This family run business has gone above and beyond to make sure my dad's car is running safely. I went to the shop with my dad to pick up his car. There was absolutely no upsell, and there was significant extra time and work put into his car beyond the scope of work without extra cost. They took the time to show me all the parts they replaced and explained everything thoroughly. When subsequent, unrelated issues came up, these guys saved my dad dealing with tow-trucks and drove out of their way to his home to diagnose the problem on site, and take the car back to their shop. It's difficult being so far away from my dad, and it's a worry not knowing if he's being treated well. The treatment he's getting is 'family' level attention, clearly taking into account his circumstances in a way that goes way beyond standard service. Decency, care and professionalism aren't always easy to come by. I recommend these guys from both a personal and quality of work level.
