What a phenomenal experience with East Coast Custom Golf Carts! In this day and age of online…read moresites that are cheaper than a traditional shop, I'm so glad I didn't go that route this time. Any business can perform great when everything is perfect. However, when's the last time a larger online business called you immediately when they noticed an issue? Well, that's what Denise did as soon as she seen that one of my parts ordered was discontinued - this was my fault as it was listed as discontinued on their website. They didn't just send an email or text, they picked up the phone, called, apologized and asked if there was anything they could do to supplement the discontinued item. Then when I received my remaining items in the order and there was a small issue, I emailed them - after business hours - and first thing the next morning I didn't get an emailed response I got a direct call from the owner with not just an apology, but an immediate solution to the issue. So go ahead and save $5 bucks on that next order. Then spend the next 3 hrs. of your life either on hold or endless emails only to not get a positive solution to your issue. It was nice dealing with a business putting the customer first via real human interaction. I will definitely use https://www.eccarts.com/ for my future purchases when possible. I took my cart in for a service due to a speed issue. After spending over $1,000 for a diagnostic, batteries, pick up and delivery etc, etc, they returned the cart with the same issue I brought it in for. When I called them back to find out why my cart was returned with the same problem he began to insult me then tells me "oh it must be something else." Tuns out, from another mechanic who looked at it, I only needed a $60 part. Any experienced mechanic always starts with the least expensive repair first. Instead he replaces the most expensive thing on a golf cart! Without going into all the boring details (unless you want me to) I would not recommend using these guys. I recently found a new mechanic who is honest, won't sell you stuff you don't need and goes the extra mile. If you need his number feel free to dm me. My car doesn't have a spare, and the emergency sealant didn't work (as expected). I called Southern Mobil Tire Service and got an immediate response. We switched to texting, and within 30 minutes, he confirmed my tire size and arranged to meet me at the Melbourne Porsche dealership (where a trucking company had dropped me off). Less than an hour later, he arrived and had me back on the road in just 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional. My only regret is not having my original tire repaired--it was newer and in better shape, but that's on me! The $250 fee felt totally fair given the urgency and convenience. The next day, I reached out to see if I could get my old tire back. He was incredibly helpful and even sourced the same tire within three days. I ended up finding one locally for a bit less, but I truly appreciated the effort. If I ever have another roadside emergency, I know exactly who to call.
