She would conduct a brief questionnaire and visually inspect my Jeep. She informed that KBB price offers via email would be the sale price but it could be a high amount. I had all of my tires replaced with Buy 3 get 4th tire free deal and it was comparable to Costco, maybe $40, but Firestone got my tires in within 1 day, very quick. One thing I didn't like is that they did not include my old but good tire in the trunk, as I requested. I also kept asking for an itemized quote over email, since prices over the phone aren't always very clear, and I only got that at the very end when all of the work was already done. I would appreciate better price transparency, but that is my only complaint, as the work was done very quickly and so far so good.

I will NEVER return to Firestone on 5130 N Wickham Road. I do NOT trust them, and I my opinion, nor should anyone else.
