The squeaking noise was just a ball joint that had to be greased; which they took care of and didn't charge me for! I usually schedule our service with Roger (co-owner) but he was not working when I called to have a tire looked at. After looking at the tire Mike told me that it could not be patched and needed to be replaced. Of course he put the fear of God in me when I said that I wasn't prepared to replace the tire and asked to just add air to it, he said that I could have a blowout any second. After some discussion, I reluctantly agreed to purchasing 2 new tires. I had recently purchased all 4 Michelin tires from Seaside and asked if they would offer an adjustment for the replacement. Mike said "Did I cause you to get the nail in it?" I also asked if he would apply a loyalty discount because I had previously received that, he said NO! So, he had to order the tires and told me that it would be ready the next afternoon. When I returned to pick up and pay the $550+ I told him that I would not be back because of his ugly attitude. He said "Well, you were asking for everything free!" This is EXACTLY why I said that he is a LIAR...the word free never came out of my mouth, which makes me fully believe that he can't be trusted.

Thought this business was on the up and up as I like to support local family owned businesses,…read morehowever my third visit there this past weekend ended in me being told to get off the property and threatened with the police because I ask them to replace a directional tire that they installed improperly last August. Back in August of 2025, I purchased a tire and had it mounted there. Not long after the tire was put on my car started making up minor thumping noise which sounded like I had a bubble in my tire, best way I could explain it, so I knew I needed two new tires but also knew there had to be something wrong with one of them for it to sound that way and the noise had gotten scary loud and I didn't want to drive over 55. As the tech was putting on the two tires Saturday, he informed me that the last tire they put on was a directional tire and they put it on backwards. I did not even know about directional tires and relied on this business to do the proper work that I have paid them to do. Through my research I found that the tread would have worn down much faster and there could've possibly been suspension damage to my car and I felt that they should replace the tire. Some guy I had never seen there before came out to inspect the tire and he rubbed his hand over the top of my tire with it still on my car and said nothing was wrong with it and that they did the right thing by turning the tire the right way, but I had been driving it the wrong way since August and I requested that they replace the tire and I was told to get off of the property and that they were gonna call the sheriff and have me trespassed. I in no way said or did anything that would merit this reaction. I simply ask in a nice way that they should replace the tire, especially after the owner admitted on the phone that one of her "dumb technicians" put it on the wrong way! They are good until you call them out on their negligence and then you are threatened with the police! WILL NEVER RETURN BUT WILL BE INFORMING EVERYONE AND ANYONE TO BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Replacing the $80 tire would have been the cheapest solution for this dump!!!
