I get the basic in and out and it's less than 40 bucks with tip for a hand in and out; iykyk that's a really good deal. If you have a nice car that you actually care about, you should not be taking it to these places around here with the rollers brushes because they mess up your paint over time and the touch less washes are a complete waste of money. I sat at a shaded table to watch the thorough scrubbing and pressure wash, then the drying and the tires. The price was very reasonable and the service rendered was first class. An employee was smoking weed right next to the check out section before pulling into the lane, the employees scrubbed my car for about two minutes with dirty brushes and then they beat on the sides and back of my car as it pulled into the lane. I also paid for the most expensive wash and one side of my car didn't even get soap on it was we went through the tunnel. Upon explaining the dent/ scratch situation to the car wash employee, I was then directed to the liquor store that is attached to the laundromat and car wash for some reason. I explained the situation again to yet another employee and was asked to wait. Mr. Dixon did not show up and another employee told us to just go find him...??? We did. Needless to say he was the worst. Just rude and aggressive. he also refused to give us his name or office phone number for insurance purposes so I had to do some sleuthing. When we went back to the car, he followed us, cussed at us, called us liars, then brought a strange man over to look at the damage on my car. He claimed that no car had ever been damaged by his car wash and that there was no way that his machines damaged my vehicle because the brushes did not touch my car. According to the other reviews here, there has Feinstein been damage in the past. Also, what am I paying for if the brushes are not touching my car? Globs of wax or soap or whatever spurting from tacky bottles on the wall that didn't even reach my car by the way? To be fair though, my car was very dirty and we'd just finished a long trip so it is possible that the damage to my vehicle was simply revealed after washing but the point of this review is merely to point out the awful and aggressive way that my friend and I were treated when we visited Cartoon Car Wash. I will be contacting my insurance company to address the damage. Please do not go here. The wash was bad and the owner is even worse.

The majority of the bugs came from a 58mile stretch on state road 60 and man the was the cream of the crop you could literally see huge patches of love bugs sitting in the air then splashing on your windshield! Welp the last thing you want to do is let this bug riddle car sit all day in the Florida sun because those bigs stains will never come out of your vehicle. First plan pf business was to find a drive through car wash and this is what was close to us and it ended up being the best choice for us. Our truck was filled with bugs and what did this place have a pre wash bug prep station!! You can pull to the side grab a couple brushes and some of their bug wash and scrub your car right before you head into the car wash! Man oh man didn't that do the job and the express wash put it over the top! We didn't use the free vacuums but they're there for you. Definitely a good car wash and anytime I'm in Port st Lucie i definitely will stop through.

They do not have the services they advertise - window cleaner, interior spray cleaners, mat…read morecleaner, etc. available at the vacuum stations, and the vacuums don't work well. The wash is sub-par and spotty. The website is largely non-functional, and it's impossible to cancel your membership there because the link to do so is broken. If you email them to cancel your membership, it doesn't happen.
