I had a very disappointing experience at this shop today. I brought in my 2011 Mazda CX-9 to fix a passenger window regulator/motor. The total time to diagnose and repair was about 1.5 hours, yet I was charged $650. Out of that total, $99 was a separate diagnostic fee, which they insisted on charging even though I approved the repair and had it fixed on the spot. I've been to many shops before, and in my experience, diagnostic fees are often waived or included when the customer proceeds with the repair. That was not the case here. The verbal quote already sounded high, but I was under time pressure since I needed the car for a trip later that afternoon and didn't have time to get another estimate. I accepted the quote, but after seeing the final bill, I strongly feel the price was unfair for the amount of work done. Even without the diagnostic fee, the repair cost alone was higher than what other shops typically charge for the same job. Dealing with the store manager, Rhett, was also frustrating. He was difficult to work with and repeatedly argued that charging a separate diagnostic fee on top of the repair was "fair," despite my concerns. I'm leaving this review so other potential customers can make an informed decision. If you come here, be prepared for high pricing and separate diagnostic charges, even if you choose to have the repair done immediately. read more

If I could put -5 stars I would. Took my car recently for just an oil change and next day my A/C heats up like a sauna. Asked the receptionist if she saw anything wrong with my car and she replied "no "! And told me to come back to fix my brakes for ONLY $500 !!! Turn around and look for another place! I normally use Firestone for my standard maintenance as I have the lifetime alignment with them but I chose Midas for my oil change this time and will continue coming back! Not only are they significantly more cost effective than Firestone, they seem to perform the service much quicker. They even gave me a discount for the wait which I very much appreciated. They've got my business from here on out! read more

I called on a Wednesday afternoon because my AC wasn't blowing cold air. They got me in the next day at 9am and my car was ready by 11am. I had a costly repair the last time I was there and they chose not to charge me for today. I've never had service like that. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and treated me with respect. Went twice, the new business warning light came on!problem continues they say they repaired my car, but the issue continue. $1000 dollars later. still have the same issues that was paid to be fixed! Worst attitudes & service! I went in for an oil change & was told I needed rear brakes (rotors & pads) as well as bushings in front. He also said because it was a Saturday they couldn't get just bushings without the control arms so I gave approval because I needed to get back on the road. Everything was fine until I picked the car up at about 3:30. While I was driving home I heard loud thumping & squealing from my front end when I turned the wheel in either direction. I got to my sisters & told her & her boyfriend (who referred me there) about the noise & he said bring it right back. They wouldn't pick up my call so he tried & they answered. He was rightly upset that they clearly didn't road tested it before calling & telling me to pick it up. I show up with my car 10 minutes before they were closing & the so called head mechanic that told me I needed all the work was in his street clothes, ignored me & hopped in his car & sped out of the lot leaving 2 mechanics who had to figure it out. They tried but couldn't figure out what to do so they told me I had to cone back Monday morning at 7:30 when they open & talk to him to ask what to do. I showed up at 7:30 only to be told the manager called & wouldn't be in until 8 or 8:30 & I needed to come back. I asked if I could leave it with him so it could be addressed as soon as they arrived. Well no one called me. I called before 9 & got the head mechanic who had an attitude right away & told me they had other things to do. I asked for a manager or owner & he said he didn't know when anyone would be there but he would have them call me. Again at noon I called back & got Bill the manager on the phone. He told me no one in his shop wanted to work on my car because they were treated rudely & he had to bring in an outside mechanic! I never had a cross word with anyone. It turns out my friend reamed out the head mechanic on Saturday for not finishing the job correctly! Anyway, mister head mechanic called me to say it was ready at 1:30 & I asked what was wrong. He didn't answer. When I picked up the card mister head mechanic started being fresh as soon as I walked in. I asked how the issue was resolved & he said he just tightened everything down then started screaming like a 7 year old that my friend spoke to him freshly & he would punch him if he ever saw him! Then he stormed out while screaming at me & speeding out of the parking lot in his VERY loud car. I looked at Bill & asked him if he really thought it was acceptable that he didn't perform his job correctly, left an underling to try to help me & then screamed at me! My wife's Kia needed an oil / filter change. I made an appointment and we brought the car in . Bill got us in as soon as we arrived , a short while later the car was 27 point inspected, tires rotated , oil and filter changed. For a reasonable price we were on our way. Very clean, establishment , nice people , and fast service at a good price. What more could you ask for. Thanks guys!!!! read more

My husband stopped here on his way home from work to get an oil change. He paid 75.00 and was told he was good to go. After driving 1.5 miles home, he noticed a puddle of oil on our driveway. He looked under the truck and saw a white oil filter that looked like it didn't properly fit. After calling the auto parts store they informed him that this white oil filter was not the proper one for his vehicle, and that's what was causing oil to be heavily dripping out. He had to buy a new filter and the tool to install it. (50.00 more $) Changed it himself, and will never trust this place again. Not professional and a sketchy business. read more
