1st experience was so delightful! You have a lifelong customer as long as the customer service is outstanding like I experienced this last Friday night. I want to specifically say a huge thanks to Mike - you are a true gem!!! My boyfriend and I were walking by to grab a bite to eat after just discovering that there was a leak in my tire due to a screw. Mike and some of the guys were wrapping up a few other cars, it was late, past hours. We went in telling Mike what we were dealing with, not expecting anything, at most maybe a time for the morning, but he said that he would review my tire to see if it could be patched right away. Left the car, headed to dinner and not long after, he had us all ready to go. I can't explain how helpful this was for me not to have to worry about it and being able to take care of it immediately. Mike, you could have absolutely said no and given us an attitude for even asking. Instead, it was the best customer service I've received in a long time and truly thank you for making my car safe again. Not to mention it was completely affordable, I know this because my Aunt had had a similar experience the same day earlier and the place she went to tried to charge her double the price than I was given at Firestone. Price quoted was 135 plus had a coupon for 25 off tried to charge 176, I said that's not my quote well they couldn't find my quote that was supposedly saved, got out at 146 even with the coupon should have been 110! witness them laugh at a call the customer asked if they are certified he said yes but said he does know the name of their certs? I hate giving bad reviews, but Yelp! requested my feedback. My car had a tire leak on a Thursday morning. Shortly after noon, I drove it in to the Firestone dealer at 14th & FL Hwy 60 in Vero Beach after calling and someone not used to the desk said to come in and they'd fix it. I got there and no one admitted to knowing anything about it. I reluctantly left the car overnight, but returning in the morning on Friday (I tried calling, but no one was answering the phones) the tire was now fully flat and not drive-able. They said it would be into next week before they'd even look at it because someone quit. They were brusque and uncaring about my situation, so I retrieved my keys and called AAA, got a tow to another shop (St Lucie Battery & Tire at 270 Old Dixie Hwy. They had the tire looked at and fixed by the end of the day. I will never go here again. read more

They did the job, took about an hour and a half after checking in a few minutes before my appointment. I ordered the tires I wanted from Tire Rack and had them delivered to this location. I saw them setting out front on my way in. The guy writing my work up was okay, nice enough. Asked if the tires were supposed to be delivered here and I told him I saw them out front. After getting home I checked the torque on all the lug nuts and they were good. I have some aftermarket valve stem caps and they all made it back on. Nothing expensive, but my wife bought them. I bought BFGoodrich tires, those coming off were the same make and OEM. My only gripe, the guy writing me up couldn't help but to tell me he hadn't seen those tires last longer than 20k miles. I told him that was not the consensus from others who had bought the same tires. He then told me that's because they were from up north and the heat here in Florida made them wear faster. Maybe he's an expert on tires he doesn't sell? I felt more he had to diss the competitive brands product rather than anything based on experience. I called this store yesteday about one of the tires they installed was still leaking air and has been for several months. I brought the car back a week after they installed the tires as the front left tire kept loosing air. They checked it with a pressure gage and stated it was ok. I filled the tire with air prior to bringing it in. I called this store yesterday day to ask for an appointment and I was told to just bring it in. I've been here since 1000 am this morning and it's is now 2:00 pm. I really don't think that quality is in their vocabulary. read more

Great crew. Very busy, but for good reason. Mike at the front desk was super calm and helpful and patient, even in the storm of phone calls and folks trying to get his attention in the lobby. I did not have an appointment and they got me in an out within an hour for my road trip. They checked my battery and all my tires and didn't try to push a bunch of stuff on me - just made some great recommendations on when I might want to consider repairing or replacing a few items. I have been a loyal customer of Firestone since living in Reading Pennsylvania but that is no longer the story. I have not found another Firestone that I would trust to empty my ashtray if I had one. This is the worst one of them all. I took my car In for an oil change and tire rotation with alignment. Nothing out of the ordinary and I would not assume was a task too great but I was proven very wrong. After this visit I noticed a hum at 45 miles per hour from the rear of the car. I thought that I may have debris in the wheel or something other then what I discovered. When I inspected the wheel it was missing a locking lug nut. I called the Firestone and they were gracious enough to see my car the next morning. After a less then brief discussion with the technician, the manager said that the lug wasn't present when I brought it in, Really! Perhaps aliens abducted the car and did experiments on it while I was sleeping. If it wasn't there, then it must be normal for them and why mention it to the customer, I am sure lug nuts are not a necessary part of the wheel, at least in Firestone's wonder world. When I asked why I was getting a vibration the excuses flowed like Jen Psaki on the podium. Perhaps it was a wheel bearing that went, which was just replaced by Firestone 4 months ago. I think the alien hypothesis is looking more likely, or maybe it is because of Putin. The bottom line. If they can't take responsibility for their shitty work, then I will have a monkey work on my car from now on. Same results. read more

Sad they called me at 10:00 a.m. to tell me they had a spot to bring my car in to get a thermostat put in I called at 4:30 when I got off of work to find out about the vehicle and I was told that it hasn't gotten to yet now it's 7:20 the place closed. Not a single phone call about my vehicle and their possession I give them a negative zero.... They don't even deserve the one star very unprofessional overpriced. read more

