In this case I bought my tires from another source, and brought it here to have these new tires put on and balanced. Most places don't offer this service anymore due because they don't want to be responsible if something were to happen and it wasn't a tire they provided you. But this place worked with me and was happy to put the tires on and balance them. The 2nd time I had to get a used tire and luckily they had my size for a Dodge Challenger, and it was a good brand. I had continentals and the 1 used tire they had was a Kumho. The tire had lots of thread and it was a good deal they gave me. On my most recent and 3rd visit I had a flat and I couldn't find where the hole was. So they took the car in the back and found that there was a small hole...They patched it, and charged me only $5. Their service is great, and they're very communicative and open about what's going on. A part they…read moreput in for me in March had some issues in July and they easily replaced it again under warranty and didn't charge me labor. They are always so friendly when I call, taking the anxiety out of calling to schedule appointments or ask questions. They also give full reports for what you might need to be on the lookout for in the future, including a color coded grade of how big of an issue it is and when it might be a priority. We have really appreciated their service and look forward to using them in the future.

Robbie's discovered that the ac system was overcharged at some point and the blend door actuator was inop. They charged the actuator and properly charged the system, good to go. The people at the shop explain everything that is going on and contact you if the price will exceed the quote before they dig into anything, nice! They also have the option of dropping your vehicle off with them at your convenience, that's important to most of us that work 10-12hr days that can't take care of things during the day. The customer service here is great. The front desk attendant was very kind. He offered to call me when it was my turn since I live very close so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. They brought it up to my attention at the time but claim the damage was a result of prior work. In my opinion that doesn't pass the BS test, the likelyhood of prior work being able to reattach 3 stripped components is not probable. I was not comfortable with the competence of their work and I am not able to recommend their services. As a result I need to take my vehicle elsewhere to repair the damage.

I stopped in to ask about a problem with the dash AC on my 2012 I think last year about 152,000…read moreclass C Sunseeker. I described to the technicians what I was experiencing and they seemed to know right away what the issue was from my description. I made an appointment the following week dropped the RV at 8 AM and by 3:30. They had diagnosed the issue with the AC and had completed the fix and had totally gone over the air conditioning system which needed a recharge. They did an oil change and recharged the AC system, checked all the fluids belts hoses and checked the tire pressures. The bill was very reasonable and the AC is working great and my RV is ready for a trip. All the gentlemen that I speak with are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
