The guys there were initially not very welcoming. I almost had to do cartwheels in their lobby to get their attention and let them know I was actually in their presence. But when we got moving, they were very genuine, answering all the questions I asked. I knew the vehicle had sat on their lot for 6 months and it wasn't the cheapest price that they've had it listed for. They explained the apparent discrepancies to me. Their response was quick and sounded honest enough to my satisfaction. They worked with me on my trade in, extended warranty, and every detail of the transaction. Even when after I realized I paid for the car with a check from the wrong account, they were professional and polite. They didn't even ask me to pay the NSF fee they were charged. I was so embarrassed that I offered up front and wired them the money from the right account immediately. The cleanliness of the car when I picked it up was probably a 9/10, but to be fair, I didn't give them time. I gave them like 15 minutes notice that I was on my way to pick it up. Window film was persistent and there was no rain repellant on the windshield which would have been nice for the immediate 5 hour trip I took in it - in the rain. Over all, I was very happy. The thing I think I loved the most about dealing with the folks here was that, other than the obligatory "It may not be here tomorrow", they let me walk away without feeling like I just cost someone their job (which is more than I can say for Toyota). They respected my "No" as much as earned my "Yes".

These people dont stand by their work. Going to Firestone has become a nightmare. I used to trust this shop, but my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion. I had my A/C compressor replaced, and it leaked shortly afterward. They covered the repair under warranty, which I appreciated, but now the replacement compressor is failing again and shutting off. Before the repair, I specifically asked about using a Denso compressor because of its reputation for quality. I was told they had experienced problems with Denso, which surprised me. To make matters worse, I'm now being told I'll have to pay for additional parts, and the prices have gone up. After dealing with the same issue multiple times, that's extremely frustrating. I've also had problems after getting tires installed. Now one of my tire pressure sensors isn't working. I can't say exactly what happened, but it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the quality of the work. After having the same repair fail more than once, I honestly started wondering whether the replacement parts were actually new. I have no way to prove that, but it's a concern that crossed my mind given my experience. Based on my experience, the level of workmanship and customer service has gone downhill. I no longer trust this shop with my vehicle, and I won't be returning. There are too many other repair shops that value quality and stand behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and consider taking your vehicle somewhere else.
