First plan pf business was to find a drive through car wash and this is what was close to us and it ended up being the best choice for us. Our truck was filled with bugs and what did this place have a pre wash bug prep station!! You can pull to the side grab a couple brushes and some of their bug wash and scrub your car right before you head into the car wash! Man oh man didn't that do the job and the express wash put it over the top! We didn't use the free vacuums but they're there for you. After making a claim and driving off, I had a bad feeling about this interaction, fast forward to Tuesday the 23rd and I get an email saying that they have evidence that my vehicle was damaged prior to utilizing their wash... I'm a photographer, and I have security cameras all over my house, I have photos before the wash as well as dash cam footage of the incident happening (including the attendant telling me to keep veering left, where the damage happened). All calls have gone unanswered. The number on the claim leads to an unanswered line and the number for the car wash is answered by another country. This has been the most disgusting and distasteful experience I've ever had with any business.

Instead of telling me this, they let me leave and drive further in the parking lot. The mirror was dangling in its socket so every time the car turned, it would swing like a pendulum. There is no way they did not notice that they broke this but they left before we could ask them to fix it and their sign specifically says they are not responsible for mirrors, which makes me believe they break them all the time.
