He then told me they were done, told me the total which did not include the $50, and took off. That's when I noticed a huge paint chip from the pressure washer he used. He never mentioned anything about it. When I finally got ahold of him by phone, he said "oh, it wasn't there before?". I had taken before and after pictures, thank God. He finally offered to pay $30 for a replacement side mirror cover. I then went to ask for my $50 deposit back, just to find out my number is now blocked.

I sent him a text a few days ago and we agreed on a time for him to start. He showed up on time and was very polite. He took his time making sure everything was to my liking. He also cleaned up after his work, and put back the hose (although, he brought his own, I offered to let him use mine), etc. Don't hesitate... he's the real deal.

A gentleman said I had to get out of my car and someone will take my car through the "machine". I was really confused. Why can't I take my own car thru?? The guy who did take my car looked like he's been outside, sweating up a storm which I didn't really appreciate if he'll be sitting in my seat. As I was already there I felt like I couldn't say no so just had to sit and wait. The waiting area has Ac and water so that's nice. Some other workers wiped down my car by hand and they did a good enough job. All I'm saying is they should at least put some seat protector if they'll be taking my car.
