Awesome Workmanship --- Below Average Customer Service Interaction Took some time to think before writing this. Really considered giving them 5 stars...... BUT.......... Bottom Line I recently had a Leveling Kit, New Upgraded Rims and Tires put on my truck here. End result is the truck looks fantastic. very pleased with the workmanship. However, I waited in the customer lounge for over 6 hours while my work was being done.................... not one employee came in with an update, or to check on me if I needed anything, no interaction with me whatsoever......... that was disappointing. It's like once they have your keys, and your $$$........... forget you.........literally. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for some work getting done, but don't look for them to keep you updated on progress etc.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. They told me that I had road hazard insurance when I bought new tires and rims for my new ram. I had a flat tire shortly after I bought them and i took it there to get it fixed. They told my I didn't have the roadhazard to cover the tire and after a whole day of arguing they finally covered it which was nice of them. Just recently, I popped my back rear tire and had a Bubble in the sidewall of the front one. They told me the back one can't be covered because the tire these people "sold" me isn't made anymore. I Got the tires at 24000 miles. My truck has 40000 miles now. 2 new tires popped and the road hazard insurance doesn't cover it according to the associates at crusin Gold. To conclude, do not use cruisn gold because they conduct poor business and lie to the customers.

I had my rims powder coated and it looks great. There was a decent size hole that was really visible in one of my rims and they filled that in, looks like brand new rims.

Love this place. Friendly staff and mechanics have repaired all my issues I have ever had. Now they do scheduled service maintenance on my work truck, wifes car, sons car, and fathers. I highly recommend this business for all your auto repair, rim and tire needs. Tell Jason Mario sent yah!

Solid work lifting my Dodge Durango. A little pricey but definitely quality work, good service, and timeliness.

Took it back to Farlow's when the leak started and had the repair refreshed. Owner and I talked about it and trusted each other. New manager planted the idea that I was out to screw the business over and refused to refresh the repair. My car didn't get fixed. I understand the owner sold it. I can't speak to anything other than they'll not get my business sny more.

As time went on the truck's performance went down. I am not a mechanic, and it was time for professional help. We had our car service at Farlow Automotive back in March. Farlow made our six-year-old car run like new. The work done on our car was great, so I proceeded to take my truck to Farlow. Trusting in an automotive shop these days is rare, but I felt I was dealing with an honest establishment. I drop my truck off and tell them to fix everything that needs fixing. Anyone who knows me will tell you this is not like myself to make this kind of statement. The mechanic assigned to my truck was Ralph. I went down after a few days to talk to Ralph, and he told me what needed fixing. We have a little back and forth and it dawns on me that Ralph knows his "Stuff"! Also, he loves working on old vehicles. Ralph, shows me the work completed up to this point and what else has to be done. He shows me a vacuum leak coming from the manifold and tells me this is affecting the engine's performance. To tell you the truth I did not know about the truck running on a vacuum system. Ralph goes through the truck, flushes the radiator, flushes the transmission installed new filter, changed cap, wirespoints and plugs, flushes the brake fluid, fixes my power steering problem by adding a new belt just for the power steering pump and a whole bunch of necessary work. Now my truck is running like new, it is like I dropped off a 4 cylinder, and they gave me back an 8 cylinder. In closing all I can say that if you are looking for an honest shop look no further. Not only are they honest but very friendly, which I like, there is a good vibe at Farlow. Make sure you ask for Ralph, he is an all-star in my book.

My family and I moved to Melbourne about two months ago, and since we don't know anyone here yet,…read morefinding a trustworthy mechanic was a worry. My truck had been running hotter than normal at red lights, and every shop I called wanted to charge over $100 just to run a pressure test. When I called Quality Car Care on Wickham Rd., I spoke with Sam, the owner. Right away he stood out--he told me to bring the truck by and said he would check it for free, explaining that he doesn't charge people for a simple pressure test that only takes a few minutes. He found a crack in my radiator, showed it to me, and replaced it for a very fair price. A few days later, I started having another issue, and after installing a new fan clutch myself, the truck sounded like the engine was revving way too high. I was worried it might be a transmission problem. Once again, Sam told me to bring it in. He looked at it right away and called to let me know the issue wasn't the transmission--it was the faulty fan clutch I had installed that wasn't disengaging. Throughout all of this, Sam was honest, patient, and never tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. He helped me understand what was going on, didn't charge me for things he didn't need to, and treated me with genuine respect. Sam and Quality Car Care are truly an asset to the community. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, fair, and knowledgeable mechanic.
