Everybody was friendly, but could have been more helpful and informative. Front counter gathers all your personal information. We did not like this process because this happens before we could actually look around. We were greeted before we could get out of our vehicle. Pushy? The sale felt pressured and hurried for no need. No detailed information for our direct questions, even incorrect information being provided. Just get the deal done. We have never bought an extended warranty or maintenance plan before. We bought the Platinum highest priced plan. We didn't know Hyundai quit doing the free oil change? We knew we were being hustled and prepaying for maintenance at a higher rate and who wants to read or can fully understand the fine print. We felt ok because we wanted peace of mind for such a complicated vehicle. The best outcome is the vehicle will never need repairing. If the expensive computer modules, electronics, electric seats, etc. fail, hopefully they will be repaired with the maintenance plan we purchased.

We just paid almost $50,000, this is our 5th suv buying from Rt 60 Hyundai. This is the management Decision. Thus wb the last Hyundai we ever buy. I won't mention names but you know who you are. I believe that the Vatland CDJR Management team In Vero Beach does NOT practice good business…read moreethics. I also believe that the customer is NOT a valued customer, especially after the paperwork is signed. Management will not try to work on any kind of solution when an issue or concern is brought up after any paperwork has been signed. Instead you will get a response from the management team like what was said to me, " tough crap you signed off on inspection of the vehicle, we are not going to do anything about it, we are not returning your downpayment, if you choose to go to court, you will lose, and you will have to pay court costs. And this was all said before even taking delivery of the vehicle at the dealership. The management team at Vatland also instills intimidation of retaliation with any of the good people working at the dealership with losing their jobs, if they were to speak up and side with the customer. And this is in fact what happened in my situation. On top of dealing with the awful and disrespectful management at Vatland CDJR dealership, I would NOT put much trust into their maintenance department either. They changed out a tire on the vehicle and for some reason did NOT reinstall the Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor(TPMS). The vehicle did not recognize this until it reset/recalibrated about 20min down the road. When I called the dealership about this situation, I did not get one phone call back. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, and I am hoping it will be a good one. Because at this point, who knows what else they know about this vehicle and are not telling me. My advice to anyone who wishes to purchase a vehicle from Vatland CDJR dealership; DO NOT sign any paperwork in advance and coming back another day to take delivery of the vehicle, look over the vehicle 4 times and have someone else with you doing the same thing. Management will try to point blame towards you for any damage on the vehicle, even though the salesman is with you the whole time. I am a one and done customer at Vatland CDJR Vero Beach Dealership

In one of my many internet searches, I found a 2008 Boxster R60 Spyder on Rosner Motor Sports website. I completed an inquiry request thinking someone would contact me in a day or so. To my surprise Gil Hodges called me within 20 minutes. We talked and negotiated a price that evening. When I arrived at the showroom the the next day I was surprised again by the amazing condition of the car. I have never seen a unrestored 14 year old car as clean as this one. Gil was very personable and I found we had several interests in common. We sealed the deal and completed the paperwork very quickly. The whole buying experience was low key and completed without any high pressure. I know my prices and feel like I got a good deal on a much better than average condition car. When I picked up the car a couple of days later, I met the owner Mr. Rosner who also very friendly and seemed like a regular guy. While completing the deal and picking up the car, I looked at most of their inventory and was very impressed. All of their cars are very special and all look like they are in perfect condition. They have 50 year old classics to almost new high end speciality models. Thanks!

Best of all, they've always been fairly priced on all the work they've done for us, which has been extensive in the case of my Healey. I feel fortunate to have been sent to Don's when I first arrived in Vero. I haven't 'wasted' my money on less qualified mechanics. The manager refused to replace the one they installed, Then you stated the front control arm bushings were torn; these were replaced by you in 1/03/24 on a bill of $8,816.67 with 24,619 miles. I check the estimated cost to replace a steering pump, and a Bentley dealer is around $2,500 your charge was $4,600. I recently visited Mazzarell's Automotive, I wanted to cash in on my "Special Discounted Oil…read moreChange," (I had misplaced the Special Coupon), which was given to me after purchasing a 2013 Ford Edge from Mike Mazzarella at Mazzarella's Auto Sales. Upon entering Mazzarell's Automotive, I was greeted by the kind and knowledgeable Service Manager, Ashlee. As one could imagine, I was a bit skeptical about what all this 'discounted' service entailed. Well, both my oil change and service was treated as ALL 'Full Price' oil change/service at Mazzarella's. Ashlee was very patient and eager to answer all of my questions(Cost of a Normal Oil Change and service), along with address any concerns I had. She was truly a delight to work with during my visit. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who might have an issue with one of their vehicles. Rest assured, i realize this isn't a 'prerequisite' for any business; however, the Owners are 'believers.' To me, that that always does a lot to calm the fears and feeling of apprehension when taking the tremendous leap in allowing someone to work on their vehicle. For the record, about a week after my visit to Mazzarella's Automotive, I received a letter/ and coupon in the mail. Needless to say, I have already given it to my best friend, and she will be taking advantage of this great promotional in the very near future. This business has at least two new customers now....not too shabby. PS: I saw Ashlee earlier this week at a store in Vero, and I was so excited to see her. I waved at her and cheesed really big...she looked at me as if I had lobsters growing out of my ears. I'm sure she has a lot of long days and sees lots of both familiar/unfamiliar faces. I just thought it was funny. Keep up the Good Work!

After selecting the 3 lowest proposals I visited each of those three shops to see their operation. Bullets Automotive has the feel of a small town business with big town capabilities. This is a family run business with two additional employees that I witnessed are treated like family. The owner, Bullet, feeds the employees a grilled or smoked lunch every day. He shows them that they are valued. That is important as happy employees tend to care more about their work and helping to grow the reputation of the business. Bullet's spouse handles the office very capably. While visiting the shop I witnessed her negotiating with a warranty company on behalf of another customer. It was easy to tell that she is knowledgeable and skilled at dealing with the warranty companies and the hoops through which they put customers and repair facilities. The job for my vehicle was scheduled for the following week and they accepted my vehicle on time. The maintenance was performed and completed within the promised amount of time and at the cost that was quoted. No Surprises. The total extent of the work was to replace the timing belt, water pump and pullies as well as replace the serpentine belt. Bullet saved the replaced parts and offered them for my review. The job was done well. Having moved to Florida from the north where I was connected and knew where to get the services I needed for anything there was a bit of angst associated with the process of finding a good, honest auto repair facility. I think that this is a trustworthy repair facility that does good work for a fair price. Bullets Automotive has earned my business and I will continue to use them.
