If you're looking for quick, efficient, and friendly service, Pit Stop Oil Change is the place to go! As a family-owned business, they really know how to treat their customers like part of the family. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a team that was eager to get me back on the road in no time. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I could tell they took pride in their work. The oil change was done in no time, and they even checked other essential areas of my car to make sure everything was running smoothly. They even price their oil changes and service competitively. I paid much less than the dealer for my large SUV which gets synthetic oil. the first 5 quarts are included. It's not every day you find a business that combines speed with such high-quality service. The team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back for all my oil changes from now on! Highly recommend this gem of a place! read more

Had a wonderful experience just now and felt compelled to write a review to sway others to come here for their oil change needs. I relied on the reviews of others and they were spot on about Pit Stop Oil Change. This is a family owned business and they are very good at what they do! They have a great selection of synthetic oils to choose from and fairly priced. They do a full check; headlights, tire pressure, top off fluids. I was in and out in less than an hour and didn't even have to leave my vehicle. They have a very professional and efficient staff and are a great group of folks. Awesome customer service, the best I've had in any car maintenance establishment! No frills and they are straight to the point to get your oil changed with no issues. I found my new "go-to" spot for oil changes and its conveniently located near my house. I will be coming back and I highly recommend to others! Thank you gentlemen! read more

This is one of the few quick lines that carry AMSOIL. AMSOIL is by far the best lubricant made today. My opinion anyway. The service that Luis provides is why so many customers keep coming back. He's not only courteous, but knowledgeable as well. It's always a pleasure running through, and even though they have you out of there at lightning speed, it's always a good job at a fair price. PSA... Just a quick run down for most out there that don't know the difference between what your car will run on and what your car requires. Here's a quick breakdown... Oil is like Steak. All oil is oil just like all steak is beef. But like steak, you got different qualities, you got your chop steak and then you got your rib eye and porterhouse and then you got your fillet and then you got your Crème de le Crème with the Kobe. You ain't gonna pay chop steak prices for Kobe Beef. Stop Asking..!!! You just embarrass yourself looking like a cheap skate. just remember if you treat your car right your car will treat you right. If you treat Car like shit, then you end up with a shitty car. read more

Fast Service, very polite staff, excellent prices and very quick in and out the door. They check so much on my Explorer and bring to my attention that something might need attention, down the road. Always check tire pressure as well as top of the radiator coolant reservoir. I will be back with my 2 vehicles. Thank you all very much. Ron B. Palm Bay read more

Fantastic place to go for an oil change. Very friendly, very courteous, very fast. Very reasonable on the price.

If you want to get your oil changed, this is the place to go. The crew are complete professionals. I drive from Merritt Island to Palm Bay just to get my oil changed at this business. read more

Called ahead to make sure they serviced fleet vehicles, drove 30 mins out of the way in bullshit traffic just for them to tell me they don't. read more

I had my oil changed here and they recommended replacing my oil plug. I took their advice and paid them to replace it. 7 days later the plug fell out, causing catastrophic engine failure according to Ford dealership. New engine from Ford quoted at over 20k. They refuse to take any responsibility for this. Currently involved in litigation with them since 6 months or so now. Buyer beware. read more

Super Fast. Super Nice. Their main goal is to get you in and out with no issues. Customer service is great.

Great service! Pulled in for an oil change and they noticed my tires were low. Front tire had a nail in it. I never would have made it how. Patched my tire for an unbelievably fair price. Oil changed, fluids topped off and tire fixed in under 30 minutes. All of the guys there are pleasant and polite. Definitely a local business we should support. read more

We are new to the area, needed an oil change, great place! Great people, a job well done.

I've been here 2 times now and got a new car recently. I had NO clue there was a hidden AC filter behind the glove box, nor that my oil filter had 2 different options. This place has amazingly smart guys who even corrected car settings to accept oil change. I was impressed the 1st time last year but super impressed this time. They greet you well, and talk with you and won't push a sell, just let you know there are things they can check out. Tires were aired up, fluids filled, and even got a free car wash ticket to another place. Service is totally amazing and the manager and the crew are 1st class. I would not go anywhere else nor advise friends/neighbors to go elsewhere. Would give 10 stars if allowed. read more

I have probably been here about three times now and it's always been a great experience! I have a decent drive tomorrow and wanted to make sure that I got my car serviced before getting on the road with my kids. I stopped in quickly after work today around 5:18 PM and realized they were closing at 5:30. 12 minutes flat: oil change, wiper fluid topped off, wiper blade changed, lights checked, tires filled and payment handled. Though the guys were all speedy, I did not feel rushed to get out of their hair so they could close. They were friendly, told me other services my car could use based on the mileage but did not push to sell anything like many places do. One of them even whistled a happy little tune which I now remember I have heard them do before. Won't go anywhere else!! read more

Bright my car in for an oil change. Service prompt, service reliable-new customer for life.

Best oil change place around. Quick, friendly and honest. I love coming here. Always in and out so quickly and gets the job done.

These guys are great!!! Professional, quick and friendly didn't try to up-sell me anything just brought it to my attention. I'll be coming back also will be telling friends and family to get their oil change here and not at jiffy lube!!! Jiffy lube was the complete opposite of pit stop!, rude unprofessional took forever and tried to up sell just wanted and oil change witch was $35 but called me out and tried to sell extra services witch was almost 400$ so never go to jiffy lube, Pit Stop Oil Change is the best!!!!!!!!! read more

Found them through Yelp. Immediate service, the guys wasted no time. Oil and oil filter change, I didn't have to get out of my car. Literally took 10 minutes. They even showed the dipstick after the change was complete. read more

Amazing customer service. As a retired Chief Warrant Officer (CW4) from United States Army, I believe I know a thing or two about a sincere professional. These guys will be doing my oil changes on all my vehicles from here on out! Highly recommended. I drive a Volkswagen Jetta TDI diesel that requires special oil. These folks did everything by the book and were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the service on my car done better than the dealership would have. The quality of synthetic oil that they carry is actually some of the best. They carry the Amsoil line, as well as all the other conventional oils. As far as price They were just about same as Walmart! They saved me 2.5 hrs of waiting at Wal-mart. They talk you through the entire process, all while you wait in comfort of your vehicle. Less than 20 min!! In and out. read more

Always did my own oil changes to avoid the up-sell attack that usually accompanies any quick change place. Found these guys a few years ago and haven't changed it myself since. Very fast and friendly, no BS sales pressure, that's all anyone really wants. read more

This place was really amazing. I was very very reluctant to use a quick oil place. I had many bad experiences in New York and once in Florida, with DIFFERENT establishments,. Pit Stop didnt play any games and didnt try to sell me anything. I left with a basic oil change and paid 28 dollars. The price combined quick very polite professional service was a HUGE surprise. I will go back again. read more

Super quick. I have never had so.much attention for an oil change. Great place I highly recommend them. I won't go anywhere else now.

Don't bring your vehicle in if it is leak free. It may seem like a weird statement but listen up. Price was good, service was fast, but they do not clean up after themselves. Brought my car home from an oil change and the next day I have an oil spot on my driveway. Jacked up my car and saw they did not clean the old oil off from when they pulled the old oil filter. Prior to this place I did all my own oil changes and always cleaned the underside. So if your vehicle already has oil leaks, this place will work fine for you, you won't notice, otherwise, look elsewhere. Unless you don't mind cleaning up other people's messes. read more
