I had an incredible experience at this business tonight. I am in the area for business and I…read morenoticed my left front tire kept running low on air so I contacted this business and I spoke to Joe who I found out later was the owner and I explained what was going on and he told me to bring it in and I asked would he have enough time to get to it being later in the day and he said he would get it right in for me. It was only an hour before they were closing. I arrived and the very minute he greeted me he asked me for my keys, I thought to look at the tire and thar I might be waiting for a little bit, but I was wrong. He grabbed my keys and he brought it right in the bay just like he said he would. They not only fixed my tire. They checked all the other tires pressure and filled my windshield washer fluid and checked my oil as well, which was also concerning and they topped off my oil for me as well. I just barely got my oil changed a couple months ago from Take 5. I will never go there again , my oil level was dangerously low. Joe and his team helped me tremendously from what could've been a major problem in 2 different areas of my car and could have left me stranded 4 hours away from my home, so I am SO grateful that I across this business. The 60lb teenage girl couldn't even break the terminals loose due to corrosion and wasn't strong enough to lift the battery out of my truck. I ended up breaking the terminals loose for the poor girl and lifting the old battery out and the new battery in. So much for free install. Maybe the company should stop being cheap and increase wages to attract mechanically inclined individuals to work there. Also there is no date sticker on the battery, hopefully if it dies within warranty period they don't give me trouble for a replacement. I'll buy my batteries from Walmart from now on and install myself, so much cheaper and less hassle.

How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

I'm a mechanical engineer with experience in the automotive industry. I'm giving 3 of 5 stars…read morebecause I did not actually use their service. I did however take my car to the shop for a quote. I first called to ask for a quote for a specific repair job for a specific car. They would not provide a quote over the phone as a couple of other shops did. They insisted I bring the car in for diagnosis, so at the appointed time I showed up with the car. After three hours of waiting, they provided a quote for the service I asked for that was ~50% higher than the next closest quote. They also did a 'courtesy inspection' which I did not ask for. This inspection resulted in 7 additional recommended items totaling about $1,800. Things like this fluid change, that cleaning, etc. The car has 300k miles on it, and the majority of these items have never been done. The experience reminds me of the slick marketing we get at the dealership repair shops, and is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by choosing a 'family-owned' shop. The actual work product may in fact be excellent; I don't know. But it is probably over priced.
