Franks Tire Store isn't about the nice waiting room or the great coffee, it's about getting you back on the road with as much money in your pocket as you can possibly have. The service is great, the labor is fast and cheap and the work is quality. They are honest as well. As a matter of fact, They could have sold me tires bit instead Frank told me, "They're still good for at least 10000 more miles". Damned if I almost fell over. I never heard honesty like that. I purchased 4 Cooper Cobra tires for my 1971 Corvette from this dealer. The owner 'Big Frank' suggested the size and I said okay. A few days after I had them installed I took the car to my shop to have several things done to it. Due to supply chain issues it was in the shop for over 4 months. When I got it back and started driving it I discovered that the tires were too tall and rub my fenders. I took it back and they said they would not exchange them but would give me "partial credit" on the correct size even though he admitted to suggesting and selling me the wrong size to begin with. Will NEVER do business here again. They have no ethics and don't care about you after they get your money. "Who cares that I sold you the wrong size, you want it fixed you'll have to give me MORE money" Screw you guys. Plenty of places that put the customer first. read more

Owner was very unprofessional. Made a comment about how he would love to pull and play with my hair. Along with that I had to take my car to a mechanic after to get fixed from damages caused by his employees. When I called and asked to be reimbursed for just the parts he insulted my mechanic and asked me why I didn't ask him (Frank) "permission" to get my car fixed by someone else. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially if you are a female. read more

My family and I have been going to this shop for a few years and will NEVER RETURN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. Spending well over 10,000$ in parts, labor and tires there. Each one of our vehicles came back worse then when we brought it in. My father and I, never trust mechanics and neither should you, we do all our work to our cars besides of course, MOUNTING TIRES WHICH REALLY ONLY A SHOP CAN DO.......The last straw was when I needed two front tires mounted and balanced on my lowered BMW. I watched them thoroughly Do the work, very Sloppy, they left scuffs on my 1700$ wheels, they left brake dust hand prints all over them as well... already not happy. So i leave the parking lot and my car began to shake so badlY I WAS TOO NERVOUS TO GO OVEr 60MPH!!!!! I TAKE IT BACK AFTER I CHECK WHAT THEY DID....... THEY DIDNT BALANCE MY WHEELS CORRECTLY, USED INCCORECT WEIGHTS, THEY BENT ONE OF MY WHEELS DUE TO INCORRECT POUNDS OF TORQUE ON THEIR AIR GUNS........ THEN THEY BLAME ME FOR IT?!?!?!?!? OWNER SWORE AT ME UNDER HIS BREATH REPEATEDLY, EACH MECHANIC TRIED TO TELL ME I DIDNT KNOW WHT IM TALKING ABOUT.... EVENTUALLY I HAD TO SAY, " YOU GUYS ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS AND ILL NEVER BRING YOU PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS AGAIN." Incompetent, dogmatic, presumptuous, judgmental, disrespectful, most obsurd tire shop I have ever........ been to, by a mile. My family has never returned and will never recommend this shop to anyone, especially women, because they had also lied to my moms face expecting her not to know what she was talking about, when she did. We took our vehicle to Big Frank's and provided them with the OEM struts to install on the front of our van because my husband didn't have the time. That afternoon they called saying the work was done. We were charged $200 for the labor. We noticed a thumping sound was still present but - believing they had done an honest job (bad on us) since a friend had recommended them as being good and honest - we didn't think it was the struts. We couldn't find the problem but, fast forward two years, gave my Mom the vehicle knowing that my brother lived with her and he is the best mechanic on earth (they're in SC). He took one look at it and said that they had replaced just ONE strut with a strut that was not OEM and left the other one. The old one was what was making the noise and it needed replacing before she could drive it far. It cost us almost $300 for replacing the struts with another set of OEM struts. We never got the OEM struts returned that Big Frank's told us they had installed. We just paid $200 for labor for one strut - the wrong kind - to be installed. I will NEVER do business with Big Frank's again. They're as dishonest as the day is long. Now I wonder if the three motor mounts they told us we needed on a different car were actually needed, or if they were, if they were actually replaced or if we spent over $1,000 on them doing nothing. I highly recommend NOT doing business with Big Frank's! read more

Recently, a personality disorder must have come over Frank because he decided to become a "Trumpist" and have a tantrum when on the phone and hung up on me. So unprofessional.... I've bought used tires for my BMW; two were great and two were poor and it now has a lot of road noise. Get what you pay for I guess. Bought 4 new tires for 2010 Cadi and he couldn't reset my tire monitor so referred me to Gattos, and they were real pricks; "leave it for the day", were just slammed. They blew me off, even though Frank said they would take care of it for me. He tried to do the same for my Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor being installed as he couldn't do it. I reminded him of my prior experience, and he got snotty and said "Go to the Dealer". I called him on his "attitude" and he hung up. Guess his business is O.K. if you suck up to him and are a Republican. read more

BEWARE !! We took our car in for tires. We had two employees walk around the car with us to verify that there were no dents or even scratches. Then, We left.... upon returning, we found a quarter size dent with missing paint on the drivers door !! We showed the damage to Frank and employees and they said "opps". They checked their video and said "well we don't see anything". They WOULD NOT take responsibility and said they WOULD NOT pay for the damage !! Manager said, well, if you parked your car at Publix parking lot, would Publix pay !! Really !! This is their parking lot / in their care, with their employees !! BEWARE !! These clowns use old floor jacks (four of them) to jack up your car, while the handles are hitting the sides of your car. It's like taking your car to the junior high school auto mechanics shop, so they can practice on it and teach the kids !! BEWARE.... Go ANYWHERE except FRANKS TIRES !!! read more

Big Frank's always seemed to be helpful and their prices were very reasonable with quality work. In my opinion they are very unorganized, frequently fail to places orders they said they placed, and forget previous arrangements. I made several phone calls to order tires for my fiancee's SUV and I spoke with Big Frank himself each time. When my fiancee showed up on the day he said they would have the tires ready, he proceeded to tell her he speaks to a lot of people and has no idea what she was talking about (he took down all of my information during my phone calls). He berated her to the point where she left and started crying in her car over the way she was just treated. Honestly I used to recommend Big Frank's despite the organizational flaws, but treating a woman or anyone the way he treated my fiancee is unacceptable. read more
