After at 2 and half hour drive from South Tampa all the way to Port St. Luice during this time of…read morethe year there's a good chance you'll find your vehicle covered in love bugs!! The majority of the bugs came from a 58mile stretch on state road 60 and man the was the cream of the crop you could literally see huge patches of love bugs sitting in the air then splashing on your windshield! Welp the last thing you want to do is let this bug riddle car sit all day in the Florida sun because those bigs stains will never come out of your vehicle. First plan pf business was to find a drive through car wash and this is what was close to us and it ended up being the best choice for us. Our truck was filled with bugs and what did this place have a pre wash bug prep station!! You can pull to the side grab a couple brushes and some of their bug wash and scrub your car right before you head into the car wash! Man oh man didn't that do the job and the express wash put it over the top! We didn't use the free vacuums but they're there for you. Definitely a good car wash and anytime I'm in Port st Lucie i definitely will stop through.

Bad The quality of…read morethe wash is bad. My car did not even get cleaned. They do not have any cleaning solutions to use to clean inside your vehicle. The towels smell bad...then the smell clings to your car if you use them. If you want a quick rinse of your car and to use vacuums then come here. Otherwise go to kiwi. You get more value for your money. I don't know how this place is open- definitely must be some Walter White activity happening. Spots will be left all over your car- even with the more expensive wash. I will never go here again....and the manager said the only think he could offer was another run through the wash.....how about a refund for the terrible wash that didn't clean? Even when I went back through the wash, my car came out with a dirty windshield.......and it's not like they offer any complimentary windex to clean the windows. I'm telling you- go to Kiwi! You will NOT be disappointed

After a road trip to Georgia, which included muddy dirt roads and dog hair from our Frenchie, our SUV needed a thorough cleaning. The inside wasn't the best before but now it has been redone. My car looks brand new all the time because of this place. I get the basic in and out and it's less than 40 bucks with tip for a hand in and out; iykyk that's a really good deal. If you have a nice car that you actually care about, you should not be taking it to these places around here with the rollers brushes because they mess up your paint over time and the touch less washes are a complete waste of money. Hand wash is the only way to go

I took my car to Paradise for a full-service wash and had a very disappointing experience. I drive…read morean older car (2007) that was repainted in 2023 and has been through many car washes without any issues. After my visit, a product that was sprayed on my car (likely a shine or gloss) reacted badly with the paint and left stains that damaged the finish. I noticed it about an hour later and brought it back right away. The staff was polite, and the person I believe was the manager assumed the reaction may have been due to my car being repainted or possibly lacking a topcoat, though this wasn't confirmed. I understand it may not have been intentional, but I paid over $40 and left with my car in worse condition. I'm posting this review to make others aware -- if you have an older or repainted car, please be cautious, as the products used here seem very harsh and may damage paint. This was a really disappointing experience, and now I'm left unsure of how to fix the damage.
