels cylinders needing replacement and that I would have to leave the vehicle overnight because it was not safe to drive. I asked what the price of the cylinders would cost and the young man quoted "approxiamatley $280.00 but that he would speak with the manager on the following morning and ask about a prior law enforcement discount for my services. I paid for a Lyft ride home that evening and back to Firestone the following day. The next day I phoned Firestone and spoke with the manager and was informed that the total cost was over $1700.00. Upon telling him that I would rather have a tow truck transport my vehicle to my driveway, the manager said that he could bring the price down to $1300.00. I again refused to except that quote and insisted that I was making arrangements to have my vehicle towed to my home. The manager asked me to give him time to look into the repairs further and to wait for him to call me back. After a few minutes he phoned me and quoted $800.00 and stated that if the Firestone on Northlake Blvd in North Palm Beach, Florida would honor the brake work completed last year, the final cost would be $500.00 plus. At this point, I needed my vehicle and agreed to that price and when I arrived by "Lyft", the final price was $615.00 and so I paid the amount including $5.00 donated to the Boys & Girls Club. I drove my vehicle home and parked it. Fast forward 2 weeks, my vehicle sat in the driveway as I drive a company vehicle and when I went to drive it on 28FEB25, Friday evening to go to dinner, I heard a clunk under my vehicle and the "Track Control" light came on and stayed on, then I would hear a small thud under the vehicle each time I pressed on the brakes. So what am I supposed to do now? There is no way that I would ever trust that location with my vehicle. My faith in Firestone has been demolished after so many years of not only taking my personal vehicle to Firestone, recommending them to my friends, family and colleagues, and the company vehicles that I am responsible for which has provided Firestone with thousands of dollars in revenue. My reviews are always positive as I believe that if one has nothing good to say, then it is best to say nothing, but this is my hard earned money that I have lost to Firestone and for what!!!??? *My advise to any customer looking to have their vehicle service at this particular Firestone location in Fort Pierce, to utilize your internet search pages and find another Firestone. There is a very good one on Northlake in North Palm Beach, Florida and another on Okeechobee Rd. Royal Palm, Beach, and Greenacres, on the intersection of Jog Rd. & Lake Worth Rd, Florida. I'll drive an hour to another Firestone but never again, recommend or set foot on the above said mentioned location in Fort Pierce. read more

WARNING: Bought top of the line Bridgestone tires for my caddy about a year ago - which are down to metal after 11k miles. Lot of double talk about needing me to provide VIN etc when I'm in their system.... Said I don't feel safe driving on these blowouts-in-waiting, & I don't want to make multiple unnecessary & dangerous trips to their location. Their 'service' rep suggested I could get tires somewhere else- so that's what I've decided to do. One time left my car on Saturday early morning and never called me came at 5pm the car wasn't touch. Just for a tire replacement. And Alicia Mendoza the front desk girl is rude and she don't care. I rolled up in a 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T where the front lip of the car had been completely rolled forward after backing out of a parking spot on a lawn and was tied to the engine block via tape, and they immediately put the car on the lift and took care of the situation without any hesitation. A huge thank you for dealing with this so professionally and promptly! Plus they only charged me a nominal fee so I am extremely grateful to their amazing service. We towed our car here in the parking lot and my car wasn't starting but I am a mechanic and also a shop owner in Michigan but sadly I didn't have any of my tools because I was on my honeymoon driving back to Michigan. Zero Stars Firestone Fort Pierce, Fl Waited 1 1/2 to get new tires while 5 workers stood around. When my car was ready it was pouring down raining. I drove home on 95 during rush hour in the pouring rain when I got home I noticed that all 4 value stems caps were missing and one tire had a broken hubcap cap. I called immediately and was told to came back. So I drove the 15 miles back during rush hour traffic and pouring down rain. Lets say my redhead temper came out! I was told that they ordered me a new cap and I would have to come back on Monday. What another 30 mile round trip!!? Then they said that they have a gray one that they can put on. GRAY!! My caps are black! Then the tech said that it was broken when I brought my car in. I told him he is a lair, if it was he would of told me before he worked on my car. I asked for the corporate phone #. Didn't want to give it to me it. I had to demand it!. ! A worker went to Discount Auto and found one. Manger wanted to know what can he do, I told him I wanted gas money. He credited my credit card $15. bottom line I spend 3 hours and wasted 30 miles of driving on 95 pouring down rain in rush hour traffic and reimbursed me 15 cents per mile. First I truly believe everything happens for a reason. A mile from firestone on I95 north my front tire blew. It was hands down one of the most scary experiences of my life. I safely got to side of road and once the panic calmed down and I called the tow truck they said it would be 75 min before they could come. This time is was 4:40 pm, this firestone closes at 5pm. This is where my Guardian angel, your employee Erin Robinson comes in. I called Erin crying-see I am registered cardiac specialist, I scan and assist in open heart surgery, scan newborns with heart problems as well as adults and I was on call this night. I knew I would not make it there by 5pm and was a mess. Erin stayed calm and talked to her guys and they all agreed to stay a little late so I could indeed drive home to make it to the hospital. Once I got there she was calm which made me calm, told me I am in good hands and she would take care of me. She knew what tire to get and explained everything to me which immediately calmed me down. Keep in mind its valentines day, It was past the time they wanted to go home and they still took time to check my other tires to make sure I was safe to drive home. While talking to Erin I found out her sister was born at my hospital and she grew up an hour from me. She really turned my day around especially after experiencing something like that. Because of the kindness and knowledge of Erin and her team, I will be a life long Firestone customer.
