I am in the area for business and I…read morenoticed my left front tire kept running low on air so I contacted this business and I spoke to Joe who I found out later was the owner and I explained what was going on and he told me to bring it in and I asked would he have enough time to get to it being later in the day and he said he would get it right in for me. It was only an hour before they were closing. I arrived and the very minute he greeted me he asked me for my keys, I thought to look at the tire and thar I might be waiting for a little bit, but I was wrong. He grabbed my keys and he brought it right in the bay just like he said he would. They not only fixed my tire. They checked all the other tires pressure and filled my windshield washer fluid and checked my oil as well, which was also concerning and they topped off my oil for me as well. I just barely got my oil changed a couple months ago from Take 5. I will never go there again , my oil level was dangerously low. Joe and his team helped me tremendously from what could've been a major problem in 2 different areas of my car and could have left me stranded 4 hours away from my home, so I am SO grateful that I across this business. They are always so friendly when I call, taking the anxiety out of calling to schedule appointments or ask questions. They also give full reports for what you might need to be on the lookout for in the future, including a color coded grade of how big of an issue it is and when it might be a priority. We have really appreciated their service and look forward to using them in the future.

Thought this business was on the up and up as I like to support local family owned businesses,…read morehowever my third visit there this past weekend ended in me being told to get off the property and threatened with the police because I ask them to replace a directional tire that they installed improperly last August. Back in August of 2025, I purchased a tire and had it mounted there. Not long after the tire was put on my car started making up minor thumping noise which sounded like I had a bubble in my tire, best way I could explain it, so I knew I needed two new tires but also knew there had to be something wrong with one of them for it to sound that way and the noise had gotten scary loud and I didn't want to drive over 55. As the tech was putting on the two tires Saturday, he informed me that the last tire they put on was a directional tire and they put it on backwards. I did not even know about directional tires and relied on this business to do the proper work that I have paid them to do. Through my research I found that the tread would have worn down much faster and there could've possibly been suspension damage to my car and I felt that they should replace the tire. Some guy I had never seen there before came out to inspect the tire and he rubbed his hand over the top of my tire with it still on my car and said nothing was wrong with it and that they did the right thing by turning the tire the right way, but I had been driving it the wrong way since August and I requested that they replace the tire and I was told to get off of the property and that they were gonna call the sheriff and have me trespassed. I in no way said or did anything that would merit this reaction. I simply ask in a nice way that they should replace the tire, especially after the owner admitted on the phone that one of her "dumb technicians" put it on the wrong way! They are good until you call them out on their negligence and then you are threatened with the police! WILL NEVER RETURN BUT WILL BE INFORMING EVERYONE AND ANYONE TO BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Replacing the $80 tire would have been the cheapest solution for this dump!!!

We called him around 830am and he literally got to us in less than 10 minutes. He did a diagnostic of the car and realized it was the battery and alternator that was bad. He went to the auto part store to get those items and came back to fix it. If it wasn't for him, we would have had to stay another night in port canaveral waiting for all the auto shops to open up on Monday. We had a 7hour drive back home and Gus was a lifesaver.
