After a road trip to Georgia, which included muddy dirt roads and dog hair from our Frenchie, our SUV needed a thorough cleaning. The inside wasn't the best before but now it has been redone. My car looks brand new all the time because of this place. I get the basic in and out and it's less than 40 bucks with tip for a hand in and out; iykyk that's a really good deal. If you have a nice car that you actually care about, you should not be taking it to these places around here with the rollers brushes because they mess up your paint over time and the touch less washes are a complete waste of money. An employee was smoking weed right next to the check out section before pulling into the lane, the employees scrubbed my car for about two minutes with dirty brushes and then they beat on the sides and back of my car as it pulled into the lane. I also paid for the most expensive wash and one side of my car didn't even get soap on it was we went through the tunnel. Upon explaining the dent/ scratch situation to the car wash employee, I was then directed to the liquor store that is attached to the laundromat and car wash for some reason. I explained the situation again to yet another employee and was asked to wait. Mr. Dixon did not show up and another employee told us to just go find him...??? We did. Needless to say he was the worst. Just rude and aggressive. he also refused to give us his name or office phone number for insurance purposes so I had to do some sleuthing. When we went back to the car, he followed us, cussed at us, called us liars, then brought a strange man over to look at the damage on my car. He claimed that no car had ever been damaged by his car wash and that there was no way that his machines damaged my vehicle because the brushes did not touch my car. According to the other reviews here, there has Feinstein been damage in the past. Also, what am I paying for if the brushes are not touching my car? Globs of wax or soap or whatever spurting from tacky bottles on the wall that didn't even reach my car by the way? To be fair though, my car was very dirty and we'd just finished a long trip so it is possible that the damage to my vehicle was simply revealed after washing but the point of this review is merely to point out the awful and aggressive way that my friend and I were treated when we visited Cartoon Car Wash. I will be contacting my insurance company to address the damage. Please do not go here. The wash was bad and the owner is even worse.

You get more value for your money. I don't know how this place is open- definitely must be some Walter White activity happening. Spots will be left all over your car- even with the more expensive wash. I will never go here again....and the manager said the only think he could offer was another run through the wash.....how about a refund for the terrible wash that didn't clean? Even when I went back through the wash, my car came out with a dirty windshield.......and it's not like they offer any complimentary windex to clean the windows. I'm telling you- go to Kiwi! You will NOT be disappointed