I was in for tires on 10/12/22 and was so impressed with their service and professionalism. I also needed an alignment and battery which i had not planned on. Hello Just wanted to gives huge props /kudos to Mike at Firestone on 19th in Vero Beach Florida. This gentleman went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I urgently had to return to my home N of Atlanta GA. I have a service dog that travels w me as well. Was very nervous about my car as it has 200k+. BEWARE!!!!! Took my car to remove a nail Freon my rear tire, they "fixed" it. Next week I had to put air on the tire every week. I understand I should have taken it back immediately but, it took them 6 hours to fix the first time and had to find that time in my schedule again to get it fixed again. When I finally did 3 months later, they said it was the patch and it couldn't be fixed, that I needed to replace the tire. Great tactic. read more

Made a appointment for the next day for oil change and told the associate what type of vehicle. Specifically gave all details and was told yes they could do it. Showed up and was told maybe they couldnt. Yep, no bueno. As a travelling commercial driver this was unacceptable. I made specific plans for the stop and with a motel booked to get this done. Last word, associates need to be better trained in what vehicles can and cannot be serviced. read more

horrible experience! i ordered my tires from tire rack and had them scheduled to be installed this past week. firestone had indeed taken possession of the tires and all emails regarding my tire installation... had my contact info for 3 weeks. i was informed that they do not install tires on porsches..the rude service manager said his boss was not there.. i asked for him his name and phone number so i could discuss and he refused to give me that info... said he could not be contacted. this manager wanted me to haul away the tires! in a porsche?! yea right!... this firestone location is very poor in customer service.... please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere! read more

During Covid-19, none are wearing masks, there's no hand sanitizer, the place is filthy, the seats look like someone rubbed grease, sweat and food onto them and the bathrooms are a mess as well. There was dark marks on my door, dash board and steering wheel indicating that they didn't wear gloves and didn't wash their hands after doing whatever. Price wasn't great for what what I bought. Personally, when people don't call you by your name and call you Boss, it's another word in the service industry that's demeaning. On a positive note, the service was preformed within the time given. After using this location for years my significant other and I took our car in to get an oil change and alignment (we have a lifetime alignment contract), as we were leaving for a road trip the next day. When we came to pick the vehicle up we were told that the radiator was rusted out and needed to be replaced. We were quoted almost $1,000, including almost $100 for a coolant flush (the act of removing the radiator drains all of the coolant from the car). The tech walked me out to the car where I could see a leak, though he refused to put it on a lift to further show me the issue. Being as though the car is 10 years old, has only seen service in Florida, and came with an aluminum radiator I had my suspicions concerning the rust. I chose to decline the service and left with the vehicle. Upon further inspection I found no rust and a loose radiator drain plug. ¼ of a turn of the drain plug permanently stopped the 'leak'. Additionally after inspecting the paperwork from the alignment, I that they had taken the alignment from being within specification to being well outside of acceptable boundaries. Our road trip went without a hitch and our rusted out radiator has over 3000 miles on it. TL:DR This Firestone location tried to steal $1000 of our money and screwed up our alignment. read more

My family and I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years now..... and this Firestone is one of the best! Great customer service, easy appointment scheduling and honest assessments! Michael and Justin and Sharona particularly are exemplary in their client relations and management of this Firestone! Very impressed and I will definitely be continuing my patronage! Highly recommend! Btw make sure to take the survey on your receipts... workers get paid by that... it is either a 10 or fail... so hopefully you will give these guys a 10 because they are awesome and very talented and deserve it! read more

We had what could have been the most awful morning, completely turned around by the wonderful staff, especially Justin today. We woke up at our hotel with a super low tire and he was most courteous and caring when I explained we had to be on the road as soon as possible to catch a cruise out of Miami. He quickly got us in (even though they were quite busy) found a screw, patched the tire and sent us on our way. We appreciate him jumping right in to help us out. I'm new to the area and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Could not find a Jiffy Lube in the area so I stopped by this place. It was very busy and had to book an appointment so I felt comfortable that this would be a good alternative. The staff was friendly and the price was very reasonable. They did not try to push work I did not need. My only complaint is that it took two hours for service that I was accustomed to waiting only 30 minutes for the same service elsewhere. It was also very busy on the day of my appointment too which may have impacted the time it took so I will give it another try. read more

Excellent care taken to resolve a problem for me to get back on road after I broke down on I-95 and was towed to them for repair. It was a long hot wait to get there, filled with worry about Sunday charges and fear of what was wrong. The Tech, named John, realized I was from Vermont, 1600 miles away and personally sourced the needed parts to get me back on my way. He was polite, concerned and reassured me he knew how to make my vehicle safe for travel. He did just that and had it done quickly. The very polite service man said it would be TWO HOURS before they could get to the alignment--This was after I had an APPOINTMENT! I declined. As I left, I counted 33 vehicles in the lot. I paid $1000 for a new air conditioning system. Within a year an AC valve failed. Six months later the compressor leaked and failed. Hmmm, sounds like the system wasn't flushed the first time. Of course it was just out of the warranty period. They may be able to rotate tires, but not actual auto repair. read more
