We switched to texting, and within 30 minutes, he confirmed my tire size and arranged to meet me at the Melbourne Porsche dealership (where a trucking company had dropped me off). Less than an hour later, he arrived and had me back on the road in just 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional. My only regret is not having my original tire repaired--it was newer and in better shape, but that's on me! The $250 fee felt totally fair given the urgency and convenience. The next day, I reached out to see if I could get my old tire back. He was incredibly helpful and even sourced the same tire within three days. I ended up finding one locally for a bit less, but I truly appreciated the effort. If I ever have another roadside emergency, I know exactly who to call. Thought this business was on the up and up as I like to support local family owned businesses,…read morehowever my third visit there this past weekend ended in me being told to get off the property and threatened with the police because I ask them to replace a directional tire that they installed improperly last August. Back in August of 2025, I purchased a tire and had it mounted there. Not long after the tire was put on my car started making up minor thumping noise which sounded like I had a bubble in my tire, best way I could explain it, so I knew I needed two new tires but also knew there had to be something wrong with one of them for it to sound that way and the noise had gotten scary loud and I didn't want to drive over 55. As the tech was putting on the two tires Saturday, he informed me that the last tire they put on was a directional tire and they put it on backwards. I did not even know about directional tires and relied on this business to do the proper work that I have paid them to do. Through my research I found that the tread would have worn down much faster and there could've possibly been suspension damage to my car and I felt that they should replace the tire. Some guy I had never seen there before came out to inspect the tire and he rubbed his hand over the top of my tire with it still on my car and said nothing was wrong with it and that they did the right thing by turning the tire the right way, but I had been driving it the wrong way since August and I requested that they replace the tire and I was told to get off of the property and that they were gonna call the sheriff and have me trespassed. I in no way said or did anything that would merit this reaction. I simply ask in a nice way that they should replace the tire, especially after the owner admitted on the phone that one of her "dumb technicians" put it on the wrong way! They are good until you call them out on their negligence and then you are threatened with the police! WILL NEVER RETURN BUT WILL BE INFORMING EVERYONE AND ANYONE TO BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Replacing the $80 tire would have been the cheapest solution for this dump!!!

The rental car company would send a tow truck and give a ride to the closest location. Not an optimal situation and one that would likely take hours. Joe came out immediately and was super helpful. They didn't have the right size tire but he was able to direct us to the Sam's club down the road who did. He filled our tire up twice just to make sure we could get us to where we can get it repaired. He even offered to go to Sam's club and get the tire. We were really grateful and appreciated all his help. If they take care of random people this well, I can imagine they treat their customers superbly.
