The squeaking noise was just a ball joint that had to be greased; which they took care of and didn't charge me for! I brought my 2016 Nissan Titan XD into them and they accepted the challenge. They got my truck running again like new and charged me no more than what my original quote was, which is pretty amazing! It's not easy finding a shop to work on a Nissan Titan with a 5.0 Cummins diesel engine since they discontinued that truck in 2019. Finding people to work on the engine and just finding parts for the vehicle has become quite hard. But they didn't even flinch and took care of the job. I can't recommend them enough.

I had all of my tires replaced with Buy 3 get 4th tire free deal and it was comparable to Costco, maybe $40, but Firestone got my tires in within 1 day, very quick. One thing I didn't like is that they did not include my old but good tire in the trunk, as I requested. I also kept asking for an itemized quote over email, since prices over the phone aren't always very clear, and I only got that at the very end when all of the work was already done. I would appreciate better price transparency, but that is my only complaint, as the work was done very quickly and so far so good.

I will NEVER return to Firestone on 5130 N Wickham Road. I do NOT trust them, and I my opinion, nor should anyone else.
