I took the vehicle back to the shop, where they removed the clamp. The man acted like it wasn't a problem, and said my engine would be fine. My car, however, kept overheating. The area manager tried to fix it himself, but he failed in doing so. Bradley, the area manager, told me to tow it to a Ford dealer so that they could repair it. The dealer quoted me about $3,500 in repairs, since my engine is basically ruined. Roadrunner is now refusing to pay for my repairs, since they now claim it's due to my vehicle having 100k+ miles. Steer clear of this disgusting establishment at all costs. I will be filing a lawsuit and will keep everyone informed.
